Overall, my experience with Limble CMMS has been extremely positive. The software provides a powerful and comprehensive solution for managing assets, spare parts, work orders, and preventive maintenance activities. One of the biggest advantages is the ease of adding assets and parts into the system, along with the intuitive day-to-day functionality that makes it easy to train employees and gain user adoption across the organization. The customer support experience has been outstanding. The help desk, chat functions, training videos, knowledge base, and dedicated implementation coach provided excellent support throughout the onboarding process and beyond. Questions were answered quickly, and whenever challenges arose, knowledgeable team members were available to provide guidance and solutions. Like many robust CMMS platforms, Limble has a significant amount of functionality, which can create a learning curve for new users. The number of screens, options, and detailed setup requirements can feel overwhelming initially, and proper implementation requires attention to detail. However, the system is forgiving when mistakes occur, making it easy to correct issues and continue moving forward without major setbacks. What stands out most is the balance between powerful functionality and strong customer support. While there is complexity associated with configuring and managing a comprehensive maintenance management system, Limble provides the training resources, support tools, and customer service necessary to help users succeed. As a result, the software delivers substantial value and has become an effective tool for improving maintenance organization, asset management, and overall operational efficiency.

Pros

My experience with Limble CMMS has been extremely positive. What I appreciate most is how easy the system is to use, even during the initial setup process. Adding assets, equipment, and spare parts into the system is straightforward and intuitive, allowing us to get organized quickly without spending excessive time on data entry. One of Limble's greatest strengths is its customer support. The help desk team is responsive, knowledgeable, and consistently provides quick answers whenever questions arise. In addition, having access to a dedicated implementation coach made the onboarding process smooth and efficient. It was reassuring to know that expert assistance was always available when needed. The training resources provided by Limble are outstanding. The combination of training videos, online documentation, chat support, and help desk services creates a comprehensive learning environment. These resources make it easy for both new and experienced users to become comfortable with the software. I also appreciate how simple it is to train others on the day-to-day use of the system. The user interface is intuitive, and most employees can quickly learn how to create work orders, manage assets, track parts, and complete maintenance activities with minimal instruction. Overall, Limble has provided an excellent CMMS experience. The software is powerful yet easy to use, the support team is exceptional, and the training resources are among the best I have seen. The quick response times, outstanding customer service, and ease of implementation have made Limble a valuable tool for managing our maintenance operations.

Cons

If I had to identify a challenge with Limble, it would be that the software is very robust and feature-rich, which can make it seem somewhat complex at first. There are many screens, options, and functions available, and new users may need time to become familiar with the navigation and understand how the various modules work together. With a powerful CMMS comes a significant amount of detail that must be entered and managed correctly. Setting up assets, parts, preventive maintenance tasks, and workflows requires careful attention to ensure the system is configured properly. As with any comprehensive maintenance management system, the quality of the results depends on the quality of the information entered. That said, one of the things I appreciated most was how forgiving the system was when mistakes or miscues occurred. It was generally easy to correct errors, make adjustments, and get back on track without major disruptions. Additionally, the available training resources and responsive support team helped quickly resolve questions and provided guidance whenever needed. While there is certainly a learning curve due to the depth of functionality, the benefits of the system far outweigh the initial complexity. I have been very happy with Limble thus far. We are very early in our journey to transition from our current CMMS but are very excited to be fully transistioned!

Pros

Ease of Use by end user from customers placing a work request to technicians as full users, the Mobile App with mapping/picture capabilities, Ease of Setup as System Admin, Limble Customer Service, Limble Training options, Customer Success Mgr program

Cons

There are some minor things I would change, like the task instructions and how due dates are set up in tasks. Also, I think there should be more options for dashboard widgets on Assets so you can have a list of assets on a dashboard vs having to go to the Assets module.

Pros

Customer Support - Our CSR, \[sensitive content hidden\] is the best thing about utilizing Limble. Taking on a new CMMS after not having one at all can be daunting and the success of that role out comes with how comfortable we are setting it up and asking questions. Alex jumps on every inquiry, happy to get on a call or send a personalized video showing us how to do anything we need.

Cons

It's something to get used to, get buy in on, have consistency in checking this daily, weekly, monthly to ensure everyone is using it the way it is meant to be used. Still working through it so not ready to call out Cons yet...

It has been great! The software is intuitive and they also offer zoom training and there are youtube videos to do anything.

Pros

Setting up PMs digitally and parts tracking are the best parts of the software. This will take our department away from keeping papers for tracking.

Cons

The set up but I knew it would be intensive when I signed up. Once set up it will make running the maintenance department easier.

Our experience has been super positive. Any issues are directly addressed by the Limble team. The Limble team reaches out proactively as well as reviewing our stats and giving us direction and feedback.

Pros

The program on IPAD and PC have very intuitive functions. Presentation and customization of Real time data. The online and personal account support.

Cons

Lack of interface with Adobe or fillable forms. I think this has been addressed. We have some state permit forms we tried to cover with Limble WOs. This did not work out and we have not attempted to see if the updates have addressed this.

I am always learning new things. They have so many resources available to guide you through every process.

Pros

I like how it helps our department with communication and organization. It helps us to take care of our building without having to be everywhere at once.

Cons

Honestly, it is that there is SO MUCH that the platform can do it is a little overwhelming sometimes.

Limble has been a great experience so far and has helped plant communication and issue solving - keeping the team on track and in tune.

Pros

I love the Limble support team and constant new ideas both driven internally from Limble and from requests from customers. The support team of Limble is extremely knowledgeable and committed to solving customer issues and plans.

Cons

I don't really have much to say about not liking it - you get out of it what you put into it.. I suppose if I had to say anything it is simply the amount of time and dedication it takes to get a full running CMMS up and operable... but you would find this with any CMMS program because they simply aren't mind readers for the work and nuances of your plant.

It has been great, Hila is always quick to respond to any questions and has been there for us every step of the way.

Pros

I like how easy Limble CMMS is to use on a day-to-day basis. The interface is clean and intuitive, so it doesn’t take long to get comfortable with it. Creating and tracking work orders is straightforward, and the mobile app makes it really convenient to update tasks in real time. I also appreciate the preventive maintenance features, they help keep everything organized and reduce downtime. Overall, it saves time and keeps our maintenance operations running smoothly.

Cons

I would like a way to organize work requests manually, like a folder system so that our PMs, Work Orders and projects aren't lumped together.

Great. The Limble software covers everything I need from work orders, assets, inventory and preventative maintenance. It also has reports.

Pros

Very robust product. Customer service is best in class. Limble has a large learning community that includes video tutorials and real time chat that is always available.

Cons

When an associate leaves the company from another site they must be manually taken out or we become full of users that are not active.

I enjoy limble. Its user friendly, service is always available. It helps keep our maintenance team on track and helps with PM and part organization

Pros

Easy to navigate and very versatile. Part inventory and PMs have been a lot easier to keep track of and manage

Cons

That work orders go back to the top of the page in open work orders after clicking out of one or hitting the back button
