Pros: Limble's Work Request Portal is easy for all our employees to use. I sent out the link to the entire company, everyone bookmarked it, and now people can easily submit work requests. It did not require lengthy instructions or any assistance from our IT dept.

We've also been very impressed with Limble's customer service. They are easy to reach, and always making improvements.

Cons: There was an item on the work request portal that was unclear, but I mentioned it to Limble's customer support and it was fixed immediately

Overall: We have a large facility with a combination of manufacturing and office space. We use Limble for equipment and facilities preventative maintenance scheduling, employee facilities work requests, tracking equipment downtime and work order history, and asset management.

I've used other CMMS at other facilities, and my experience with Limble has been very positive. Limble makes it easy to stay organized, and respond quickly to work requests.

Pros: It is so easy to get Limble up and running! Implementation was a snap, and our technicians really like having all the information they need right on their tablets - no more shuffling through paper work orders and reference materials. Limble has freed up hours of my time each week, allowing me to spend more time training and problem-solving on the shop floor. All of the information we need is available with just a click or two - fantastic! There are no annual contracts, the price point is less than 1/2 what the competition is charging for the same features, and the support is truly remarkable!

Cons: What I like least is that it took me so long to find it! I'm a fan!

Overall: We implemented Limble CMMS over a 14 day period, loading fleet information and PM schedules for approx. 320 assets from our previous locally installed system. Technician training with the Lenovo Tab 4 8 tablets took all of 1/2 hour, as the Limble interface is simple and intuitive. During the implementation process I had several questions for Limble support, and all were answered immediately. I have also made a couple of suggestions for the team, and they were implemented within 48 hours! I must say that working with the Limble team has been a refreshingly positive experience!

It would be nice to be able to customize QR code labels and print directly to the printer and labels. As it is now I must take a snip of the QR code and paste it in our own template for asset labels.

It would be nice to have a "directory" to be able to keep the contact information for vendors, contractors, etc.

Overall: When I came on as Facilities Director a few weeks ago our work requests were little more than sticky notes. Requests got shuffled and lost causing delays and frustrations. We haven't fully integrated Limble yet but we are already seeing improvements in our efficiency. Currently, I hand input all of our work requests and the technicians open and complete them. We are just a few days from opening it up to all employees. Some initial training has been done and the employees are excited about the ease of use and the email responses as work progresses. As we fully integrate Limble we expect to see more benefits and increase our response and completion times.

The customer support has been outstanding. The Limble team is very quick to respond to any questions and they are very open to suggestions.

Pros: Customer service is always great. I can store information about all of my assets nicely and neatly.

Cons: I can honestly say I have yet to run into anything that I am unhappy with.

Overall: I run a coffee equipment service company and Limble is great for everything we do. We can store all of our assets and equipment and access it easily with a comprehensive list of all the work done on the equipment. creating maintenance schedules is a breeze and the custom dashboards allow me to view service done on select categories of equipment. Limble is by far the best CMMS on the market and I wouldn't dream of using anything else.

Pros: Well, overlooking the fact that limble is an excellent and very powerful tool, their customer support is INSANE.

My company is based in Montreal, and I am aware that there are time zone differences, but the support team has always answered my questions very very quickly. Even on Saturdays.

Often times I send them a message, just so that I do not forget to communicate it, but I have always been replied in less than an hour.

Moreover, the tool is extremely powerful. I am the technical manager of around 20 buildings. And Limble has helped me organize my maintenances in a much more efficient manner.

Cons: The only thing is that I would eventually need the software to be available in French.

This would be a requirement for some of our clients.

Overall: Limble has allowed me to set more efficient work and internvetion plans since they are based on all the information the platform is able to gather.

Most of my internventions are now planned ahead of time, and I receive automatic remindes, even for internvetions that will take place in ove a year.

Pros: I started using Limble after trying out many other off the shelf CMMS softwares and I quickly fell in love with the ease of use, intuitiveness yet the power this tool provided me and my team. The ability to see automatically generated and customized reports meant that I could choose whether I wanted to see things at a micro-level or a macro one, or both of them together.

However, what beats their product is the customer support and the team provides. There was a major change in the software which was a deal breaker (maker) for me and the team did it. Without being hyperbolic, this is the best in class customer services interaction I have ever had with any technology company, big or small.

Cons: The visualization of the software could be improved in the way it displays the asset trees. Secondly, there should be a way to customize forms to different formats to suit your own organization. But, I would say all of these things are not show-stoppers.

Overall: Zero Complaints!

Pros: Limble is extremely easy to use and flexible enough to meet my unique needs. Setup was a breeze and my CMMS advisor was quick to respond with any questions I had. PM schedules work great and has helped me effectively organize my PM plan.

