Pros: The ability to work from anywhere at any time is one of the best features. I can access all the information for our clients from home and answer any questions. Since leads go directly to this program, all emails are attached to each project so you have a record of everything you said. The Library stores all our documents and handouts. I love the report section--last month the owner was starting a project to see what months was our best months for bookings. He said he was going to have to dig through Quickbooks for the information. I pointed out that the information was already in the Honeybooks!

Cons: The only thing have to say that is bad about this program is when there is an update of change. Opening up the program to do something and finding that things have changed with no notice is frustrating.

Overall: Before Honeybook, we were having issues with past due account and staying on top of them. With Honeybook-that issue has gone away. Our customers are thrilled with the reminders and the ability to pay online. Before Honeybook we either had to have couples come back to the venue to book or would mail out the contracts delaying bookings by up to 2 weeks. Now we can send out everything and have our bookings completed in just hours! Working with clients and assisting in the coordinating /planning of their weddings are soo much easier with Honeybook. All emails are stored with the project-from the lead contact to the final thank you! No more hunting through email accounts. Notes and information stored there. And the ability to work from home without hauling home a stack of files is unbeatable. This is the BEST program for a wedding venue!

Pros: I love that it makes everything so easy. you can send out your contracts, you can send out your emails, you can set reminders that will tell you when things are due you can send out invoices. If someone enters in their information through the contact page that honey but provides they put everything into the system for you that the client has provided to sell the name the email address all of that making it that much more easy for you . I also really love the customer service everyone is very professional and helpful and they go out of their way to make you feel taken care of. it's also very easy to understand. It makes you look very professional as a business owner I highly recommend Honey Book

Cons: Honestly there's not really a whole lot of cons the only one that I can think of is that the mobile app is not as interactive as if you were using a computer or laptop but honey book constantly works on improving things so I'm sure that in the future it will be fully interactive from your phone where you can check on things like bookkeeping and Send out contacts faster. So for me it's not really a con just something to be aware of other than that I really honestly can't really think of any cons.

Overall: Love them and will always recommend them when I can.

Pros: Honeybook does a great job about giving you the ability to customize your proposals, brochures, invoices and more. The calendar being linked to google is AWESOME and not having to track down late payments is great so I can focus on my client's and their goals.

They're constantly updating, adding and expanding the services which is nice as our business grows too.

Cons: There are some kinks, especially if trying to work it with a team of employees that are not the best and if you aren't careful can result in double coverage or gaps.

The timeline feature is helpful when it's not constantly freezing or crashing and is basic but when workings awesome!

Quickbook link - doesn't completely speak with Quickbooks so if you also link a bank account it will result in double entries and occasional mis-logs. For us it was easier to disconnect, fix the past and just compare moving forward.

Overall: Honeybook has saved me HOURS every week - which for me means more time with my family and less time in front of a screen. It's so easy to add projects and keep all communication in one place for reference, and the option to add files to each event keeps everything in one place which is GOLDEN.

On the back end we love the reporting function for taxes, tracking how we are doing and our goals.

I can't speak enough great things about Honeybook!

Pros: So I was stuck spending tons of time neglecting friends and family trying to make ends meet with my freelance design business. One day I said enough is enough so I went out and tried a lot of all-in-one software products for people like me.

I tried out 17hats. It was buggy and missing some key features. I tried Dubsado and their platform was minimal and just didn't "flow" with my creative business style.



After a couple other platforms, I gave HoneyBook a try as a friend said they loved it and wow did it fit like a glove. It took a little time to get it fully ready to mesh with my business, but this is the real deal. I get paid faster, clients are signing up for more and more projects and having a one stop shop to run my business versus going between a bunch of free products like spreadsheets, email, invoicing ... I def recommend this to anyone looking to take their creative business to the next level.

Cons: no cons really, only thing I could have done was sign up for this sooner and really focus on spending the 2-3 hours getting my business plugged into HoneyBook as soon as possible

Overall: I got my life back and my business is doing better than ever!

Pros: Too many things to list! You can create, customize, and assign workflows to every project. It links to your calendar so everything is there at a glance, even brand new inquiries! You can create so many templates to save yourself time and energy by not rewriting the same thing with every project. Your contracts and invoicing are all in one place for the client to easily access. It also links with your Quickbooks account!

Cons: Some features could use a bit of refining. My main concern is that the signature lines on contracts aren't customizable, and for someone operating an LLC, we need to be able to add a title next to our name so that we are signing on behalf of the company, rather than personally as ourselves.

