I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with the capabilities of this tool. The user-friendly interface made the entire process smooth and intuitive. One of the most impressive aspects was how successfully it handled complex tasks. I needed to make substantial changes to a multi-page PDF document, including text edits, image replacements, and formatting adjustments. To my delight, this tool flawlessly executed each modification, preserving the document's layout and quality. I also appreciated the tool's versatility. This all-in-one solution proved to be incredibly efficient and saved me from having to switch between multiple software programs. I'm very satisfied. Has other useful functionalities such as sending PDF's to clients for e-signature, merging/extracting/compressing pages as well. Cons I do not think this software needs any improvements. The software makes filling out government documents / applications and other PDF documents easy and efficient. Pros PDF Filler provides and saves time when filling out applications / tax papers / and other business files. It creates a professional look and is quite easy to use. With common files also at hand it makes filling these out quick and easy. The mail tool was even used when we completed our taxes. PDF Filler printed the paper out and mailed it themselves without us ever having to go to the post office. Cons There isn't too much. I can also combine, divide and reorder, cut, place header and footer, watermark text or image in my documents and has a preview panel. As it is an online editor it does not consume resources on my pc and it is compatible with all browsers Cons You can edit documents from any device but it is mandatory to have an internet connection to use it, so you can not have it as the only editing tool. Pros For my business this was and is the best tool I have for putting together insurance reports. Build or scan in a template and fill in the blanks when you need to send a report out. BAHM! DONE! Cons Probably something I have not spent enough time to figure out yet but as of now each time I fill in a blank template it auto saves it so my original always has to be cleared before new entry. I was in a bit of rush and wanted to edit a PDF soonest. This looked like a credible tool so I used it. I was a little puzzled that they didn't even ask to sign up but didn't think much of it. However, after painstakingly editing the long document and spending close to an hour, my work was over. I saved the doc and was about to download it/email it when the twist happened. Apparently, I can only export the document by subscribing to a plan. Yes, they offer a free trial but you need to have an account, AND input your credit card details to continue. I realize that many tools use this strategy but it never made any sense. What is the point of credit card info if you only need a free trial? Unless of course, they are hoping that you'd forget all about it until the trial expires and they can charge the oblivious user? Not very ethical now, is it? It is plain rude! And a horrible UX. I spent hours on the doc and only after completing the edits was I told that I had to subscribe to a plan and provide my card information in order to proceed or download my work. (And they rejected 3 cards without any reasoning!) You could have told that upfront without the bait. The user shouldn't have to invest hours and work before being told that 'hey, you have to pay if you want to put this to any use'. It's what they call 'Dark UX'. You have a fine tool, why do you have to trick people into using it? Pros Ease of use. Intuitive tool and quite smooth. (I only used it once so can't say more) Cons Tricking users with a dark UX. It allows me to upload the required insurance form, edit it and add images for the required mitigation and four-point inspection reports. I love that I am able to save my reports, reuse them by editing as needed and organize them in the straightforward filing system. Pros Excellent value for all of the features offered. Easy to use and manage organization. Love the FAX feature, signature, editing and capacity to upload images. Cons Flash feature for uploading images. Settings have to be set and sometimes reset themselves. I use this feature everytime and sometimes the software freezes. Reason for choosing pdfFiller Internet search. I got lucky!
