My over all experience with limble would have to be great. It easy to understand just needs a little adjustments or more people to sign off on a task.

Pros

I like how easy it is to understand the checklist.

Cons

The confusion of the tasks that limble haves (It's in the works at the moment) but once everything is organized to each person correctly I don't believe they'll be anything I like least about limble.

The Work order process is very easy and the phone app allows all the technicians and management to stay on the same page. This allow me to track maintenance completion rates and downtime more efficiently.

Pros

We had to have a CMMS program for IATF certification. This program has helped generated the KPI needed. The customer support was great. \[sensitive content hidden\] was very helpful. We are in the process of going live. The software has be user friendly and straight forward.

Cons

The setup and data entry is always a pain, however, Limble made it easier than other programs I have used.

It is a good way to track user requests and make sure important things get done. I am able to see how other mechanics resolved problems.

Pros

It is a great way to assign work to employees. As a mechanic I like the ease of looking through the PMs that need to be done each day.

Cons

I am unable to effectively label a job without assigning a machine. I am unable to delete an erroneous record

My experience with Limble has been amazing. I took over the project from a previous employee of the company and picked it up super quick. Was easily able to import all my required data and push to go-live in no time. The people has Limble have been a huge help and were always there to help me when I needed it.

Pros

The software is a breeze to integrate and use. The customer support is great with millions of articles and live support when needed. So many great features to suit your business needs.

Cons

There is nothing to not like about Limble. Havn't had any issues.

Maybe can have less informations when you are requesting a work to be done. I will say cause i didnt find something till now which i didnt like so much

Still implementing but so far, I like it. Great system of You Tube videos, so you have all instructions how to operate.

Pros

Simple work with system. Easy to import spare parts from excel files. Easy to create planned maintenances and QR codes for assets.

Cons

Filters of completed tasks. I would like to have more. Possibility to delete some staff from system by mistake. For example, vendors are possible to delete without question if I really want to delete vendor.

My overall experience with Limble was fantastic. I enjoyed how easy Limble is to use and it is amazing how effective the software is at tracking data and formatting it in a very visually pleasing manner.

Pros

The thing that I liked the most about Limble is that it was so easy to use. Access to youtube tutorials, Ciro's expertise, and the general intuitiveness of the software were fantastic.

Cons

The thing that I liked least about Limble was that it does not like to play nice with excel. Bulk uploading could be refined a lot. There were also times that I would've liked a search bar or easier way to sort and filter within several areas of Limble.

Cons

dont have any complaints yet, i have only been using it for a couple weeks. one thing is it takes a while to learn

Overall experience with Limble has been great. I have no major issue with the service. I find it all to be very well organized and convenient to use. Aside from some minor glitches it really hasn't caused me too many issues. A+

Pros

Ease of use. Everything seems to be well put together and not very confusing to navigate. Also, I rather enjoy the automated features of the system, such as the automatic sign off feature and the automatic timer for how long a work order is open. This makes it very convenient to complete my work orders.

Cons

Some minor glitches and bugs on the website can be problematic for me at times. For example, sometimes my sign off won't register and it will have to be resubmitted. Also, coming from an evening shift perspective, the routine maintenance that causes the site to be shut down for a period of time can come at inopportune times. I understand this is a necessity and that is not my issue, I just think it could be done at a later time.

From the beginning the experience has been great. Jon in our training has been very helpful throughout the process.

Pros

Very user friendly for maintenance management! The trainers are amazing and very helpful. Online live trainings are available for the user to schedule.

Cons

So far there is nothing that I haven't liked. I would like to upload manufacturer pm checklist to create pm's in Limble.

Pros

The software was very easy to setup and implement. The asset tracking and preventative maintenance functions have been very helpful.

Cons

We have only been using a couple of months, but I have not found any major issues with the software at this time.

The nice graphics and interface. Also, it is easier to use. The online support are actual humans, not bot and they are always available.

Cons

The fact that you cannot custom create privileges for each role even with the professional package. Unless you purchase the enterprise package.

Pros

It is very easy to use and navigate the system.

Cons

I don't think there is a way for more than one person to report work done to a work order so it makes tracking labor a little bit more difficult.

We're so far very happy with the onboarding and functionality of the system. It was extra helpful to be able to bulk import.

Pros

I liked the simplicity and accessibility. It's easy to document the maintenance work and receive requests from production

Cons

I'd like some best practices of how other organisations/people work with the system. The youtube videos are great but don't really show a day to day approach

over all i think limble is great. I think our company is wanting to do too many different things and making too many changes (as far as how they want us to operate it) at the same time. i believe most of these should have been done or changed prior to launch of limble.

Pros

the custom dashboards are really nice. ability to search machines/tasks/parts are quick and easy.

Cons

the custom dashboards could be easier to make them "custom". trying to get a specific asset with all the tasks for one specific person was a little troublesome to get in place. once i was able to figure that part out it has worked great!

So far it’s going good like I said previously it takes a little bit to figure out how to use it but it’s getting better and the Limble rep is very helpful.

Pros

Limble makes keeping track of day to day as well as monthly work pretty simple. It includes in an appropriate time it takes to do each task which helps for the next time.

Cons

It takes a while to get used to how everything works and remembering how to get to certain places but over all it’s more on the user.

Our implementer \[sensitive content hidden \] has been great to work with and if she didn't know an answer to some off the wall question we asked she went out and seeked an answer for us. Getting it set up was a huge step in getting buy in from the company.

Pros

It's ease of use and the easy implementation of getting it set up.

Cons

I have not found a great way to export reports that are easy to read.

We just rolled this out to all our employees and have had good feed back so far. The set up was fairly easy and the on boarding help from Elba was outstanding. We are already seeing the benefits in tracking costs.

Pros

Ease of use very easy to train my maintenance team and users.

Cons

I have found no down side to using Limble at this point.

Some of it is very good. I just think we pushed the system to some of its limits with the amount of data that we want to use and track. The Pharmaceutical world is just a little different the other maintenance jobs I had in the past.

I liked its ease of use. It definitely made completing task easier. Also the ability to track everything in our inventory was great

Cons

I have no complaints of limble currently. I will keep using the system and if I have an issue I am sure customer support can help me.

I use Limble all day long, every day. It manages our work orders for maintenance perfectly. I would be lost without it.

Cons

Only the website or app glitches. However, they are always fixed quickly and not much of an inconvenience.