I would also love to see better integration with Quickbooks. I regularly have to go in to QB and manually edit the tax rate for each project so that it will categorize properly. I also have had regular issues with tax being calculated/rounded differently for HB vs QB so that they show $0.01 balance still due in QB after a project is paid in full via HB.

Overall: Honeybook saves me time and allows me to manage a much higher amount of projects on my own without additional staff! I love having everything in one place and having my customized Honeybook contact form imbedded on my website so new inquiries automatically create a new project in the program without me doing anything!

Pros: Its so efficient, easy to use and so professional looking. I love the Library, the Contracts, Proposals, client interface page with everything kept in one neat organized place fro the client, my team and the Wedding planner. Its brilliant. Brilliant. It is the answer to all my difficulties before finding HoneyBook. I thing every Wedding processional needs to be using this product.

Cons: Love it all. Seriously! I haven't had one problem that wasn't addressed or fixed by a customer service representative.

Overall: Really positive. It has done so much to make my life easier and to improve customer relations. It keeps us organized and our clients informed. It is so easy and all in one place. I cant say enough great things about HoneyBook. I will yell it from the rooftops if you would like. It has answered all my issues and then some. I love how efficient it is. LOVE LOVE!!! It has made such a difference in my Business. SO MANY reasons to love HONEYBOOK!!

Pros: This is a stunningly beautiful tool for creatives. What I like the most is that it helps make it easy for the client to understand the value of my services, as it helps a lot with the perception they have of me. People tend to think our line of work is something they can do themselves or have done for less or free... Up until they realize everything that's behind the services we offer, and that they can rest assured they'll get a quality (photography coverage, in my case). So when they first get a beautiful honeybook quote, I have a head start already.

Everything I used to cover with my previous studio management tool is there: calendar view, online contracts, reports, etc. The quickbooks integration was the make or break for me, and I'm glad I went with this tool because it makes it SO much easier every year.

The team collaboration aspect of it also is a fave of mine. Since I'm using this, I've quit 3 different apps/tools and now everything happens in honeybook. If that's not powerful and helpful, then I don't know what is!

Cons: The only thing missing would be user levels so that I can give specific access to other members of my team. I use the team collaboration for many things now, but it would be more helpful to have restricted access instead.

I kicked one star only because this is no longer such a necessary feature for me, but I still find it useful for users at large.

Overall: The ease of having everything in one place and the clean look of its client view.

Pros: As a photographer,I greatly appreciate its beauty. I am able to customize a proposal, invoice or contract with MY images alongside text, and they go from a boring document to an eye catching professional electronic tool that enables me to seemlessly conduct business.

Cons: Sometimes it is too progressive for me! I am after all a photog and not a tech geek. That's when I reach out for help, and the support team is there to walk me through.

Overall: I have had HoneyBook as part of my business for years, and it was one of the best decisions I have made. It helps me directly respond to website inquiries, keep my projects organized, electronically invoice, send proposals and contracts oh yeah, and collaborate if I chose to, with other vendors on a project. That I can safely collect payments and schedule future payments from clients is a huge benefit.

The client recieves automatic reminders without me lifting a finger!

Pros: I loved the availability to add visuals to almost everything created in Honeybook. It really helped reflect my brand to clients and potential clients. The dashboard is intuitive and not confusing, everything is where it should be!

Cons: My one gripe about Honeybook, and the reason why I never ended up subscribing is that they are missing an essential field on the client information side. There is NO place to put the client's Business/Company Name. I work with individuals at businesses, but when it comes to invoicing or bringing up their information in Honeybook, I was unable to invoice the client under their Business Name. Instead I had to invoice them by their name, which is a huge blocker as I'm not invoicing an individual I'm invoicing the Company they work for. This was such a critical field and working with their customer service and sales rep, it had been requested in the past by others but never implemented. It just blew my mind how everything about Honeybook can be amazing but they don't have a field for Company Name!

Overall: The customer service and sales rep I dealt with were really great. They totally understood my situation and I didn't feel pressured into subscribing when they knew how important the Company Name field was for my business. Everything about Honeybook is great and I would subscribe in a heartbeat if they added that field!

Honeybook has been such a lifesaver for me over the last few years. It keeps me organized and ready!

Pros: Customer service team is super responsive, friendly and easy to work with.

Customization is easy to do and I love the ability to add tasks and workflow items.

Keeping track of my income and projects makes life so much easier.

Being able to respond to clients immediately instead of having to wait until "I get back to my office".

