Pros

The CMMS did everything I needed to management my service department. It was easy to learn and use and all my technicians have no problem

Cons

Notifications are lacking you can only have email notification having technicians always checking emails can cause delays. A text message would be better

So far has been a great tool. To be able to manage work orders, work requests, assets, employees, vendors, etc. has been great.

The ability to track my Techs work load and time spent on tasks.Ability to set a schedule for PMs to reoccur at set timesAbility for people to easily put in work requests

We have a large facility with a combination of manufacturing and office space. We use for equipment and facilities preventative maintenance scheduling, employee facilities work requests, tracking equipment downtime and work order history, and asset management. I've used other CMMS at other facilities, and my experience with Limble has been very positive. Limble makes it easy to stay organized, and respond quickly to work requests.

Pros

's Work Request Portal is easy for all our employees to use. I sent out the link to the entire company, everyone bookmarked it, and now people can easily submit work requests. It did not require lengthy instructions or any assistance from our IT dept. We've also been very impressed with Limble's customer service. They are easy to reach, and always making improvements.

Cons

There was an item on the work request portal that was unclear, but I mentioned it to 's customer support and it was fixed immediately

Pros

I like that the interface is very user friendly. It was quite easy for the system to be rolled out to our team of technicians. It didn't require any previous experience using CMMS systems. I also loved the video tutorials and webinar sessions that were made available.

Cons

I can't think of anything I didn't like at this time.

Before we had various channels for handling different aspects of our operations. This caused delays, miscommunications, unnecessary duplications, unnecessary repairs etc. However, since we have adopted Limble we have been able to become more efficient in all of the aforementioned areas and some.

Pros

What I like most about is its centrality. I have access to various aspects of the operation in one central unit. It's pretty easy to use and the integration was seamless during the to the various online training videos and the online assistance.

Cons

Personally I think the app is more user friendly on the PC/Laptop as opposed a cell phone.

So far my experience with is very positive! I have spent one meeting per week with their onboarding team learning the software and ensuring that all of our assets are added. They are really good at following up with you to ensure you are on track and set you up for success!

Pros

is really easy to use compared to other products i've tested out. Their support and onboarding team are also very present and helpful.

Cons

I am honestly not sure of anything so far that I do not like about .

The system is easy to navigate for all level of users and can be implemented quickly. You can also customize to fit your needs and the customer support is excellent.

Pros

You can get started quickly with the basics and expand as you gain more knowledge of the system and the useful tools it has. The customer support is excellent and the sessions with the Customer Success Manager are very productive in learning the system and customizing to your company's specific needs.

Cons

There are some bugs from time to time but those get resolved quickly if you make them aware of the issue.

CMMS was easy to set up and switch over from our previous CMMS software. The Limble Customer Success team was very responsive and helpful to us while making the transition. The user-friendliness and uncomplicated layout of Limble is its greatest strength, it is much easier for us to get our team to use the platform regularly and correctly.

Pros

Our team likes the user-friendliness of 's platform and the customizability of the ways we can set up Asset fields and structure PMs. It is much easier for us to get user buy-in with Limble's mobile platform for Work Orders.

Cons

There are a couple of limitations with the data report platform that would be nice to have in the future.

We run safety management, maintenance management, asset management and Key Performance Indexes on this and it works exceptionally well. We've rolled it out regionally.

Pros

It's structured to give you what you need and what you don't know you actually need. It also allows you the flexibility to alter "things" to fit your needs exactly

Cons

Financially it's a bit expensive - but you definitely get what you pay for. Custom service that responds in a couple of minutes. That's unheard of.

Pros

Ease of implication. The ability to track cost of assists. Ease of use for associates to submit work request. Was able to utilize for safety tracking across three divisions.

Cons

Have to create custom dashboards to see cost. should be able to see on work order

It was really easy and fun to learn working with it. I did implement CMMS in our manufacturing industry without any trainning, I just asked a few questions as I was going... Very User friendly

Pros

Live technical support, as quick ass a text within the application

Cons

you can have multiple locations, but cannot use the same inventories for all locations

We already had the licence. I was ask to make trials and provide feedback. I did implement it all across the company within 1 month. That was my feedback... The CMMS is the perfect tools for us.

Pros

“I like that a photo can be taken or uploaded from your phone to attach when closing a work order. It really helps cover our butts because It's proof that we were out there working even if no one saw us. I also learned from Limbles website how to combine work orders. It helps if multiple people report the same problem. Combining them means I only have to close out the project once. ”

Cons

The ability to print out finished reports with out having to export and create a new report in MS Excel.

Overall positive experience, just takes some time to get used to.

Pros

Extremely easy to set up, and am very impressed with the customer service. The web chat function is one of the most effective web chats I've come across.

Cons

When viewing the PM's using the calendar function, it is cumbersome to look at because it lists all child assets that are under the asset that a PM is being associated with. So viewing the PM ends up being a list of way more assets then necessary and is easy to overlook.

has been good to our facility. We can keep track of all emergency repairs, consecutive work orders that can be re-evaluated with management team to determine if an asset needs to be replaced, and it helps organize the whole maintenance team's day.

Pros

has been easy to use, and easy to implement, and makes all PM and Work Orders easy to track.

Cons

Small details that come up during set up time, but those issues get resolved right away the online team in the chat box

Technician like to use it and we are capering more asset data that is useful.

Pros

I likes the flexibility of to create field for assets and parts to fit our need. I also liked how intuitive it is to use. Easy to figure out how to use and easy to train technicians. Mobile app allows better data capture and helps prioritize work.

Cons

The flexibility of reports on the dashboard was great. However, it did take some time to create the reports we needed form scratch. It would be nice to have a library of reports to choose from.

Pros

Easy to use for our customers. Our complex is quite big with multiple locations and this program has made it way easier to submit and keep in touch our progress with our customers.

The initial set up was a little confusing. Our success manager was a rock star and was very helpful along the way. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with,

So far great. We are still getting set up, but most of our major equipment is set up, including all the make/model/SN info. We are currently setting up PMs and figuring out how to track maintenance costs.

Pros

Ease of use once it is all set up is outstanding. All assets and their respective maintenance scheduling is all right in one place. Our Finance Department is excited for us to implement the asset tracking to the degree we can make easier fix/replace decisions.

Cons

The set up is lengthy to get everything in the system we want to get in. We are a team of two who already have busy schedules. Although I don't really see a way around it.

The overall experience has been great, they walked us through every step and offered support and training. The team doesn't just offer a great product but they set you up to succeed as well.

Pros

I love how easy is to set up and use and I am impressed with their customer service and amount of support offered. Our account manager was constantly reaching out to us to help in any way, she explained every aspect of the program and made it an enjoyable experience.

Cons

I can say that I haven't found any cons yet to it. So far I am completely satisfied.

Overall a great experience. From sales to implementation coaching, very helpful people trying to help with implementation and questions.

Pros

I liked that it is really easy to navigate. If it isn't easy then most people will struggle to implement it.

Cons

The only con that comes to mind is that we have pretty big asset list so converting systems just becomes time consuming. The spread sheet template offers does help.
