Overall, my experience with Limble has been really positive. I wasn’t expecting to receive this much attention and support, so I really appreciate the effort the Limble team puts in to help their customers succeed. Everyone has been great, especially \[sensitive content hidden\], who guided me through the onboarding process and made sure everything went smoothly. There’s also a ton of useful material available, from online training courses to videos, which makes learning the system much easier.

Pros

What I like most about Limble is how easy it is to use. It comes already set up in a way that makes it really simple to customize, so you can adapt it to your needs without waiting on special changes or long implementation times.

Cons

The pricing can be a bit high for small to mid-sized companies. As you add more licenses, it gets expensive pretty quickly. It would be great if they offered better pricing for added number of users, or even a more affordable 'view-only' license for team members who just need access to dashboards and reports.

Limble support is very responsive, responses using the chat feature within the software were almost instantaneous. Overall we setup about 600 assets and thousands of PM's in just a couple of weeks...transition from our old system was very simple.

Pros

Its very easy to pick up and use right out of the gates. Has a nice user interface that allows for quick and easy setup. Bulk uploading of equipment and work orders is a nice feature. The ability to segregate between facilities, personnel, and order type is nice.

Cons

KPI setup options are a little limited. The Limble Parts Search feature has not been super helpful thus far, but in all honesty, we have not put in much effort into it yet.

User friendly and I have always received excellent assistance.

Pros

I like how in depth I can be with work instructions. Adding photos and documents really helps my technicians. I am slowly asked less questions the more we build our PM's.

Cons

It would be really nice to select specific dates to skip on PM schedules instead of making select holidays or figuring out skips per occurrence. It may be user error, but "Offline Mode" doesn't always seem to work very well.

Limble has really helped us streamline our workflow and asset tracking. While we have learned that implementation has some upfront hurdles such as time inputting all of our assets and staff training, the long-term benefits are worth it.

Pros

Lets teams track work orders, equipment status, & inventory all in one place. Preventive maintenance schedules reduce downtime & extend asset life. Techs can update work orders from the field, keeping data accurate and current. Sends reminders, escalations, & alerts for overdue tasks or equipment issues.

Cons

Staff have needed more time to adjust to the new processes than originally thought, especially coming from paper and spreadsheets.

We started using Limble CMMS for our global maintenance operations, and I’m very satisfied with the experience. The software is intuitive and easy to use, which made onboarding our team quick and smooth. The 24/7 online support also works very well and is always helpful when needed. One of the biggest advantages is how well it organizes work orders and preventive maintenance schedules. The mobile access is another huge plus, allowing technicians to update tasks directly from the field. Overall, it’s a reliable and efficient solution that I would recommend to other teams looking to improve their maintenance management.

Wildly pleased with changing over to this platform. I've worked on dozens of platforms over the years - easy for frontline users while still powerful enough on the backend for deep dives and reporting.

Pros

Limble is a striking mix of ease of use and flexibility. Front line users don't even need an AP installed. Dialing in reports on the backend is easy and looks great!

Cons

Doing bulk updates during setup is a little confusing but customer support has helped every step of the way.

Fantastic customer support from the demo to the contracting step all the way to the training and onboarding.

Pros

The ability for anyone and everyone to submit a work request without a login is amazing. The Application is so easy to use for technicians. The live online help is a great at your fingertips. They always respond within a minute or two. Lastly, they have links to YouTube videos at the top of most screens that are tutorials on what that screen can do for you

Cons

Missing some features I would like such as cross team assignment for separate teams and the ability to make bulk templates to be used as any time any where.

I was involved with the meetings set up to help choose a CMMs system, as i was one of 3 people with any real experience with another CMMS system. We had it narrowed down to 3 systems, why they chose this one over the other 3 is way beyond my comprehension. A very big blunder is when a maintenance worker closes a work order, it shouldn't actually close it. Instead, it should go to a pool for someone to review and then do the final closing. To the maintenance worker it appears closed, but it is not until the person(s) in charge of reviewing them signs off. The inventory side of things is another problem all on its own. Also, we should be able to have more than one window open at a time.

Pros

To be honest not much. Our management doesn't allow us to utilize it properly. They are making the system more cumbersome. Our internal processes are limiting its intended functionality. Specifically, the end users (Maintenance workers) are not allowed to create work orders directly. Instead, they must submit requests through a separate process, causing delays and reducing the systems overall efficiency.

Cons

I have used Infor EAM (HxGNn) before Limble. This CMMS system seems like one that was created in a basement and introduced with limited talent to back it up. This system is poorly set up. It might work for a startup company that doesn't know what it needs or understand how these systems should function.

Overall Limble is one of the best preventative maintenance software’s that is have seen. It is very time efficient and easy to operate. If you are looking for a new preventative maintenance solution Limble is definitely worth it.

Pros

Limble is a very easy to use software that was easily implemented into our company. There has been no hiccups and very little need to reach out for support after the initial set up. The software does a good job at tracking all your asset data. It automatically reschedules all your preventative maintenance for the next time. \[sensitive content hidden\] is our rep and he has followed up and given clear communication with us about how to use Limble and new things coming to Limble in the future.

Cons

There are no issues with what I have experienced with Limble since we stater using it there are no cons at all.

