Great support! Katia went above and beyond to help. We had a ton of help during implementation, and an ongoing offer to ask for help when we need it.

Pros

From the finance department view, I like a couple of things about Limble: (1) fixed asset tracking so I know where and what we have in operations all the time, and (2) cost tracking -- the cost of down-time, cost of repairs, cost of parts, etc.

Cons

I don't have anything to say about the software. The issue we have is with people. Limble is a solid tool, but as they say, GIGO. We need the folks to do the work to make the tool work.

In case you weren't aware, we recently made it so you can test out some of the feature sets from the higher price points :) Our developers need to feed their families so we can't offer the software for free, but we can guarantee that you will save far, far more money using Limble than you ever spend on your subscription. Example: Midwest Materials saved almost half a million dollars their first year just on parts, less administrative time and overtime, and faster turnaround getting production equipment back up and running. Fantastic experience from a 1-2 week onboarding right into full use across the entire team.

Pros

The integration of our assets and the visibility of both unplanned and preventative maintenance tasks made the onboarding process a seamless transition which has immediately helped the team achieve greater efficiency and success.

Cons

It would be very beneficial if a PM upload spreadsheet was available to import the same PM profile and assign to different assets but allowing for the ability to set different start dates and due dates.

Works much better than our previous maintenance software. Easy to find most features. Works logically, easy to get started. Good mobile interface.

Cons

Tool accounting should be a basic feature. Too many features are behind tiered paywalls. More batch actions and universal templates would make this easier to use. I'd like it if there was a more structured, standardized way to build PMs, and maybe a feature to edit writing to improve translation. Some features like PM Templates are buried for no clear reason.

Pros

We have received fantastic customer service with limble! There are many ways to find the information we need, and we are always very impressed with how quick we receive responses from our customer service rep! The implementation is also very easy and simple to use. A lot of it is common sense!

Cons

Anything that has taken up some time for us in implementation is because of our own doing or processes. We don't have any complaints about limble yet!

The implementation and training was great. We have a dedicated person to help with any questions and he is very responsive and helpful.

Pros

The ability to set up preventative maintenance work orders, have them generate at a chosen date and time and get notifications of them is the best!

Cons

I will say we don't use the mobile aspect but that's not a dislike. It just wasn't for us.

Initially, I was very skeptical. I did not select the software and the person that did had never done TPM. We did a pilot run on some crucial assets that kept breaking down. Sure, we could have tracked them with a MS Excel spread sheet but Limble gave us better parsing of data - a technician's view, a supervisor's view, a manager's view - and it was very easy to teach and use.

Pros

The BEST thing about Limble is that 90% of setting up Total Preventative Maintenance is already prepared in the software. All we had to do was enter our assets, the people that would manage them, the schedules of the Preventative Maintenance actions and common work orders.

Cons

I wanted Limble to offer a more thorough template to begin with- TPM is about nouns, but also verbs, adjectives, and adverbs. I quickly built a template of 7 features we needed to know to manage each of our assets, and I encourage other users to start with those 7

Zero Complaints!

Pros

I started using Limble after trying out many other off the shelf CMMS softwares and I quickly fell in love with the ease of use, intuitiveness yet the power this tool provided me and my team. The ability to see automatically generated and customized reports meant that I could choose whether I wanted to see things at a micro-level or a macro one, or both of them together. However, what beats their product is the customer support and the team provides. There was a major change in the software which was a deal breaker (maker) for me and the team did it. Without being hyperbolic, this is the best in class customer services interaction I have ever had with any technology company, big or small.

Cons

The visualization of the software could be improved in the way it displays the asset trees. Secondly, there should be a way to customize forms to different formats to suit your own organization. But, I would say all of these things are not show-stoppers.

outstanding. I have used many CMMS in the past and this one is the most user friendly and most stream line program yet.

Pros

It's all about time management and getting things done in a set amount of time and this CMMS beats all i have tried in the past

Cons

The cost per seat is competitive, but i would like to add seats in a future date, also wish there was a first time user discount for the first year just to feel it out in full mode.

Intuitive interface, easily customised to suit your organisation/workflow, good visual management options for personal dashboard. Good support from the Limble team in setting up the system, both in technical support and customisation.

Cons

Custom dashboards are difficult for non-technically literate people. Time-consuming to set up in a way that is common amongst all CMMSs.

It has been great. The customer service tab is so much easier than calling or emailing a number. I just click on the icon, type out my question and get an answer back quickly.

Pros

It moves issues quickly and easily from the worker with and issue to the Maintenance manager and Maintenance Tech. Totally streamlined our process and kept problems from getting lost in the sea of emails, texts and voicemails.

Cons

It takes a lot of time to input tasks. I wish there were options to batch tasks. If I could type in one task and set it up to go to each location and asset that I wanted it to all at once it would be great. Currently I have found that I must make the task over and over.

The support and information to help get started with setup is great with Limble. I had training sessions with my Customer Service Manager. Limble also has instructional videos on multiple topics that were helpful in the set-up of this system.

Cons

I cannot assign work to non-users of Limble. I have some employees that do random PM's that are infrequent. This is why it is hard to justify paying for them as a user when they only use Limble once a month.
