So far, the ease of use, amazing support, has make implementing processes and equipment very easy.

Pros

The ease of use between the app and the website, makes implementation very easy for all users to pick and use. In addition, the visibility into the equipment records makes this program great to manage equipment and work requests very intuitive.

Cons

So far, I have zero cons to report. This program is very easy to use and jump right in to implement.

Reason for choosing Limble

The ease of use, the free trail that allowed to use the product without too many sales calls to allow time for reviewing all options for the change. The fact that Limble worked with us to use it to test out one of our properties for free to validate it for our operations was amazing!

10 out of 10 experiences with switching over to this software so far and it has only been 1-month at the time of writing. Excited to see where this platform can bring us with making our maintenance team more efficient.

Pros

What I liked most about the Limble CMMS software was how customizable it is to our business's needs. All businesses are unique in their own way, and I think being able to have a maintenance software that can be customized to fit any business need is very beneficial. I really enjoy how innovative this team and software feels as well, the team always seems like they are trying to find ways to improve their system to make it better in every way possible. Striving for better should be in every company's playbook and this software is definitely doing what they can to always be better.

Cons

I have no negative feedback currently for Limble CMMS.

Very positive, I would recommend for any organization both to manage internal assets and external assets.

Pros

They provided good customer support, and the software was easy to implement. Also, we had a very quick learning curve.

Cons

The dashboard is not setup in way that I would like to use them. I would like to see more flexibility with what data I would like to see in my reports and possibly a pareto chart

I have had great results with Limble and I hope to keep learning and improve my applications with the software.

Pros

The software is very user friendly and allows you to edit anything from start to finish. The program is great and gives my boss the information he needs in order to keep track of our equipment and team. The Limble coaches are great as well, they are very informative and helpful with coaching on how to make the software specific to what I need it to do.

Cons

I would like dashboards to be easier to create and be more specific for better documentation.

Pros

Super easy to implement for our maintenance team of various ages. Everyone caught on right away. Also tons of features that help make the challenges of maintenance much easier to tackle.

Cons

There weren't many things to complain about in Limble. The system works fantastic without needing changes of any sort.

Customer support is great. There is a lot of information in the beginning and can feel overwhelming, except the Customer Success Manager you are assigned is there and very helpful

Having a resource with all of the equipment information in one place that is viewable by everyone added.

Pros

Ease of use with awesome customer support. Limble has everything we need for our TPM program. I highly Recommend.

Cons

No internal chat system between users. Not a big deal, but would be handy to not have to switch apps for communicating.

It has proven a valuable tool in our business when it comes to tracking assets and it is very affordable.

Pros

The ease of use and great customer support. When getting started, we had weekly meetings scheduled to get me up to speed and they were extremely helpful.

Cons

The only thing would be that the different tracking times don't mirror one another within an asset, so two inputs have to be made. But this is pretty minor.

Very easy to use, easy to setup. Custom dashboards and widgets make it very easy to get to the tasks and get what stats you may need.

Pros

Clean interface, modern appearance. Easy to setup custom dashboards.

Cons

Occasionally the mobile app doesn’t refresh and you get a white screen unless you close the app again. But it’s possible that’s my own connectivity issue. But I wish pulling down to refresh would reconnect without closing the app.

Our experience with Limble has been extremely pleasing. It has been easy to set up and roll out and has given us a greater insight into our maintenance team performance.

Pros

Limble was a very intuitive system to navigate initially, making it very easy for us to set up this CMMS very quickly and integrate it into our current practices. Limble also has a very dynamic custom dashboard section allowing you to completely customise the visual characteristics of your experience

Sometimes the custom dashboard widgets can be slightly confusing to design

It has been great. I led the entire implementation from beginning till end. The CSM was really helpful and the account manager also was aware of our needs. The software does have some bugs on widgets that we have created but they're fixed within a week. The global dashboard is super helpful in getting good understanding of all your different locations really easy and quickly.

Pros

The easy to setup workflows and templates for work requests and PM is an interesting feature we love in our team.

Cons

The limited options for reporting metrics. Like the type of graphs and options to measure only specific metrics that it offers it pretty narrow. We would love to see something which is more varied and have more options to pick from where we customize dashboards. Also, would love to see the product team working on tickets much faster than the usual response time.

Pros

The ease of use is the best part of the product. We were able to import our past data and keep our maintenance history. The inventory function is superior to our previous product. \[sensitive content hidden\] has been very helpful with our transition.

Cons

Importing data takes a little getting use to, but works once you have the spreadsheets formatted correctly. We cannot import old purchase orders, but we have found a work around.

I've tried several CMMS platforms over the years, and Limble stands out as one of the most user-friendly and efficient solutions. Due to its intuitive interface, Limble has completely changed the way we manage maintenance tasks and optimize our operations.

Pros

The interface is clean, easy to navigate, and requires minimal training. Creating and assigning work orders is a breeze, and managing tasks is seamless.

Cons

Our biggest issue with Limble is that we don't maximize our utilization of all of its capabilities. Implementation was smooth, but we only utilize a small percentage of the program.