Being able to send and sign contracts online has been a HUGE timesaver. Also being able to pull up a client's contract while out of the office has been amazing!

Cons: There are a few features that I wish I had but with all great things, patience is key so I don't mind waiting! The CS team has been amazing at adding all the feature requests from users.

Overall: Business and organization

Pros: Helps keep me organized, and is very user friendly. Clients love using it too!

Cons: I've been with Honeybook since they launched. At the time, I had wished there was a little more functionality/bells and whistles, but they're continually adding/modifying features, which has been great!

Overall: Before I signed up for Honeybook, I was on the fence because I didn't think I "needed" it. I was a photographer that did about 8-10 events a year. However, I'm so glad I took the plunge, because as time went on, I grew into the software, and now I can't live without it! I don't even know how I managed all my clients before. It definitely helps keep me organized and my clients find it really impressive. It definitely makes me and my business more efficient, provide a better client experience, as well as helps to show that I am a professional in my field.

Pros: I switched from a different CRM and never looked back...

It keeps me completely organized on the back-end: easily creating (and updating) templates for emails, questionnaires, contracts, brochures and more; allows me to SEE when emails have been read (and reminds me when I might want to follow up); allows me to collect online payments (and even automatic recurring payments so I don't have to chase the money).

It also provides an amazing experience for the CLIENTS on the front-end, too: Everything is PRETTY and professional-looking, and I've actually had SEVERAL clients tell me that this is why they booked MY services instead of someone else's.

Cons: The only missing piece is I wish there was an easy way to indicate that a CHECK payment is on its way instead of having to simply ignore payment on the digital invoice.

Overall: This has seriously been the BEST investment I've made for my business, and it's not even that pricey. The system works incredibly well, is easy to customize, and the customer service is QUICK, too!

Pros: Honey book is incredible. It allows me to keep all my conversations and files that are specific to a couple in one place. I save so much time because of the templates And organization. It's so much better than what I used to do using excel, my mail app, and constantly uploading random PDFs as my contracts and proposals. Now it is all nice and neat in HoneyBook and super accessible at any time. I also love the app that allows me to check things on the go and make quick reply's. The customer support is also awesome and quickly response with helpful information each time! I could not run my business without a book and I know that they will only continue to get even better over time!

Cons: It was a little intimidating to set up in the very beginning but the support team was so helpful and helped me get a head start. Now that I've learned the system, it's actually hardly intimidating at all! Can't think of any real cons

Pros: I love the honey book team the most and how they are responsive to our suggestions. I see a lot of potential for growth in the software and hope that eventually it can be an all inclusive platform including album hosting and email management.

Cons: There are some odd hiccups - like I can block off days within HB. I have to use (and have yet to set up) a Calendly account. I'd rather just use HB for these things.

I don't love how communication functions with clients. Clients have told me to "email them directly" because the HB platform is confusing to them. Maybe if all vendors used it and all of their planning happened on HB then it would not be so foreign to them, but currently it is frustrating for some of my clients.

Overall: I always feel like my suggestions are heard. If they continue this way, I'll never leave.

Pros: They don't leave you hanging! They want you to sucseed so the team make's sure you're ready to roll when you sign up. They will help you with all the training you need, setting up your account and the resorses to get the most out of your membership.

Cons: I use almost all the features of it and I have no complaints. If there is something that needs addressed they're easy to reach, they always let you know about updates and are constantly updating any features that could be better.

Overall: Wonderful! I was so happy with the price, the mobile app, and all the email integration, and website integration. Every feature is wonderful and the staff is always friendly and helpful!

Pros: Im on the go a lot and really appreciate that I can edit a proposal from my mobile phone. I love having the App. It's been a life saver.

Cons: After I send the proposal out, I've hesrd back from several clients that they cannot open the proposal. Not all clients have Chrome or know about it as a browser. It would be nice to have it accessible in Safari.

It would be great if there was ability to bring up a photo for the proposal when accessing from your phone.

Overall: It has definitely been a tremendous boost to my business. I can see the advantages. I do not have all the abilities mastered yet and that has been a bit frustrating for me. I've watched most of the tutorials been there is a definite learning curve and time factor to learn all Honeybook has to offer.

Pros: The ease in set up! This software platform is so easy to use. I'm a novice; I've been operating our business for over twenty years. Change, especially concerning technology, is difficult for me. However, this process was actually easy for me. I caught on; the support I called on a couple of times, was over the top - thorough and prompt. There are so many features about Honeybook I love, that it's hard to to pick what I like most. I also love the reminders, the way it looks from a client perspective; how it tracks payments and automatically sends emails on my behalf. This system has cut down on the hours I spend on this business and I have a renewed excitement operating the business, because it's so fun to work with!

