It was easier to use than other similar software. It was easy to use and has good customer support. With an active subscription files can be kept in the cloud until a user deletes them. It is also a could source for document signing. I have never had bugs or difficult issues with the software, it appears to be a sturdy platform. Cons It does not have a free version. For people who don't use it on a regular basis, they will have to pay for a subscription they sometimes don't use.
