Average. Its a bit superficial of a system that only covers submission of work and closing out work. The actual managing of work is pretty much completely missed

Pros

Their chat support is outstanding. No random chat bots, but real people that answers your questions in minutes. User friendliness is also high and there are good videos available to help with most standard things

Cons

I think its made by software people that has little experience in maintenance. As such the system does not support anything regarding planning and scheduling of work orders. Work orders does not have different status', you cannot have different dates for when orders are planned, kitted, due etc., you cannot manage/schedule work in any smart way (yes, they have an overview, but nothing that works). It is basically a solid platform for capturing new work requests and also closing out work. But anything in between (the planning and scheduling of work) will need to be done outside the system. They need to hire some folks from the real world (not software people) that understands maintenance and then build the system out for planning and scheduling

So far Limble has been great for our team. With the training and guidance it has made our move from our previous system much easier.

Pros

Cons

I would like to see more reporting. A usage report and inventory movement report would be extremely helpful.

Pros

Having a customer success manager that genuinely cares about making the product work best for you. It is easy to use and very effective.

Cons

I have not found anything that I don't like. If you ever have questions, the customer support team is incredible.

Pros

Limble has been an incredible advancement for our department and work flow. Easy to use and understand, quick and straightforward phone app for on the road projects, and the training staff were beyond helpful and understanding of our specific needs. Short and sweet videos to help any immediate questions or how to’s is a nice touch. We have multiple locations and Limble has simplified access to all assets, work orders, and PMs for each with a single click. Everyday it seems I discover a new great feature in Limble that continues to help our department grow in productivity.

Cons

I have no issues with Limble at this time. They have been very accommodating to our companies needs and requirements.

Easy to track preventative maintenance to be more proactive with company asset upkeep instead of reactive.

Cons

I don't like that people who are not users cannot fill out a preventative maintenance QR code. We cannot track certain tasks from our part time workers.

A very easy tool to use, with a simple layout. If you don’t have any experience with CMMS software, this is a great option to start with. And if you're already familiar with these tools, it will be even easier to implement.

Pros

Limble is very easy to use. Everything you need to run a solid maintenance plan is there, and it's very intuitive. You can quickly upload or update hundreds of PMs, assets, or parts lists. You can also create custom dashboards or export the data to work on another platform. Additionally, if you encounter any issues, the support team responds very quickly.

Cons

If you need a feature that is not available yet, you may have to wait a long time for it to be implemented.

Limble was an unexpected great find for us. The product is so customizable, the asset tracking is insanely deep, and the fantastic support team is quick to respond, as well as having tons of training materials.

Pros

The end-user interface is exceptional, and the configurability of that interface is amazingly simple.

Cons

Not being able to mass/bulk assign Preventive Maintenance tasks to all locations. You can bulk create PMs for a single location, just not multiple/all.

I don’t have any dislikes with limble so far, we have not fully implemented this product yet so we will see if that changes over time.

We've had a great transition from our previous CMMS to this one. Limble is far more intuitive that our previous CMMS. The knowledge and help that the Limble team provides is also extremely valuable.

Pros

The maneuverability of the PM schedules - stacking, skipping, "set it and forget it" - all suite a wide range of needs in this area.

Cons

More manipulation in the widget creation would be amazing. The ability to report on more than one aspect in one graph. Also, the way options change depending on how you're reporting is understandable but a bit more manipulation in that area would be awesome.

Come detto sulla sezione vantaggi, è fantastica da integrare se nella propria azienda/officina non si ha uno strumento del genere. Permette di semplificare i processi di manutenzione e grazie ai reminder aiuta a ricordarsi quando effettuare manutenzione ordinaria e/o straordinaria

Pros

È veramente fantastica ! È un'applicativo che permette di schedulare le manutenzioni di macchinari e gestire processi. Le attività possono essere schedulate facendo assegnazioni alle singole persone, come tecnici e amministratori, per far fare loro dei compiti preventivi,di produzione o post-produzione del macchinario in oggetto. Poi ha altre funzionalità riguardo

Cons

Devo dire che è fatta bene ed è funzionale, non ha particolari svantaggi. Tuttavia potrebbe presentarsi una complessità causata dall'alto numero di configurazioni che si possono inserire e che potrebbero creare difficoltà di personalizzazione se si hanno tantissimi macchinari

It’s been great, any question I have had has been answered thoroughly and within a timely manner. It’s also nice to have the option of looking at the forums and YouTube videos for help

Pros

Limble allows us to report in full detail, which is something our current work order system lacks. The custom dashboards are cool too!

Cons

It’s a bit tedious to set up when you have 100+ locations. It’s a lot of navigation/information which can be overwhelming at first, but it’s not too bad once you get familiar with the system.

Structure and simplicity of use. The organization of our assets is top-tier, and having everything on one platform is amazing.

Cons

Not being available sooner. Had we had this tool years ago, we would have been better organized and ready for day-to-day operations.

I love using Limble, easy to set up, very versatile, and there is always someone to help if you have any questions. They also provide Youtube links to demonstrate how to accomplish the more complex setups. Custom dashboards make getting the information your facility cares about easy.

Pros

The response time when you have a problem is less than a minute. I'm a facility manager and come in usually before 6am and I can still get a response from a real person. I have never had an issue left unresolved for more than a day, and usually it is fixed within minutes.

Cons

It has some compatibility issues with Firefox, but those are solved by refreshing the cache.

Easy implementation and use. We were able to start using Limble and show value from the use of the software immediately.

Pros

Limble is a great CMMS tool that allows for quick set up, is simple to use, and has a great support structure for implementation. We have even had requests from other departments to use the system to track other resources!

Cons

I haven't ran into any problems using this software. I will update this review if I run into any difficulties.

Pros

As an Administrative Fellow for my organization, I was introduced to Limble when I began working with the facilities team. Initially, I found the software a bit challenging to navigate, as I had no prior experience with this type of system. However, with time and the help of tutorial videos, I became more comfortable and found the platform very user-friendly. One of the features I appreciate most is how easy it is to organize Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules, assets, and locations. The intuitive layout helped me manage everything efficiently. Additionally, I received valuable support from \[sensitive content hidden\] , who provided me with useful tips and tricks for managing assets and PMs at different locations. Overall, Limble has become an indispensable tool in my role, and I'm grateful for the smooth learning process and ongoing support.

Cons

One challenge I encountered was when I needed to assign a technician to the SBHC locations. The process of assigning them one by one can be time-consuming and a bit cumbersome, especially when managing multiple locations. It would be helpful to have a feature that allows for bulk assignment to streamline the process.

I like how easy it is to understand the checklist.

Cons

The confusion of the tasks that limble haves (It's in the works at the moment) but once everything is organized to each person correctly I don't believe they'll be anything I like least about limble.

the system contains all the needed feature to make a user more efficient plus easy to use and great customer chat support.

Pros

it's the custom dashboard with a very useful filtering capability and nice graphics representation. Also, the Live training session by Ms Lauri, great help to those new in Limble.

Cons

it would be helpful to add at least 1 functionality to the operator license subscription. and in custom dashboard, widgets can sometime be annoying to arrange, also with limitation with a max of 30 only.

Was easily able to import all my required data and push to go-live in no time. The people has Limble have been a huge help and were always there to help me when I needed it.

Pros

The software is a breeze to integrate and use. The customer support is great with millions of articles and live support when needed. So many great features to suit your business needs.

Cons

There is nothing to not like about Limble. Havn't had any issues.