Cons: I get a number of email notifications when a client views a file; there's probably a way to turn this off and I just haven't looked in to it. But that would be my only concern.

Overall: I can communicate, track payment, send brochures, proposals, invoices all from the same platform which saves SO much time. I can easily gauge where I'm at with my clients - do I need to follow up? Collect a payment? As for a review? All of this info is at a glance and I can do business from my phone, tablet or at the office!

Pros: I love the automation of certain tasks. I feel like my assistant is taking care of things I simply don't have time to do.

Cons: I wasn't expecting so much work up front to build my templates and brochures but it was SO worth it once I got the hang of using it. I have 4 kids and I love that I can respond to and inquiry with one hand using my phone in about 2 minutes.

Overall: Being able to keep all of my clint's information, emails, files, contracts, payments, etc. in one online place is amazing. It takes SO much stress off my shoulders. I honestly don't know how I did business without it....oh yeah, I did DO as much business because I was stretched too thin. If you want to grow. This is a must have.

Pros: after I set this up, got all my clients in place, put in my proposal and contract info, the back and forth between clients and myself went down 1000%. I get paid faster, spend more time with my kids and I am enjoying my life as a professional creative

Cons: nobody told me about how easy it was to use once you get past the initial steps of getting everything plugged in. for people like me with mature businesses and busy days, it's hard, but trust me it's the best route to success for anyone in the independent creative field with clients and tons of admin work

Overall: the real benefit is the time I got back in my day to spend with my kids ...

Pros: How organized it is and also all the features! Follow up reminders, pie charts, automated payment reminders, online payment scheduling, brochures.. seriously everything!

Cons: The one thing I would love would be to swipe right on the projects (Like in the gmail app on emails) or some feature that would make it super easy to mark the project as complete and it disappears from the home but goes somewhere else so it can still be reviewed and is still being accounted for in the income. Or maybe there is a feature like this already and I just haven't figured it out yet lol

Pros: I love how I can set up automated replies and half of my work is done with an new inquiry before even logging in! It makes my communication more professional and streamlined.

Cons: I wish there were an option for the project timeline that included reminders and a gantt chart or calendar visible to me and my clients. The workflow doesn't quite do it and the tasks don't give the big picture. As a wedding planner - if I could upload a detailed timeline for us both to see and follow along with it would eliminate my need to use Excel or other tools.

Overall: Time saving. Organization. Tracking all replies in one workspace. Surveys.

Pros: Before Honeybook I was using PayPal for invoicing and I did not have a CRM. This has transformed the way I keep track of my interior design projects and I recommend it to entrepreneur friends often.

Cons: I wish that there was integrated calendar booking with payment. I am currently using Acuity & I know that Honeybook has Calendly integration but those payments are not recorded in Honeybook. It just makes tracking income more complicated, and sending clients to multiple sites further complicates our intake.

I also would really like to see P&L reports by project as well as overall.

Pros: I love how responsive support is, how adaptable the templates are to my business, and how much is automated for me to save time.

Cons: Wish there was an app for androids. Would like to be able to truly schedule emails to go out at specific times when I write...this is for custom emails not the automated ones.

Overall: Saves me time, organizes my clients and makes it easy for them to stay in touch, pay invoices, and have all activity in one portal

Pros: I love how I can have everything in one place in Honeybook. I truly, truly don't know what I would do with 20 other tools and having to have my clients use them.

Cons: There are small issues with email deliverability (i.e. ending up in spam) but there are workarounds to get that fixed!

Overall: I've used Honeybook for a couple of years and it was one of my first investments as a biz owner, I don't recommend doing biz without it!

Pros: The customer service is incredible, the referral codes are awesome, and it changed how I ran my business! I'm organized and can easily keep track of proposals and invoices.

Cons: I wish we could keep track of files! ALSO, wish we could send client galleries through honeybook! It would be a one-stop-shop! AND it would be cool if we could get prints for clients right through the app, too!

Pros: I love that I can easily include my own Master Service Agreement Contract into the Proposal while engaging new clients.

Cons: It is a bit weak on bookkeeping options, such as searching for a completed job by system generated invoice number.

Overall: Overall experience with HB is excellent. I truly enjoyed ease of usage and setup whilst getting started in my new business. I enjoy how my own legally drafted expensive MSA contract was easily added by HB team to now include in my client proposals...my proposals and contract section looks so pro!

