So far it has been a smooth transition. We are currently running in parallel with our old system while we get more familiar with the product.

Pros

It is easy to navigate. I like that pms are released automatically. I like the training videos.

Cons

I do not like the auto save feature. It can be frustrating.

I am familiar using other CMMS system however I highly recommend Limble to other companies. My overall experience of the system is that it is smooth to use with a vast amount possibilities. Moreover, it is easy to learn. It is always operational, in other words: reliable. There are scarcely any system shutdowns.

Pros

It is user friendly, and it has many capabilities in its feature. It also can integrate with other systems. The learning curve is really low as well.

Cons

The only con is that when a PM is extremely large it lags however, I provided this feedback to the product owners, and they said that they'll work on it.

My experience has been fantastic. After using other programs for years, there were always things that my teams and I wished we could have, or do, or track, but with Limble, every need and want is covered. I couldn't imagine switching to a different program after using this one.

Pros

What I like most about Limble is that it has a multitude of options to keep us organized as a team. From tracking, to reporting, to ease of operation for our users and our submitters, every touch point of a maintenance operation is covered and perfected by Limble. Their support is unmatched by any other program I've used. Aside from having a dedicated rep, there are also webinars, tutorials, courses, and even a Limble-specific social media type of community that you can reach out to if you have questions or want to find ways to better utilize the software. After working for 12 years in the industry and using countless other programs, Limble is by far the all-around best one that I've used. If you want to operate at a high level, you have to have high-level processes, and Limble truly provides the highest level.

Cons

There's sincerely nothing that I dislike about Limble.

We are just getting started with Limble so there is a lot of learning to do

Pros

I like the accessibility with Limble. I can use it from my computer, tablet or phone. I can have access while at the project site to look up parts, history or all sorts of information related to the project.

Cons

The search engine can be very specific. If you don't know exactly how something is listed in the database it can be hard to find quickly.

it functions...when there are 'glitches', the software team has a fast response but then it slows after our contact submits to engineering support to get it resolved. That might be due to a back log of issues?

Pros

the ability to create specific reports once the data is compiled along with search function of individual components. secondly, the ability to utilize the 'tablets' in place of paper, specifically the PM system.

Cons

the format of the presentation purchase orders and preventative maintenance forms. they look 'child like'...not like a professional document.

The spreadsheet upload to Limble process can be a bit difficult if there are any duplications or other issues with the data.

10/10. Once we had the time and resources to start building it our productivity increased greatly. We love having pictures of everything along with easy ways to search manuals and part numbers in the field.

Pros

I'm a big fan of the colors and format Limble is designed with. It make the content easy to track for me both visually and mentally. We use the work request function that helps keep our tasks organized and keeps technicians accountable for the work they do.

Cons

There's not much I don't like about Limble. Having to sit at the computer is really the only thing I cant think of which doesn't actually have anything to do with the product.

Once you dive into it and learn to plan ahead, it is easy to maintain.

Pros

The software is pretty straightforward and easy to work with.

Cons

I've experienced a few glitches, one of them requiring a work around that generates double email.

So Far everything is what I expected The Customer Success Manager \[sensitive content hidden\] has been outstanding in helping with any questions.

Pros

Very easy to create assets and assign template PM's and employees. Everything meshes together very well.

Cons

Some of the reporting when creating your own widget on your dashboard don't give some of what I was looking for in reports. Did however have a link to request.

I appreciate that you don’t just provide a good product but also listen to maintenance concerns and continuously update the platform to meet everyone’s needs. I always check out the updates, and often, there are improvements I hadn’t considered that end up making my life easier as a tech.

Cons

I don't have any issues, except for the lack of access to certain functions since we’re not on an enterprise plan. As a small business, it would be great if there were a tier specifically for businesses like ours

She is very knowledgeable and solves any questions you have with ease. I like the fact that after you've discussed what you talked about, she sends you links so you can go over any information that was talked about.

Pros

I like the ease and operation of Limble. Work orders along with the QR codes make creating work orders simple for anyone that sees a problem to create one. I like the parts management; it allows me to keep track of my inventory and alerts me when we are getting low.

Cons

So far, I don't have any cons with using Limble.
