Polygon is always there to answer questions and solve problems as they arise. The software is simple to use. Inventory control is outstanding; we've been able to reduced our on-hand inventory. There are minimal steps to retrieve what you are looking for. It's easy to export to Excel and easy to implement. Customer service is good.
