over all i think limble is great. I think our company is wanting to do too many different things and making too many changes (as far as how they want us to operate it) at the same time. i believe most of these should have been done or changed prior to launch of limble.

Pros

the custom dashboards are really nice. ability to search machines/tasks/parts are quick and easy.

Cons

the custom dashboards could be easier to make them "custom". trying to get a specific asset with all the tasks for one specific person was a little troublesome to get in place. once i was able to figure that part out it has worked great!

My experience with Limble is extremely positive. Especially with the outstanding support of \[sensitive content hidden\] methodically guiding my team through the configuration. The approach he takes builds upon the previous time spent. There are so many configuration options to choose from but he puts you at ease and works through it with you.

Pros

Limble is very flexible and customizable software that we can tailor to our specific site needs. What I love most about Limble is the coaching received from Customer Success Manager \[sensitive content hidden\]. His friendly approach is very methodical and laid back training my team through the software and configuration stage. His knowledge is impeccable and knows the ins and outs of the system. He even introduced us to features we've never even thought of using! On top of the coaching sessions, he's always available for questions outside of our scheduled meetings!

Cons

I have not encountered any CON's with Limble

10 out of 10 experiences with switching over to this software so far and it has only been 1-month at the time of writing. Excited to see where this platform can bring us with making our maintenance team more efficient.

Pros

What I liked most about the Limble CMMS software was how customizable it is to our business's needs. All businesses are unique in their own way, and I think being able to have a maintenance software that can be customized to fit any business need is very beneficial. I really enjoy how innovative this team and software feels as well, the team always seems like they are trying to find ways to improve their system to make it better in every way possible. Striving for better should be in every company's playbook and this software is definitely doing what they can to always be better.

Cons

I have no negative feedback currently for Limble CMMS.

The nice graphics and interface. Also, it is easier to use. The online support are actual humans, not bot and they are always available.

Cons

The fact that you cannot custom create privileges for each role even with the professional package. Unless you purchase the enterprise package.

Some of it is very good. I just think we pushed the system to some of its limits with the amount of data that we want to use and track. The Pharmaceutical world is just a little different the other maintenance jobs I had in the past.

The ability to sort out data to make widget's

The inability to change some of the templates

My overall experience with Limble was fantastic. I enjoyed how easy Limble is to use and it is amazing how effective the software is at tracking data and formatting it in a very visually pleasing manner.

Pros

The thing that I liked the most about Limble is that it was so easy to use. Access to youtube tutorials, Ciro's expertise, and the general intuitiveness of the software were fantastic.

Cons

The thing that I liked least about Limble was that it does not like to play nice with excel. Bulk uploading could be refined a lot. There were also times that I would've liked a search bar or easier way to sort and filter within several areas of Limble.

So far it’s going good like I said previously it takes a little bit to figure out how to use it but it’s getting better and the Limble rep is very helpful.

Pros

Limble makes keeping track of day to day as well as monthly work pretty simple. It includes in an appropriate time it takes to do each task which helps for the next time.

Cons

It takes a while to get used to how everything works and remembering how to get to certain places but over all it’s more on the user.

Still implementing but so far, I like it. Great system of You Tube videos, so you have all instructions how to operate.

Pros

Simple work with system. Easy to import spare parts from excel files. Easy to create planned maintenances and QR codes for assets.

Cons

Filters of completed tasks. I would like to have more. Possibility to delete some staff from system by mistake. For example, vendors are possible to delete without question if I really want to delete vendor.

We just rolled this out to all our employees and have had good feed back so far. The set up was fairly easy and the on boarding help from Elba was outstanding. We are already seeing the benefits in tracking costs.

Pros

Ease of use very easy to train my maintenance team and users.

Cons

I have found no down side to using Limble at this point.

The software was very easy to setup and implement. The asset tracking and preventative maintenance functions have been very helpful.

Pros

The ease of use between the app and the website, makes implementation very easy for all users to pick and use. In addition, the visibility into the equipment records makes this program great to manage equipment and work requests very intuitive.

So far, I have zero cons to report. This program is very easy to use and jump right in to implement.

Reason for choosing Limble

The ease of use, the free trail that allowed to use the product without too many sales calls to allow time for reviewing all options for the change. The fact that Limble worked with us to use it to test out one of our properties for free to validate it for our operations was amazing!

I use Limble all day long, every day. It manages our work orders for maintenance perfectly. I would be lost without it.

Cons

Only the website or app glitches. However, they are always fixed quickly and not much of an inconvenience.

We have had a great experience with Limble. It has really made our building management smoother and more efficient. We can easily review the outstanding work orders to make plans for the week and also easily access information about our vendors, invoices, etc.

Pros

It has streamlined our building management. It is easy for our tenants to submit work orders and for the facilities team to keep all the building information organized in one place. It is very user friendly.

Cons

It was a bit overwhelming at first, but it becomes less so the more familiar you get with the software. It has so many features - you just have to decide what works best for your team!

My overall experience is a positive one. Again, I'm still learning the system but I really enjoy working with it and have had EXCELLENT support from the Help support teams and especially from my Customer Success Manager, \[sensitive content hidden\].

Pros

Limble is a very "clean" system. It's very easy to use with many features that are easy to setup. I've had to setup up an entire maintenance program using Limble and it was a lot easier than I had thought.

Cons

I'm stilling learning the system and have come across some items I wish Limble was able to do. I've used many different CMMS' and I really like that you can make suggestions and submit your ideas. I'm not aware of this and could be mistaken but I wish Limble had the ability to connect to sensors for telematics.

Very positive, I would recommend for any organization both to manage internal assets and external assets.

Pros

They provided good customer support, and the software was easy to implement. Also, we had a very quick learning curve.

Cons

The dashboard is not setup in way that I would like to use them. I would like to see more flexibility with what data I would like to see in my reports and possibly a pareto chart
