It has been good. We are able to track the time we spend on specific pieces of equipment at lot easier. We can then try to pinpoint causes of issues before they become a problem.

Pros

is easy to use well organized. Assigning pm's and work orders is a breeze.

Cons

Nothing really to dislike. It takes some time to get started, but after that it saves time and adds productivity.

Pros

Tablet version for techs is very intuitive and easy to use.

Dash boards can be confusing when getting started.

It is very customizable and easy to navigate

Cons

Its been hard using my phone to upload pictures into assets. Sometimes it works, other times it will not. I have to leave the app and reopen and find my place before it will upload again.

The team has been great to work with and looking forward to seeing the benefits that come from using this both internally and externally. Our customer success manager, Ciro, does what you'd want any partner to do and sends out notes, action items, and owners at the end of each meeting to make sure we're all on the same page.

Pros

I like how is flexible to the needs of many different use cases. The people have all been 'real' and easily approachable.

Cons

Would love more flexibility in the UI so we more closely match our brand and to be able to have more fields that could be calculated. The price is also on the higher side

I mean it’s a management system. Works as intended. Simple system. Doesn’t have the ability to do complex tasks or to configure in a way to keep everything out of the way. I have used way more complex and advanced systems at my previous employers. They are definitely way more advanced but require a much larger learning curve. Decent introductory software.

Pros

Simple interface is probably the most I can say about . Able to understand easily with almost no learning curve.

Cons

Drop down set ups and configurations. Not having the ability to assign what shows up for different shifts. Not being able to assign tags and options to assets. It clutters WO’s with useless information.

the systems is very buggy at the moment and we find a few issues, I also think it needs to be a little for customisable for things like legionella temperature checking when thinking about pass / fail

The ease of use, our least experienced tech is able to navigate and use the app efficiently.

Once in a while the app will close causing the timer to reset on the work order that the techs are working on.

The implementation was made as painless as possible by having weekly progress meetings with our customer service manager\[sensitive content hidden\] , \[sensitive content hidden\] was understanding when other business delayed progress, but was very good about politely prodding us to catch back up and get the tasks completed. \[sensitive content hidden\] was easy to work with and made sure all of our questions we answered during the meetings, as well as provided a follow up email with next steps outlined after the meeting concluded.

Pros

is very capable of being your one stop shop for all of your maintenance logs, equipment documents, and parts tracking.

Cons

Uploading an entire plant is a large task if you are starting from scratch. You will need to dedicate a good amount of time and resources to get it done efficiently. I would also like to see it accessible by any employee and not locked to a license, for smaller sites that don't have a dedicated maintenance staff.

Pros

It is simple to use. Tracking inventory and assigning parts to assets. The ability to customize work orders.

Cons

Not being able to attach multiple assets to one work order. It could possibly be done as a suggestion with the development team.

was the lowest cost proposal. This product allows all plant employees to have easy, mobile access to all inventory, parts, work requests, and preventative maintenance tasks. The cloud based system allows software updates to be administered automatically, meaning the Power Plant will always have the most up-to-date version. Besides access to the software, the annual price covers set up, maintenance fees, data backup, and instant customer support. The most crucial features the Power Plant needs in a CMMS are inventory management, work order capabilities, plant status quick view, usability, and scheduling abilities.

I really love the fact that there is a history of all work done with the photo attachments.

Cons

I don't like that I'm unable to add photos to the purchase orders. I would love to see the history of push notifications that I send out.

Cons

While the time-saving benefits of the bulk import functionality cannot be overstated, the inability to attach photos or manuals during import is a compromise to efficiency and could be an area of improvement.

I love how simple it is to operate. It feels very intuitive.

Cons

Not a con necessarily but so many capabilities makes some of the functions overwhelming to understand. How ever when you have people like \[sensitive content hidden\] it becomes less intimidating.
