It has allowed us to reclaim time spent on keing in information by importing it seamlessly. Pros The software is so easy to use and it covers all functionality that is needed in the payroll side of processing. From pensions auto enrolment to all the statutory payments, different rates for different people and I can even import the timesheets. Cons There is not much to not like about this software. I would like to see it developed to also email out the P45s to employees when they have left. The ability to out preform your competition every time!! The ease of use, the programming is so user friendly, the ability to login remotely in real time. The Sell through flow through room type is amazing, the ability to balance the system without having to take it off line and to see the reservations that are the issue and fix it fast!! Pros Everything about this system is great, the functionality, training, processing makes it a wonderful system!! Cons None, everything works seamlessly with Opera. The team learned it quickly and the abilities it offers managers to be able to log in away from the hotel is just second to none!! I wish all systems offered this feature! It is also very expensive to use. Pros It is somewhat user friendly. I picked up on how to use it fairly soon. Cons The software is very expensive and lot of companies can't afford it. The system works well. This has been an easy system to train out to the payroll co-ordinator. The system works well and we have had very little issues over the years. Completely reliable. Multi company and multi currency handled well. Cons Slightly inflexible and not customisable in any way. That it will use Chrome apps magnifies its otherwise limited features. I've never had it crash, and the free VPN which works within another VPN is particularly nice for those who otherwise aren't using a VPN. Cons Like Chrome, it can be a processor hog. I use Edge because of its integration with MS Office. Definitely helps to keep employees focused and prevent access to other sites. Pros Streamlined design, and great to use if you do not need many screens open at once. Works best if focused on each window individually. Easy to navigate and perform tasks. Cons If using too many programs, Opera tends to glitch out or freeze.
