It has been great, Hila is always quick to respond to any questions and has been there for us every step of the way.

Pros

I like how easy Limble CMMS is to use on a day-to-day basis. The interface is clean and intuitive, so it doesn’t take long to get comfortable with it. Creating and tracking work orders is straightforward, and the mobile app makes it really convenient to update tasks in real time. I also appreciate the preventive maintenance features, they help keep everything organized and reduce downtime. Overall, it saves time and keeps our maintenance operations running smoothly.

Cons

I would like a way to organize work requests manually, like a folder system so that our PMs, Work Orders and projects aren't lumped together.

Our experience has been super positive. Any issues are directly addressed by the Limble team. The Limble team reaches out proactively as well as reviewing our stats and giving us direction and feedback.

Pros

The program on IPAD and PC have very intuitive functions. Presentation and customization of Real time data. The online and personal account support.

Cons

Lack of interface with Adobe or fillable forms. I think this has been addressed. We have some state permit forms we tried to cover with Limble WOs. This did not work out and we have not attempted to see if the updates have addressed this.

Our organization had been using one of those big name CMMS platforms — you know the one: clunky, painfully expensive, impossible to customize without a certified “system wizard,” and riddled with error messages. The layout looked like it hadn’t been updated since Windows 98, and don’t even get me started on the lack of support. We needed something better and started our search. That’s when we stumbled across Limble. At first glance, it honestly looked too good to be true — user-friendly, a free mobile app, completely configurable and scalable, with calendars, asset tracking, and 24/5 support… all for about one-fifth the price we were paying? There had to be a catch. Spoiler alert: there wasn’t. We set up a few demos with the Limble team so our users could get hands-on and ask questions. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, and it was clear this was the right fit for us. Migration from our old platform was the toughest part — not because of Limble, but because our previous system’s data exports were a mess. Once we cleaned things up, we had Limble up and running in no time. Over the past year, we’ve rolled out Limble across all our sites (Canada and United States), and the results have been fantastic. We now have clear visibility into workload, equipment health, downtime, costs, and schedules — with reporting and dashboards that actually make sense. Default Roles – It appears that the default roles (Managers, Technicians, Operators) cannot be removed. This limits flexibility for organizations that prefer to use fully customized role titles, as these defaults remain visible even if not in use. Use of the Term “Template” – I found the terminology around “templates” a bit confusing at first. For example, a recurring work order (commonly referred to as a “PM”) is listed as a “PM Template.” Initially, I hesitated to create one because I thought I was being asked to build a reusable framework rather than the actual PM itself. In my mind, a “PM Template” would refer to a standardized format, frequency, or instruction set used to create PMs—what this system calls “Instruction Set Templates.”

Overall I have had a positive experience with Limble as I find it simple to use a relatively powerful once setup. Limble remains a vital platform for our Plant and Compliance teams. We've had to move away from Limble within my specific group, because we've grown to need a GIS/mapping integration for asset and maintenance management, since my team is primarily doing off-site field work.

Pros

Customer support is easy to reach and responds quickly. The user interface on desktop is excellent, making navigation straightforward. There is mobile support available for both iOS and Android, which adds flexibility. Setting up recurring tasks is simple and intuitive. I also appreciate the implementation of tracking parts and costs. Additionally, the ability to create follow-up work orders directly from within a planned task is very convenient. Built-in QR code support is great for item-specific tasks.

Cons

To fully utilize the data linking features with PMs, you need to set up assets and their relationships in a very specific manner. If this setup isn’t done properly, you might run into issues where any changes to PMs force you to manually re-establish all the data links, especially when a PM is intended to be associated with multiple assets. The lack of GIS or mapping functionality also makes it challenging to manage certain assets, particularly when field workers are required to travel off-site. Additionally, the task list can become quite unwieldy if you have many recurring tasks assigned simultaneously, such as quarterly or yearly inspections.

My experience has been 5 star. I have done over 8 major implementations of CMMS over the last 40 years and Limble has been the best overall system for the price by far!

