Pros: Honeybook is like a personal secretary. It reminds me of upcoming jobs, keeps track of when take in income, and sends out reminder emails to customers automatically!

Cons: I do wish there was a little more personalization in the "custom brochures". I wish I could move things around a bit more easily, and sometimes I feel restricted in showcasing my brand when it comes to what I think my customers would like to see in an email.

Overall: Saves me LOTS of time.

Pros: It is so easy to set up and has a lot of functions/features that help small business owners communicate with their clients efficiently.

Cons: More and more customization and/or versions would benefit direct and indirect users in various industries.

Overall: Fast, easy communication with clients. Acts as a hub for all important client relations.

An excellent solution for business templates for my photography biz.

Pros: Once setup, it is a very very efficient way to automate client communications and setup all the documents needed to get paid fast.

Cons: this product doesn't have any real weaknesses other that setup time can take a couple hours and getting used to using the software takes a client or two to get the hang of it.

Overall: my business has flourished and I'm spending way less time on admin work.