Cons: The reports they have in there are great, but I think adding more custom reporting capabilities would be helpful.

Overall: Allowed me to organize and streamline my operations. PMs are automatically sent out and I know that they are being done on time. Problems are easily reported and resolved. Overall Limble has been a great help.

Pros: The software is very helpful in collecting data that can point to areas of our facility that need attention. However the greatest part is that it is easy to use and easy to implement.

Cons: I haven't found anything yet that I don't like. When I need a solution, I call my Limble associate and they find a solution that fits my needs.

Overall: With Limble I have been able to histogram my trouble areas and point out where we need to invest our time and money to improve our process. I have also been able to track spare parts, where they are, where they are going, etc. So far this has been a great experience.

LIMBLE has helped us organize our work orders and track our assets with ease of use at a great value

Pros: Customer Service and ability to speak to our exact needs is fabulous. All companies should be as responsive. Price and ease of use are exceptional. Captures the data that is needed without being so overly complicated that you become a slave to the system.

Cons: Ablility to customize reports would be helpful - The basics are there, just nice to be able to format to meet my needs.

Pros: Our team reviewed & demoed 6 different CMMS companies and the decision was easy! The functionality was extremely easy, but still provides the analytics needed to track our companies time and money spent in maintenance. Their support is top-notch! I've dealt with numerous software companies in my position and can tell you, you will not find one better!

Cons: There are some display improvements that could be improved. With that being said, Limble to the ideas and implemented them in a short time.

Pros: I like that it is easy use. Before selecting an asset/task management Saas, I signed up for about 5 demos with various companies. Most of them were extremely complicated and expensive. Limble was a breathe of fresh air. The customer service is great, if you have any questions, they respond immediately and with clear answers.

Cons: Like any other software, there is an occasional bug. These are resolved promptly. There isn't anything I dislike about the software.

Overall: Simplified sset and task management.

Pros: Honestly - the customer support has been fabulous. We had a minor feature request that was deployed within 24 hours - which is unheard of. Even better when you consider our business is located in a completely different time zone (somewhere is Australia).

Limble is quite intuitive and I love the ability to have assets nested within each other.

Cons: Some global time zones aren't available under the location timezone configuration panel, and I would like to see greater customization in the work request portal. But these are minor complaints and something I'm sure the Limble team can help me with in the future.

Pros: Limble has all the features essential to maintenance management. It is very easy to use. Limble can connect with wireless sensors for Condition Based Maintenance. We are in Thailand, and Limble also supports Thai language. Importantly, their customer support is fantastic almost 24/7. They reply within 10 mins anytime. I am sure that Limble will really help your operations.

Cons: Limble mobile app needs to be able to do what the web can do all!

Pros: We're using it to track parts and service, and it does do that.

Cons: Service tickets created in Limble only have a due date. No scheduling can really be done, which should definitely be an option. The app is very frustrating, and makes looking up part numbers on the job such a chore that it seems like less work to memorize the part numbers...

Overall: My review should be taken with a grain of salt, because we're not using this software for its exact intended purpose, but it's just not very helpful.

Pros: Limble is very easy to get involved in and no contracts, with simple monthly billing. I have auditioned other CMMS companies and they make it too difficult, to try out. Limble strategy is very simple - here is our software, you can customize it in most categories and let us know if you have any questions. Their on line video tutorials come in handy to start you off and customer service is terrific. Tracking work orders with being able to attach images, files and comments is a great tool for relaying information. As a multiple building County Facilities Director, I highly recommend trying it!

Cons: Have to remind myself, that this is software written for general maintenance management. So some spreadsheet reporting categories may not be exactly what your use to.

Pros: This software is very easy to use. All CMMS suppliers say that, but I found this one to be exactly that. When I demo'd others, they looked easy. When I actually trial-ed them they weren't. Limble looked easy and was easy. Limble also has a simple planned and unplanned reporting method I found to be straight forward. This software, in my opinion, is the best value out there in the CMMS world.

Cons: Nothing really stands out for me on the con side. The custom dashboards took a little bit of assistance to get working, but the chat help walked me through it.

Overall: I went from having <10% of my plant working to a PM schedule to having >90% working to a PM routine in about a month. My team of maintenance techs got onboard quickly and love the app. Anytime you can get 8 of 8 maintenance techs to get on board, you have a winner.

Limble CMMS is a great product and is very intuitive.

Pros: The thing that I loved the most right from the start was the ease of use of the Limble software. The customiziation options availble when setting up PM's are great. I love the flexibility it gives to tailor the PM to exactly what your needs are.

Cons: I really have not found anything I do not like about the software.

