Great tool; I like that I can use the API to get data in Excel. Pros It is easy to use, intuitive, has an API to integrate with external systems, and is feature-rich. Quite powerful management features. Cons I know that deep linking to custom reports has been improved lately, but it is still a bit clumsy. You can create links to specific reports through UI, but not manually or programmatically (unclear IDs are needed for projects and users). I am not sharing those links too; some time ago, it did not work, and I have not checked lately. Everyone is very busy these days, so there is no time to spend learning a new tool. With eHours, you simply open it up, and within a few minutes, the basics are clear. Cons It’s hard to say. I use eHours not just for simple time tracking, but also from an administrative perspective. As a time-tracking tool, I see no downsides. However, from the admin side, I can’t always configure the settings exactly the way I’d like. That said, I don’t fault the tool for this, as I fully understand that it’s impossible to meet every user's specific needs. We can rely on eHour to assist us in this core process. Pros I like the clean interface, the wide range of integration possibilities, and the solid out-of-the-box reports. My AI agent also really likes the MCP and REST API. On top of that: excellent value for money and very friendly and prompt customer service. Cons eHour doesn't have any major disadvantages for us. I hope at some point in the future a time-off module will be included.