Looking pro builds trust with your clients quickly, which leads to more bookings!

Pros: It helps me keep track of multiple projects by having every item within one workplace per event. It streamlines my billing and makes it easy to send proposals, estimates and invoices.

Cons: How long it takes for client payments to be deposited into my business bank account.

Overall: Every single I think I do for my business is quicker. Estimates, proposals, correspondence with clients, billing you name it.

Honeybook has changed my stress level AND the experience that I give my clients.

Pros: The ease of use. Hands down. Honeybook was the solution to so many problems I had trying to run my photography business on my own. I'm so thankful for how honeybook makes it so easy to run my business. THANKS YA'LL!

Cons: My only complaint is that you COULD be an all in one stop for photographers and offer client photo galleries and options to purchase prints and albums.

Pros: Keeps contracts in one place, able to accept credit cards. You can network with other vendors, and they seem to really concentrate more on this than actually developing software that works well.

Cons: I am a "founding" Honeybook user and bought the lifetime membership. At first, HB was very convenient. The learning curve was very frustrating as the online software had many MANY bugs. It still does. The entire premise behind the software was to free up your time, have all your projects in one place, sign contract, get paid, etc. Yes, great idea! However, the software has so many glitches! You're not able to even edit a person in your contacts. Their customer support team used to be great you could actually message a real person - now you have to wait a day or two to get an email answer and most of the time they just send you a link to deal with your problem. Once you email your client the contract, everything goes down the Honeybook "rabbit hole". My clients are tech savvy and they can't even figure out Honeybook - the emails that I've received from frustrated clients is numerous. Save your time and money and get another online software that will actually do the job - like Sprout Studio or Dubsado. Wish I would have done that from the beginning. Regretting my purchase since my lifetime "membership" isn't transferrable and Honeybook continues to make money off of me by accepting credit card payments. I looked at 17hats, which also didn't have great reviews before I purchased Honeybook. Moving on, however, I'm assuming that the process will not be easy transferring existing contracts and other office files.

Pros: The technology and seamlessness that HoneyBook provides, has made my business thrive. I can streamline my processes, track everything, and get a CRM build into one.

Cons: I am no able to download my brochure with photos correctly from the system. Just a few minor flaws in some of the programming.

Overall: Exceptional. I have been very pleased with my decision to get HoneyBook.

Cons: - Currently doesn't support multi-currency businesses. You have to choose only once currency to operate in. Hopefully this will be a feature one day!

Overall: Honeybook really cares about their community. They helped me with a giant refund I had to process with a client, they help support the Rising Tide Society local chapters, produce free content E-books each month, have helped me with inserting extra demo content when I had multiple types of businesses running out out my account. This is all ABOVE AND BEYOND the studio management software that I love to use. (Also love that they have a mobile app so I can run my business on the go). This company has so much heart, and really seriously helps small business owners in impactful ways beyond giving them a monthly software subscription. I tell all of my friends to use you guys. Seriously thank you for existing.

If you sell services, I don't know why you're doing anything else.

Pros: I love the white glove onboarding. They will set up all your contracts, questionnaires, and templates for you. You can send them a document or details written on a napkin and they'll get it done.

Cons: I. Love it all! Okay, I do wish I could click and share a package without having to create package and add the client's email.

Pros: The ease of use and built in reminders have helped us stay on track of projects and leads! The mobility piece is also great as we travel for business and use may different platforms to access our account information.

Pros: I love that honeybook makes it impossible for me to double book. I also love how easy it makes it to respond to potential clients and clients.

Cons: I wish I could delete the sample emails and templates.

Overall: Before honeybook I was always terrified I would double book myself, I was spending way too much time sending contracts and figuring out payments with clients. After purchasing honeybook I know double booking won't happen, sending contracts and payment plans takes 1 minute and have way more time to work on the things I enjoy doing.

Pros: Tracking software, keeps track of inquiries and takes care of payments and sending amazing proposals.

Cons: Sometimes the software doesn't update my custom proposals with the right numbers and I have to refresh. I also want there to be a way where my clients can pick up the 3% payment fee.

Pros: Everything is all in one place! Questionnaires, invoices, contracts, emails, payment reminders, to-do's, my calendar, etc.

Cons: The only thing that ultimately frustrates me is that there isn't an automated reply that I can set up when I'm out of office. During times where I'm extremely busy, or perhaps on a long vacation, my clients are just blindly waiting. It makes me look bad, and then I loose out on potential clients, or frustrate my current ones.

