General Manager Retail Used the software for: I used a free trial ### "pdfFiller works but it takes some work" June 5, 2025 3.0 Overall, we were able to craft the document appearance we desired, but it took a lot of time and work and several work-arounds to get there. As an editing tool Pros We found pdfFiller while looking for a way to upload an old job application so that we could make some changes to the document. We were eventually able to do so with pdfFiller and ended up with a final pdf that looked good. Cons We did not find pdfFiller to be very user-friendly. It could be that we needed to pay for premium features, but there was much to be desired in the way of available tools and in the functionality of the tools offered. We found it to be difficult to acheive the final document we desired and had to figure out several work-arounds to get what we were looking for (which wasn't very complex). April 6, 2026 5.0 My overall experience with pdfFiller has been smooth/easy to use and also easy to implement in efficient business dealings! Pros The best thing I love about pdfFiller would be the automated “prefill” function it has that makes document signing a thousand times more efficient and user friendly! Cons The least I like about pdfFiller would only be the access the signer has in editing capabilities. Essentially not the most important aspect but would still be nice just in case.
