how easy to go from task to task and how quick it is overall great piece of software the fact that you can go unasigned or just give directly to one person or a group is great or just leave it and let the individual pick and choose what works best for his or her schedule the ability to schedule up coming down time instead of hit or miss the use graphes are great it allowes ever one to see whats been done and needs to be done and the possible cost

there is nothing in my opinion to say negative its great

The customer service was excellent and professional. Katia was very knowledgeable on the system and patiently answered all our questions along the way.

Pros

I liked how easy it was to migrate data from an old system and how quickly the client was up and running. The system was very intuitive and easy to edit on the fly.

Cons

We are still evaluating all the functionality but at this point no cons to report.

Communication and equipment tracking were two of our biggest issues and the reason we began looking for solutions. This software has been very effective in solving both of this problems. Very pleased with our purchase and onboarding to this point.

Pros

This software is so user friendly that our Technicians are able to log and submit work orders on the spot.

Cons

I want to be able to integrate Point of Sale software to Limble. Hoping this can work!

We reviewed 8 highly rated CMMS systems, demo'd 4 and chose Limble for it's flexibility, ease of use and cost. Since we began using it we've also found the implementation and support is exceptional. We simply can't be happier with our choice and I highly recommend Limble CMMS.

Pros

I have used other CMMS programs (MPulse, Maximo) and found Limble to be fully featured, intuitive and way easier to use. Limble also provides the best support I have experienced in both implementation and use.

Cons

I have not found anything I do not like about the program or the company.

The ease of use, the user interface is very self intuitive. Also, the ability to load up your own documents and history into Limble. The price point was fair as well.

We love it. It's been extremely easy to integrate. Training and customer service have been top notch!

Pros

Ease of use and integration. Our team loves having the list of work orders all in one place. All information for the particular job is all in one work order and able to leave comments for the project right on the work order.

Cons

There currently isn't a chat option in the software. Still have to use text or email.

We are a new company to Limble and have just started implementation. The system is very user friendly and the support is outstanding. It has been so nice to have a centralized system to maintenance records and asset tracking for our facility

Pros

Asset Tracking allows us to accurately track the cost of maintenance of the hundreds of pieces of equipment within our facility

Cons

Spell checking on work order notes would be beneficial

We mainly use it for Work Orders and Daily/weekly/monthly Pm's. It has really unified all of our teams and streamlined productivity

Pros

I am able to progressively add information to the work orders. I'm able to upload photos.

Cons

As a user and not an admin, I would like to at a minimum be able to correct misspellings after starting a work order or pressing submit.

what I disliked most about Limble would has the be the number of pages printed for a specific asset.

I have began an important journey of creating the technical history of all the equipment I am responsible for and this will go a long way in making g important decisions even with diagnostic information. No more heaps of paper and losing hours looking for info from piled stationery. I have more time on my hands to take care of other pressing priorities.

Pros

Impressive interface, QR coding, mobile app, exceptional functionality and most importantly the ease of generating reports. Yes all CMMS's have at least some or more of the above features but below the surface you experience more. Bonus.....it is the most affordable with administrator/manager and user capabilities.

Cons

I still struggle with setting up the maintenance intervals with regards to hour metre readings. I have not seen an entry for periodic hour metre registering to keep track of the next schedule.

Simplified sset and task management.

Pros

I like that it is easy use. Before selecting an asset/task management Saas, I signed up for about 5 demos with various companies. Most of them were extremely complicated and expensive. Limble was a breathe of fresh air. The customer service is great, if you have any questions, they respond immediately and with clear answers.

Cons

Like any other software, there is an occasional bug. These are resolved promptly. There isn't anything I dislike about the software.

Limble has allowed us to manage our maintenance activities and keep track of many metrics that show how the maintenance team and the business is doing. Limble has taken our company to the next level.

Pros

Initial set up is easy. It is very easy to use and navigate. The tutorials are very helpful when first starting to learn the software.

Cons

There have been some features that needed improved, but the Limble team has been VERY receptive and fast to make changes that are requested. I really don't have any big issues with the software or the Limble team.

Overall it makes our team more efficient. For one, we can use the software to check our inventory. Secondly, we have access to previous work reports which is so refreshing. Thirdly, we can notify all related parties about the current status of the work order with a simple remark.

Pros

What I like the most about this software is it's simplicity. An excellent tool to use to retrieve past machine work order history which translates to less downtime for the production machines.

Cons

Speaking for myself, I have yet to find a difficult issue with this software.

My review should be taken with a grain of salt, because we’re not using this software for its exact intended purpose, but it’s just not very helpful.

Pros

We’re using it to track parts and service, and it does do that.

Cons

Service tickets created in Limble only have a due date. No scheduling can really be done, which should definitely be an option. The app is very frustrating, and makes looking up part numbers on the job such a chore that it seems like less work to memorize the part numbers...

So far so good.

Pros

I really enjoy the ease of listing items in the PM section of the software. Also the different options of how to list the PMs. My technicians really like having the mobile versions of the app.

Cons

For the most part I feel like everything is good. I guess the only complaint is some of the features that I feel are pretty basic require an upgrade such as the ability to print QR codes to post on the equipment.
