Pros: I started using Limble after trying out many other off the shelf CMMS softwares and I quickly fell in love with the ease of use, intuitiveness yet the power this tool provided me and my team. The ability to see automatically generated and customized reports meant that I could choose whether I wanted to see things at a micro-level or a macro one, or both of them together.

However, what beats their product is the customer support and the team provides. There was a major change in the software which was a deal breaker (maker) for me and the team did it. Without being hyperbolic, this is the best in class customer services interaction I have ever had with any technology company, big or small.

Cons: The visualization of the software could be improved in the way it displays the asset trees. Secondly, there should be a way to customize forms to different formats to suit your own organization. But, I would say all of these things are not show-stoppers.

Overall: Zero Complaints!

Pros: Limble is extremely easy to use and flexible enough to meet my unique needs. Setup was a breeze and my CMMS advisor was quick to respond with any questions I had. PM schedules work great and has helped me effectively organize my PM plan.

Cons: The reports they have in there are great, but I think adding more custom reporting capabilities would be helpful.

Overall: Allowed me to organize and streamline my operations. PMs are automatically sent out and I know that they are being done on time. Problems are easily reported and resolved. Overall Limble has been a great help.

Pros: Customer Service and ability to speak to our exact needs is fabulous. All companies should be as responsive. Price and ease of use are exceptional. Captures the data that is needed without being so overly complicated that you become a slave to the system.

Cons: Ablility to customize reports would be helpful - The basics are there, just nice to be able to format to meet my needs.

Overall: organization and control of work flow and assets

Pros: I like that it is easy use. Before selecting an asset/task management Saas, I signed up for about 5 demos with various companies. Most of them were extremely complicated and expensive. Limble was a breathe of fresh air. The customer service is great, if you have any questions, they respond immediately and with clear answers.

Cons: Like any other software, there is an occasional bug. These are resolved promptly. There isn't anything I dislike about the software.

Overall: Simplified sset and task management.

Limble CMMS is a great product and is very intuitive.

Pros: This CMMS checks many boxes for what we were looking for.

Flexible.

Mobile App for in the filed use.

Cost Effective.

Reporting.

Great Dashboard.

Great Support.

Cloud Based.

Cons: I don't have any Cons. We have been utilizing this for over two years and we have had great success. .

Overall: We are able to keep an eye on our maintenance globally with the ability to capture performance and provide reporting.

Pros: This software is very easy to use. All CMMS suppliers say that, but I found this one to be exactly that. When I demo'd others, they looked easy. When I actually trial-ed them they weren't. Limble looked easy and was easy. Limble also has a simple planned and unplanned reporting method I found to be straight forward. This software, in my opinion, is the best value out there in the CMMS world.

Cons: Nothing really stands out for me on the con side. The custom dashboards took a little bit of assistance to get working, but the chat help walked me through it.

Overall: I went from having 90% working to a PM routine in about a month. My team of maintenance techs got onboard quickly and love the app. Anytime you can get 8 of 8 maintenance techs to get on board, you have a winner.

Limble is a major upgrade. It has completely changed the way our maintenance department operates.

Pros: What I like most about this software is the way all data is tracked and cataloged in a neat and easily searchable way. We can find cost, time, or labor fast and easy. Customer service is amazing.

Pros: That I can track my inventory and it sends me emails when I'm running low on an item. Also that I can track how much time I'm spending on certain jobs over a extended period of time.

Pros: Easy to use and easy to understand. User-friendly layout with detailed tracking of costs, maintenance, etc.

Cons: It would be nice to be able to list and/or request parts for each asset, but from what I understand this is something that will be soon added to the software programming. I honestly can't think of anything I dislike about Limble.

Overall: Limble has simplified the process of fulfilling work orders while simultaneously keeping a detailed history of any maintenance performed as well as costs associated with said maintenance.

Pros: Limble is super easy to use. For technicians receiving work orders it requires almost no training. The app makes it quick and easy to create work orders (with pictures) from your phone. PM's are also very easy to set up.

Limble is also the least expensive.

Cons: There were a few bugs in the beginning, but they have been corrected.

Overall: I highly recommend Limble! My customer success manager Bryan has been unbelievably helpful and responsive. The implementation was very easy.

I spent a long time evaluating systems I'm so glad I chose Limble.

Works as a good reminder for work.

Pros: Limble seems to do good at helping keep track of what needs to be done and then keeping track of what's been done in the past also.

Cons: Sometimes it seems a bit buggy, but I'm not sure if that's from the software program or from our sometimes-shoddy internet.

Comments: Overall, great service and features, for the incredible value. Would HIGHLY recommend.

Pros: I love the ease of use and the mobile portion of the software. QR codes make it easy for our technicians to create Work Order's. Our advisor has walked us through the implementation of the software and has helped make it easy.

Cons: I would wish that the software could have a few more features like other bigger softwares, however it is a small fraction of the price making it worth it.

Pros: Executive summary software produces to give me a snapshot of where each contact center is at in preventative maintenance on critical building assets.

Overall: In person training from Limble owner and between each session he always answered my phone calls when I needed more direction or clarification.

Pros: I like the ability to add detail to the assets and schedule PM from the assets.

Cons: The email notifications seem to lag behind a little. Several times since I have been using this system I have completed a PM and then within an hour later I get an email saying that that item I just closed was due.

Overall: I am going to try to use this system to drive predictive maintenance on equipment to help reduce downtimes and costs.

Pros: Very simple to enter data with prompts telling you what is expected. Easily changed after the fact to better serve your needs.

Cons: Slightly limited from a calaboration software allowing you to take aspects of your current system and intergrate it into it.

Pros: It is easy to use and put in information to get PM's going. It easy to change the PM's and who they are going to.

Cons: It is hard or a pain to print PM's out, Would be nice if there was a way to print pms out all of a month and have the same number on them has they do when they become do.

Overall: We got a PM system up and running, and now can track cost better per machine

Pros: Terrific customer service, easy to use and at a great value. Our old Maintenance software was very difficult to use and was very expensive

Overall: Going from a different software that wasnt user friendly and took forever to set up Limble was a breath of fresh air

Pros: The support is fantastic. The guys who support this software even email you to check in from time to time. If you have any issues you can call directly, and get instant help!

Cons: I would like to see it be able to batch handle the work orders. If I want to close a bunch of them for some reason, I have to do so individually. It would be nice to do it in a batch so that you can save a bit of time.

Overall: Organization of the preventative maintenance in our shop. Also tracking of the hours spent doing the PMs verses repairs.

Pros: Love the fact that the product can be used in my phone, tablet and laptop. It also has made several updates to make even better product.

Cons: Consider having the ability to export some reports into excel to be able to share with non users. Nice not need to have.

Overall: Better communication and documentation to provide to customers

Pros: Comprensive CMMS program that is easy to create from scratch. Great support from an expert to get started.

Cons: No real issues , but would be nice to have some of the reports export to excel reports. It is hard to come up with any significant issues that I have with this program.

Overall: Was able to support our customer in achieving a positive customer audit.
