I also use the docusign of the software from building my own template contracts. Pros I use PdfFiller, document management daily and on a weekly basis. Very easy to use and built your own forms to be signed. Cons Sometimes is not easy to navigate the website to figure out how to built your own template. But once you have it's easier. General Manager Retail Used the software for: I used a free trial ### "pdfFiller works but it takes some work" June 5, 2025 3.0 Overall, we were able to craft the document appearance we desired, but it took a lot of time and work and several work-arounds to get there. As an editing tool Pros We found pdfFiller while looking for a way to upload an old job application so that we could make some changes to the document. We were eventually able to do so with pdfFiller and ended up with a final pdf that looked good. Cons We did not find pdfFiller to be very user-friendly. It could be that we needed to pay for premium features, but there was much to be desired in the way of available tools and in the functionality of the tools offered. We found it to be difficult to acheive the final document we desired and had to figure out several work-arounds to get what we were looking for (which wasn't very complex). Cons It's always regrettable to have to delay what you're working on to use a separate program like pdfFiller, but ultimately I've found it to be a timesaver and a more reliable method to edit docs. I think the concept is excellent and if processes were intuitive and consistent and there was much less of a lag, pdfFiller would be an excellent product. Pros It can do pretty much everything I need it to with respect to creating and filling forms. Low cost. Cons Processes seem to change a lot.