Pros

Customer support is #1. I like how customizable Limble is and the ease of use when creating dashboards.

Cons

Because of the number of customizations, it can be tricky to develop the dashboards you want due to the number of options. Limble customer support is always available to help with this. They are very responsive! I would like to see more AI.

Pros

The Learning Center is super helpful for getting started, and both the website and app are very intuitive. The custom dashboard is easy to tailor, and customer support has been 10/10. I haven’t introduced it to my team yet, but implementation should be simple.

Cons

I like the wide range of customization options and how much there is to learn. As a beginner, I wish I’d known to complete the full Learning Center first—it would’ve saved me from backtracking. A bulk option for adding PM dates and an autosave feature on the website would also be really helpful.

The integration with SSO. There always seems to be an issue when trying to connect users. These issues continue when the first issue has been solved when getting new users into the system.

It's great understandable and very simple to use. It describes it's self very easily to get what you want to say and put down. Doesn't make correction because it follows your demands what you put down.

Pros

Very important in the way it's put together from a working job perspective. It breaks down all the sections and divides in categories. Easy to read and laid out. Very understandable for a beginner like me.

Cons

The only con about this is that when you complete a job you can't reopen it up to change things or close the job by accident to reopen. Can't do a correction. The app is fine over all.

I don’t really have any cons. It does great for the task I need for. The one and only thing I don’t like is how I have to keep logging in each and every time I can’t stand that that, and I don’t have password remember

Prior to Limble, the company had a system that never saw any real adoption. It was clunky and had very few features.

Pros

Limble has a great pricing structure. Support knows their stuff and is quick to reply. Our implementation specialist has gone above and beyond to help us become successful using the product. End users that we thought would take months to adopt its daily use have taken to Limble in a matter of weeks. This is due to it's simplistic and easy to navigate menus and work order system. We are on the fast track to success with Limble. It's implementation has helped to reduce a number of barriers within the company and is helping us foster a culture of trust and accountability within the organization.

Cons

The ability to automate reports to non-licensed users is the one thing we could really use.

Pros

Very easy to implement with seamless transition from paper to the app. Excellent customer support, both with the reps and in app support staff. Streamlined maintenance operations and organized preventative maintenance.

There are no cons that i can think of. Limble is very user friendly and fits all the needs we have for the software.

Pros

What I like most about limble is the ability to store all the company's work information under 1 software. Parts and photos and signatures under 1 app that we can send right away to our customers is a big plus.

Cons

I do not like the " bugs" or certain times it freezes up and stays in loading mode.

I have mostly really been impressed by how user friendly Limble is and how helpful the team at Limble is. The software does not seem stagnant with regular updates, and is being frequently. I have used software before for work that is custom programmed and then never updated again and breaks, but Limble seems to constantly have improvements, which probably is helped by the subscription model of the software.

Pros

Limble has an extremely user friendly and intuitive graphical user interface. Limble allows easy user configuration that most importantly doesn't rely on hiring a software engineer every time you want to create a new checklist, or make slight adjustments. The customer service team is extremely helpful in implementing the software to customize for specific use cases within the limits of the software. Limble is easy to use on both mobile devices (I have tested on iOS and iPadOS) and on desktop PCs through a web browser.

Cons

I upload a lot of photos and I would like a means to but comments under each photo when I submit a work request, so that the team receiving that work request knows what each photo is referencing. I think that it also would be helpful if Limble could allow you to reorganize the order that photos appear when you upload multiple at once. I also have noticed that when creating a very long checklist, Limble can slow down a lot, during the editing and creation process, and I am not sure if that is a RAM/memory issue on the PC being used or on the server end while editing a checklist. Perhaps this is already a feature, but in the time tracking it would be good to distinguish between time traveling to do the work, time doing the work, and time entering notes and filling out the checklist or work order after completing the work.

Very good. I have been involved in property and facilities management for over 40 years and have never had the luxury of using a CMMS. Have always wanted to, but working for non-profits and small companies, had financial limits that prevented the initial expense.

Pros

Everything is linked together and globally searchable. The initial sales agent reaching out, \[sensitive content hidden\] who introducing us to Limble did a great job.

Cons

like any new software, just having to figure out how everything is supposed to work. That said, support getting onboarded was great!

I am very happy I switched from Emaint to Limbe. The transition was seamless. So easy to use and very easy to mold and modify tasks. The help that comes with the support team is amazing. I get answers very quickly after requesting help. someone is always available to help.

Pros

The best feature for me is how easy it is to learn and build this system. I was building out my companies' system in the 1st week.

Cons

One difficulty is we need a license for every user. For us that means dozens of licenses for individuals who are not necessarily using the system on a regular basis.

It was slow to start with learning this system from scratch. We didn't have a legacy system. Everything had to be manually loaded

Love the dashboard and ease of use. Importing items helps with the initial data loading. The look of the dashboard if very customer centric

I wish there was a way to import PM. We have to manually import all tasks and that is very cumbersome and takes a long time.

It has been great! The software is intuitive and they also offer zoom training and there are youtube videos to do anything.

Pros

Setting up PMs digitally and parts tracking are the best parts of the software. This will take our department away from keeping papers for tracking.

Cons

The set up but I knew it would be intensive when I signed up. Once set up it will make running the maintenance department easier.
