I was worried at first switching from are old Cmms system but everything transfered smoothly from the assets to the training with my Techs

Pros

Easy to navigate. Not as confusing as other CMMS that i have delt with in the past. The training is excellent as well

Cons

So far nothing. I have just been using it for about 4months and still learning it.

My overall experience with Limble has been great. It’s easy to use, even for those who aren’t tech-savvy, and has streamlined communication and coordination with tenants. It’s become the backbone of our operation, with most of our communications and tracking running through it now.

Pros

it streamlines communication and coordination with my staff and with my tenants, simplifies time tracking and logging, and is user-friendly even for those who aren't tech-savvy—my team picked it up quickly despite a brief learning curve

Cons

The lack of flexibility in customizing the interface and editing options without upgrading to a more expensive version, which can be tough for smaller companies like mine

So far, my overall experience with Limble CMMS has been great. The software is easy to use, and everyone we've interacted with—from the sales team to our account manager—has been helpful and supportive throughout the transition process.

Pros

What I like most about Limble CMMS is its user-friendly interface. We're building our Preventative Maintenance program from scratch and moving our maintenance team from pen and paper to Limble. The intuitive layout has made this transition easier, and it helps streamline creating a running inventory and organizing assets efficiently.

Cons

At this point, I honestly don't have any negative feedback about Limble CMMS. We're transitioning from ManagerPlus, and the difference is night and day—Limble has been a much smoother and more efficient system for our needs.

We ultimately chose Limble CMMS because of its user-friendly and modern interface. It also offered flexibility in scheduling, which better accommodates our workflow. The demo and customer service were top-notch, making it clear that Limble would meet our needs both now and in the future.

We switched from ManagerPlus because it was not user-friendly, customer service was non-existent, and the system was expensive. The reporting was often inaccurate, with no options for custom reports. The interface felt outdated, and everything had to be done manually—there were no automation features, which slowed down our processes significantly.

Great. Very responsive team through the exploration and implementation phase. The product fits our needs perfectly.

Pros

Very simple to use. The ability to create a tasked list makes it easy prevent steps from being missed.

Cons

There have been a couple of features that would be nice to add. The Limble team is very good at addressing them with entering requests for future development.

It was quite user friendly, did not take long to get acclimated too.

Pros

The Auto Generating PM's, QR functionality

Cons

Internal Part numbers did not increment automatically. If we had an asset example Boiler and we wanted all boiler parts to be numbered from example 202000 to 202099, It would not select the next available part number, we would have to search to see what the last part number was that we used.

Between the support of the chat staff and our account manager \[sensitive content hidden\] I have had all my questions answered/addressed promptly. \[sensitive content hidden\] has trained and explained everything in easy to understand terms.

Pros

That you can auto assign work requests and assign the request to more than one person. I love the calendar view. The phone app is easy to read.

Cons

I don't like that you cannot choose more than 1 asset when submitting a work request. I also don't like that when you put the information in the "How can we help?" section that there is no way to make bulleted points. Even if you type them that way it just shows up in paragraph form on the request.

Working with the Limble system and their implementation team has been very easy. Getting our assets and PMs set up was simple, and rolling it out to our team was just as easy.

Pros

I like the ability to customize software, and I really like the support for implementation. The system has been very easy to work with and seems very user friendly. Features like being able to copy a PM from one asset to another are really useful.

Cons

The licensing structure didn't 100% meet our company's unique needs, but was still more flexible than other vendors.