Overall: We implemented a new ERP system about two years ago, and it has been frustrating to use to say the least. It has been great the last two months using Limble. I cringe now every time I have to do something in our ERP system after working with Limble. The app has made it very easy for me to train our maintenance technician on how to use the software. It actually has motivated him to stay busier throughout his shift by having this software to track his work.

Pros: This is one of the most easiest CMM Systems I have used. With unbelievable responses time to question. The Limble staff is very helpful.

Cons: Haven't found one yet. I will keep searching.

Overall: With this system our equipment down time has been cut by 20%.

Pros: What I like most about this software is the way all data is tracked and cataloged in a neat and easily searchable way. We can find cost, time, or labor fast and easy. Customer service is amazing.

Pros: That I can track my inventory and it sends me emails when I'm running low on an item. Also that I can track how much time I'm spending on certain jobs over a extended period of time.

Pros: I like the ability to add detail to the assets and schedule PM from the assets.

Cons: The email notifications seem to lag behind a little. Several times since I have been using this system I have completed a PM and then within an hour later I get an email saying that that item I just closed was due.

Overall: I am going to try to use this system to drive predictive maintenance on equipment to help reduce downtimes and costs.

Pros: Easy to use and easy to understand. User-friendly layout with detailed tracking of costs, maintenance, etc.

Cons: It would be nice to be able to list and/or request parts for each asset, but from what I understand this is something that will be soon added to the software programming. I honestly can't think of anything I dislike about Limble.

Overall: Limble has simplified the process of fulfilling work orders while simultaneously keeping a detailed history of any maintenance performed as well as costs associated with said maintenance.

Pros: Limble seems to do good at helping keep track of what needs to be done and then keeping track of what's been done in the past also.

Cons: Sometimes it seems a bit buggy, but I'm not sure if that's from the software program or from our sometimes-shoddy internet.

Comments: Overall, great service and features, for the incredible value. Would HIGHLY recommend.

Pros: I love the ease of use and the mobile portion of the software. QR codes make it easy for our technicians to create Work Order's. Our advisor has walked us through the implementation of the software and has helped make it easy.

Cons: I would wish that the software could have a few more features like other bigger softwares, however it is a small fraction of the price making it worth it.

Pros: Executive summary software produces to give me a snapshot of where each contact center is at in preventative maintenance on critical building assets.

Overall: In person training from Limble owner and between each session he always answered my phone calls when I needed more direction or clarification.

Pros: It is easy to use and put in information to get PM's going. It easy to change the PM's and who they are going to.

Cons: It is hard or a pain to print PM's out, Would be nice if there was a way to print pms out all of a month and have the same number on them has they do when they become do.

Overall: We got a PM system up and running, and now can track cost better per machine

Pros: The software is very well laid out. Easy for our team to use.

Cons: Cloud based means you have to rely on someone else (not your own IT) for backups. However, this can be a good thing depending on your IT department.

Overall: Great experience. Solved our obvious PM tracking issues but also addressing our SHE&S requirements (safety audit task tracking), Environmental checks are being logged, Corporate Audit items tracked

This is a great program and even better company.

Pros: Very simple to enter data with prompts telling you what is expected. Easily changed after the fact to better serve your needs.

Cons: Slightly limited from a calaboration software allowing you to take aspects of your current system and intergrate it into it.

Pros: Terrific customer service, easy to use and at a great value. Our old Maintenance software was very difficult to use and was very expensive

Overall: Going from a different software that wasnt user friendly and took forever to set up Limble was a breath of fresh air

Pros: The support is fantastic. The guys who support this software even email you to check in from time to time. If you have any issues you can call directly, and get instant help!

Cons: I would like to see it be able to batch handle the work orders. If I want to close a bunch of them for some reason, I have to do so individually. It would be nice to do it in a batch so that you can save a bit of time.

Overall: Organization of the preventative maintenance in our shop. Also tracking of the hours spent doing the PMs verses repairs.

Pros: Limble does such a good job at keeping track of what's been done and letting me know when and what I need to do next.

Cons: Sometimes Limble can be a little tricky to get set up. But once it's done everything else is a breeze!

Pros: Love the fact that the product can be used in my phone, tablet and laptop. It also has made several updates to make even better product.

Cons: Consider having the ability to export some reports into excel to be able to share with non users. Nice not need to have.

Overall: Better communication and documentation to provide to customers

Pros: I like the price, the fact i can see it on my phone or the computer. i like that it is internet based.

Cons: I would like to be able to put multiple pictures of the equipment to document the condition of the equipment.

Pros: Comprensive CMMS program that is easy to create from scratch. Great support from an expert to get started.

Cons: No real issues , but would be nice to have some of the reports export to excel reports. It is hard to come up with any significant issues that I have with this program.

Overall: Was able to support our customer in achieving a positive customer audit.
