### "Best CMMS to date!"

We needed to implement a CMMS for ACI to track all maintenance functions in two facility's. This system stood out over 4 others that I pursued. My career has been centered in Maintenance for over 28 years and I have used quite a few different systems. Limble, by far, has been the easiest to implement and navigate all while keeping the functionality of any other CMMS I have used.

Pros

The thing I like the most about Limble is the ease of use and intuitive layout.

Cons

In all honesty, there is not one thing i could make better about the software itself. All features I have used have been easy to figure out and if there was anytime I got stuck, my CSM was there to assist with little to no wait time.

This company really has it together. We were in the market for maintenance software but not looking to spend a fortune on it. There are too many companies out there that overcharge for software that is overly complicated just for the sake of it. We looked at many other providers and came across Limble and are thankful we did. Not only is the functionality of the software well thought out, it is perfect for companies small and large. The PM, work order and request, and parts tracking is bar none the simplest program I have ever used. A monkey could run this software. It has streamlined our operation and what we save in loss time pays for the subscription 10 times over. This system can work for any business that requires tracking of maintenance performed on all units within the company. When it comes to support and customer service, there is none better. I have NEVER worked with a group so incredibly eager and willing to suite a customer's needs. These people are stand up folks and more companies should take a harder look on how LImble conducts business and follow Limble's lead. They don't scoff at suggestions and concerns, they embrace and welcome it. All in all, we could not be happier to have found Limble and look forward in continuing our relationship with Limble.

Pros

Ease of use for admins and techs. Accuracy. Features for the price. Cloud storage. Customization that you create tailored to your business. New features being added on a regular basis.

Cons

Has a tendency to bog down lower end hardware.

Its took me some times to learn and teach all the technicians, some of the technicians are not used to computer gadget, so, I have to train them on how to navigate and use the software, its would have grate if we can have contact of supplies or vendors of facilities attached to each asset, so we can carry out quick market inventory on each machines or asset

Pros

We have thought about having a software to schedule and give work order for maintenance of our construction machinery and faculties, we equipped every of our technician with a tablet for quick alert, Limble CMMS was suggested by a friend, I started with the trial version has an administrator and manager, it was quite easy to learn, getting work order to technicians just by pushing a button was interesting, managing the company's asset and tracking of labour cost was made easy, tracking of past maintenance work was also possible, the interface is easy to navigate.

Cons

I would have loved it more if futuristic maintenance schedule can be created, tagged with a time alarm, in an organised order, i hope this would be included in the upgrade, the application requires that every technician needs to have a tablet with a regular internet service, to be informed and alerted about any maintenance work order, but nevertheless, I think it makes our work fast and makes us work smart

Overall experience is great, the customer service is exceptional, and I think that is key for a CMMS program.

Pros

How easy it is to use and how customer feedback is used to make constant updates to the app.

Cons

Didn't really dislike anything, however it would be nice if there was a way to go back to a previous cloud back up in case something messes up.

Limble has given us a work order system that we can actively track based on any number of parameters. Reports can be created nearly instantly and downloaded to our microsoft systems seamlessly.

Pros

The ease of putting in work requests through both an asset QR code or hyperlink has been a game changer for our system.

Cons

Uploading assets is time consuming drudgery as with any new system. A feature that would allow you to upload asset information via a photo would be a real time saver. Take a picture of the serial and model plate and BOOM! Automatically fills the fields for the asset.

Overall experience is Excellent. Their customer support is very good. The "launch" services they offer got us up to speed faster than we expected

QR Codes for Assets; The mobile app - no more paper; Ability to add pictures and other objects like manuals to assets; API for programmatic access to data

Cons

I wish there was some kind of reporting-only licensing option - something less than a technician (a "data-creator") but with more capability than simply submitting a work request. Some of my execs want to see the dashboards and have other "read-only" capability. I can give them a license but they will be intermittent users at most, so the cost seems high for that

I like the ease of use on mobile app to complete tasks and WOs. Great ability to add pictures in to give better descriptions for work requests as well as solutions to problem Also really like ability to customize WOs with lots and lots of info and variety such that I can put so many instructions into WOs that it takes away some of the verbal

I liked the original black interface better than current one

Really good, our customer success manager \[sensitive content hidden\] was really responsive and knowledgeable. I was able to get set up and using the software quickly and with ease.

Pros

It's very easy to use and has an obvious UI. I was able to wrap my head around the entire system within a week.

Cons

Setup is a little time consuming, however I think this is probably the case with any software when you are starting up a CMMS at your company for the first time.

Overall experience has been great. Anytime I have an issue I can use the chat and my questions are answered promptly. If I make a mistake, I can delete it. Instructions on Limble help a lot.

Pros

I liked the ease of use. Limble was very easy to set-up and assign tasks. The work order system is also very easy to use.

Cons

I think the one con would be the dark mode. I like the dark mode but it's almost too dark. Not much contrast. Adding some more contrast like grays instead of all dark would improve the look.

Limble had the most to offer for the price.

We had nothing to start with and Limble made it so simple to implement, and they provided excellent support through the whole process. The simplest, yet very powerful CMMS that I have ever used.

Pros

The Preventative Maintenance portion is very simple to use and get set up, it gives you all sorts of ways to set up frequencies and easily tracks all activities.

Cons

No cons, everything went perfect with implementation of the system.

Limble support has been amazing. Right from day one. Between the online support that answers within minutes to the rep who consistently checks in to see if he can support it has made using Limble a great investment. Limble is completely customizable.