Pros

The ease of start-up, customization and customer support. The team is always consulting the users for input to make the system work better for all. The changes needed are not necessarily global in as much as local. This ability makes customization for the site more advantageous to a manager like me. Also, the training videos are top notch.

Cons

No real issues so far, I am looking at the mobile client currently and as of now everything seems to be working.

Pros

The UX is intuitive and makes it easy for technicians and requestors to easily and quickly learn how to use the software. Customer support and onboarding was also very good.

The search function is currently limited to exact searches. I would like to see this function be developed into smart searches.

Pros

Great response time with the online help. It’s easy for most techs to use, and it has enough options to handle almost everything we need. Honestly, I can’t think of much that it can’t do.

The system has crashed a lot for me personally, even after my IT team has sworn they’ve done everything they can on their end.

The whole experience has been one of the best project roll out in my career. The team members from Limble have been great and helpful. Training my team who are in different stages of skill has been easy and effortless.

Pros

Limble is such a easy, user-friendly, and simple tool to use for your maintenance needs. My team needs an easy to learn solution and Limble was it. It has all the features that the other complicated systems have and more. I use it on my mobile device all the time when walking around the plant and we can get maintenance fixes done in no time! The support I have received since starting with Limble has been amazing. I chatted with the \[sensitive content hidden\] ! WOW! Who gets to do that. The implementation team has been awesome and very helpful throughout the process. Getting setup was easy as well. A feature I love is that once an asset is created, a QR code is generated from Limble and you are immedately able to print and place on assets.

Cons

I don't have any dislikes. I am just waiting for more AI features to be integrated in the software. As they have plans to add in more AI, it will help our journey.

It is in the launching stage but the set up and asset upload has been much easier than other systems I have used in the past.

Pros

I love the Limble support team and constant new ideas both driven internally from Limble and from requests from customers. The support team of Limble is extremely knowledgeable and committed to solving customer issues and plans.

I don't really have much to say about not liking it - you get out of it what you put into it.. I suppose if I had to say anything it is simply the amount of time and dedication it takes to get a full running CMMS up and operable... but you would find this with any CMMS program because they simply aren't mind readers for the work and nuances of your plant.

There is a lot to Limble. It can be used in a variety of ways. You do not have to use every function for it to be a befit to you. The training can seem daunting at first but it was actually very easy to get through. It just takes some time.

Pros

I have found Limble to be very useful. We use it for Preventative Maintenance tasks as well as to track down time. They offer free online lessons for all the different functions that really breakdown how useful it can be.

Cons

There were a couple of instances where an option is for example a green button on one page but a long text button on another page. That said, I have told them about this kind of minor gripe and they have promised to try to correct it.

Pros

Cons

We had to do a lot of management of change - making sure everyone knew the goals so whenever something didn't act like we were used to we could move past it. Limble implementation has some areas that are rigid and you have to do their way it's not 100% customizable.

Working with the Limble software as well as its customer service team has been a great experience. The software has been very easy to use and navigate. It had all the tools we were looking for without any extra clutter or useless features. It feels like software that is crafted with user experience as a priority.

Pros

Limble is a very user-friendly and intuitive maintenance tracking solution. A user can easily learn to navigate the software in less than an hour. Integrating it is an easy process, as Limble allows for data to be uploaded through an Excel template that the software provides. My maintenance team loves the searchability of the software. Each page gives you a search bar that will find any fragment of information that the user types, such as partial machine numbers or names. If there is ever a question about how to do something in the software, it has a built-in live chat customer support that will walk you through a solution either through text or video. There are also YouTube tutorials linked into the software so you can find help incredibly fast. They also assign you an account manager who will assist in getting you set up and integrated, providing you with ideas to make the process easy and efficient. Now that the software has been set up, the maintenance team is constantly using it to manage tasks and track PMs.

Cons

There is very little to dislike about Limble, honestly. It has some features for you to add vendors and purchase parts, which my team does not use, but these features do not distract from the main use of the software. Overall, I have heard no complaints about the software.