Overall: I love it! Its simplified my workflow, and creates a more user friendly experience for myself and my clients. I love that it shows me exactly where I am with each of my clients.

Pros: The flexibility that allows me to treat each new client exactly as I need. I can send them an entire brochure of services (with pictures!!) or a simple invoice if they only need a simple job done. I also love that I can work with other creatives on multiple projects without the system trying to merge them into one giant beast.

Cons: The learning curve is a bit steep at first. It has taken me several months to figure some things out about the different features offered, but as the lightbulbs continue to come on for me I find that I love it more and more.

Overall: HoneyBook is really simple for my clients to use and gets me paid with the least amount of hassle of any other software I've used. It frees up a lot of time I used to use resending information and explaining how to pay for services. The phone app is great for when I'm not at my desk, but need to communicate to clients I'm working with. I love that I can take the work with me on my phone and not worry about missing a message. Everything is in one place.

Pros: My favorite feature is the workflows because I love checking off the task boxes!

Cons: I didn't like seeing the charge come through for the full price when it renewed. I was unable to get a referral to get a referral discount.

Overall: Honeybook saves me time and I don't have to worry about missing a step with a client. All clients get the same experience. My follow ups have been so much better. I couldn't tell a difference in bookings, but I think they improved.

Pros: I loved the automation of having proposal templates. They saved me so much time and being a business that offers planning services, time is most valuable to me.

Cons: The templates don't cross edit from brochure, services to proposal.

Cons: My e-mails end up in the clients junk folder quite often. A couple times my e-mails have bounced for no known reason through Honeybook but the client will receive a personal email when I send it through my gmail account.

Pros: I love that HoneyBook allows you to keep all of your client's contracts, payments, conversations and questionnaires all in one place. Before using HoneyBook I was still scanning documents, sending things back and forth in the mail, etc. Going paper-free has made my life so much easier. Having a client management system also saves me so much time. It's so easy to create templates and set up workflows. I'm now noticing how many opportunities I've missed just from forgetting to follow up with people. With the reminders from honeybook and having all of my leads in one place, it's super easy to keep track of.

Cons: The only thing I didn't like at first was that they did not originally have an Android app. However, they now have one and I use it all the time!

Overall: Overall, HoneyBook has saved me time, made my brand and client experience more professional, and has led me to more bookings.

Pros: Creating future projection and forecasting is a breeze with HoneyBook. The reports it provides are easy to create, read and and use to create business forecasts.

Cons: HoneyBook's automation can be a bit tasking as the learning curve to do this is not a simple one.

Overall: Having multiple applications to complete various jobs is very costly, but with HoneyBook which manages so many various tasks such as payment, scheduling and more it has saved my company a substantial amount of money. Tasks which are now automated I no longer have to keep worrying about completing, my business now is quite streamline.

Pros: I'm so happy I signed up with HoneyBook! Not only am I able to keep better track of customers, but I now project a level of professionalism I previously lacked when communicating. Plus your templates and easy online paying has made my life so much better! Lastly, I just love the little cha-ching sound my phone makes when I've received a payment. Please don't ever take that away.

Cons: I don't like the dark overlay they put on the header photo. I'm a photographer, I don't want my pictures looking dingy.

Pros: Once setup, it is a very very efficient way to automate client communications and setup all the documents needed to get paid fast.

Cons: this product doesn't have any real weaknesses other that setup time can take a couple hours and getting used to using the software takes a client or two to get the hang of it.

Pros: HoneyBook is very user friendly which is always important. The platform is clean and organized. I like being able to contact clients with invoices (and accept online payments), questionaires (something I use to improve my customer service), and my pre-written email templates. HoneyBook keeps it all in one place for me, making it easy and preferable.

Cons: As a photographer, I offer a few different types of services, and I like to advertise them all. However, HoneyBook only lets me list myself as one specific thing and doesn't give the option to list multiple services.

Overall: It's a nice software that helps keep my business and contact with clients organized.

Pros: I LOVE LOVE LOVE them seamless process from the moment they inquire to the completed process. It is so nice not worrying about drafting up a lengthy contract and invoice each and everytime... Templates are my best friend.

Cons: It is a bit hard to learn at first but once you get the hang of it, it is the best thing you could have.

Overall: I love honeybook!

I have no complaints since signing up. They are personable, responsive, and great people all around.

I will continue to refer them and use them again and again, year after year.