Very good. They have a robust, knowledgeable support team that responds quickly to any questions or concerns.

Pros

Limble is user friendly. It is easy for service technicians to navigate and use the app. Limble also supports many bulk import, export, and update features that help set up or add new assets, parts, or PM tasks. Limble makes it easy to generate reports and dashboards on their website and via excel exports or API connections.

Cons

Attaching PDF documents (like manuals) to assets can be time consuming. With that, they have a solid support team that will actively help find the best solution possible to help make the process as efficient as possible.

So far both the program itself and the team backing it have been absolutely fantastic. I'm glad to say that this is exactly the program we have been looking for. Between it's capabilities and ease of use I don't think any other program could beat it. Especially when considering it was the most affordable program we were able to find.

Pros

The cost vs benefits blows the competition out of the water. The ease of use of the program is astounding. Very easy to pick up and easy to explore and find many different ways for this to benefit your company. Limble organizes and speeds up many inner workings of our company.

Cons

So far we have no complaints about Limble any issues I ever run into with it are either operator error or functions we haven't learned about yet. When these issues arise the Limble team helps substantiality and is a vital learning point for the inner workings of the program.

We were able to add over 200 assets and 2,000 parts in the first two weeks. We started the work request and work orders the 3rd week. We were not using a CMMS at the time we started, yet our technicians and parts department had no problems adapting to this platform.

Pros

Easy to use, I was able to bulk import assets and parts from our spreadsheets. The application is easy to understand and there are many helpful videos to get you started. The assets are easily linked to the parts, work orders and PM's.

Cons

The phone application is very good, but to add notes it doesn't scroll the text as you type so you can see it after the first two line, at lease on my Android.

Overall, I'm pretty happy with limble. I think it's going to take a few years to see the full potential because it also relies on technicians to populate data, but this is what we're looking for.

Pros

Limble has allowed me to bring more data centered decision making into the work I do for my organization. We've moved away from emails and spreadsheets as our primary method of keeping track of work and now manage and assign tasks in Limble.

Cons

Limble has almost too many features. Thier UX makes it difficult to navigate and remember where to go for certain features. The reporting tools include many templates, but when you want to get into custom dashboards it gets a bit confusing.

Overall, integrating Limble into our company's sites has been really user friendly and a smooth process. Working with Ciro from foundation building all the way to our weekly topic meetings once we were at a steady state was instrumental to ensure we successfully implemented this CMMS.

Pros

I love how intuitive Limble is to operate. From the button placement, to the aesthetics and functionality of creating jobs, assets, and PM's, Limble is a very simple and powerful tool.

Cons

I would like to see more options for the reporting section. There were a few things I noticed while implementing this at my site. With that being said, this is more of a site specific thing versus and overall functionality issue.

Taking on a new CMMS after not having one at all can be daunting and the success of that role out comes with how comfortable we are setting it up and asking questions. Alex jumps on every inquiry, happy to get on a call or send a personalized video showing us how to do anything we need.

Cons

It's something to get used to, get buy in on, have consistency in checking this daily, weekly, monthly to ensure everyone is using it the way it is meant to be used. Still working through it so not ready to call out Cons yet...

My Overall Experience with Limble CMMS Limble has been easy to use, reliable, and efficient for managing maintenance tasks. The mobile access and helpful support team have made the onboarding process fairly painless.

Pros

Ease of use: We find it very user friendly. Mobile-Friendly: We needed a software that can be with the techs and machine operators all the time. Onboarding Process: Our customer support contact was/is very helpful.

Cons

We have not discovered a weakness yet. But we have a ways to go yet with our integrations. I will report back and adjust if we run into issues.

\[sensitive content hidden\] have been a huge help in reviewing our account and walking us though things.

Pros

The fact that what every is or needs scheduled comes up on time. Reports are at the push of a button. Things can be found fairly easily. The support and coaching were very good.

Cons

Just issues while using a phone, the time would get messed up. It would seem the program would drop out and once reopened the timer would have stopped. I believe this issue has been corrected
