I can see needing to pay for this program for a huge office for all its employees but for a single user use, I think basic things like editing text and saving the pdf should be free. Pros I like PDFfiller because of the ease of navigating their site to edit PDFs. It seems much simpler than Acrobat DC. It’s basic and clear how to add text, check marks, move text around, and highlight. You don’t need to be computer savvy or a big computer user to figure out PDFfiller and that’s what I like most about it - because you can get what you need to get done as soon as possible and get your PDF saved, printed, or attached in an email. Cons I don’t like that you have to pay to use PDFfiller and many other PDF programs. I think editing PDFs should be a free service - it’s really annoying because PDFfiller leads you to believe they’re free - so you take your time to edit your pdf and make it perfect thinking you’ll be able to save it and then BAM! Just like Acrobat DC & many other programs & websites ... in order to save your pdf you need to offer your credit card and pay by month or year. Review Source JV Jose V. We're able to add the fields we need fairly easily to any document. With just a couple more steps, we're able to send the document out to a recipient to collect information or a signature. Based on the plan you pick, you can have verified signatures which come in handy, if required by our company. This is a very quick way to get up and running if you're not on the digital form/signature bandwagon yet. Cons In the past, we've used DocuSign and SignNow. PDFfiller is getting to the point where it can be a direct competitor. However, it's lacking a few more features and advanced options. However, the cost is justified. We will definitely revisit in the future. Pros There is an eraser feature that is the best thing ever. This allows you to change a PDF document. How many times do you need to modify a document, or wish it said something different, but don't have an editable version. With PDFfiller you can erase the verbiage, and replace it with something else. You can also easily place your signature on documents too. You can upload you own personal signature too. Je l'utilise essentiellement pour ma paperasse professionnelle avec les administrations lorsque j'ai besoin de signer.Non seulement on fait des économies de papier mais en plus si on n'a pas d'imprimante ou qu'on se trouve sur le mobile ou la tablette on peut utiliser cette application. C'est top ! Pros Pas besoin d'avoir un logiciel qui prend de la place dans l'ordinateur ou autre. Pas de risque de chopper un virus en téléchargeant !Facilité d'utilisation hors normes ! It's much easier then printing out paperwork, filling it out, scanning it and sending it back to whomever. Its extremely convenient. Pros I love most that I'm able to edit any pdf and the save and and either email it or print it. There's even a function to sign the pdf right on the computer. Awesome. Cons I do not like that it sometime freezes. I could be filling out a form and sometimes it'll freeze and automatically refresh and everything I put in is gone so I'd have to start over. As a free service, I would recommend for little projects. I do not think it is worth paying for, as the features are not up to scuff. Pros I liked that it had a free trial and it was accessible online. Cons It wasn't what I was expecting. I was hoping I could edit an existing pdf as I didn't have Adobe Pro on my current computer. I used this as it was free and I figured if I really liked it I would keep using it. The editing was jerky and unhelpful and I ended up using a different website to convert my pdf to word to make the process easier. Also (and this is my fault) I forgot to cancel my subscription, so they charged me the full yearly rate of $96. I recognize I should have cancelled, but the reason I was so lax was because I assumed they would default to a monthly payment. I recognize I should have read more thoroughly when I signed up for the free trial, but it was still very frustrating. It can get your work done, but you will sometimes be frustrated. Pros With this tool, I can fill in PDF which are not fillable by default. It saves me the trouble printing it out, filling it by hand and scanning it. It's easy to use and very straightforward. Cons It's costly, taking into account of what it can offer. It was terrible in not giving a heads up till after you fill out the form that you have to register and sign up for the service in order to use the info you spend lots of time filling in. And your help support is useless. This wasted my time. Pros It is relatively easy to fill out forms. Cons When you find their tax forms online, you are not warned that you will only be able to use the info you spend lots of time inputting if you register for an account and give your credit card. (You do get a free trial but have to remember to cancel before being charged.) Then, after I filled out my tax forms and signed up for the account, when I printed it and downloaded it, what it printed and downloaded was the blank form. THen I tried their "Help" but got no helpful response (and you can only "chat", you can't talk to anyone. I cancelled the service and found the same tax form online without pay and filled that out and printed it. THis was a waste of time! Review Source Jason B. Pros Really like that pdfFiller can be used for document creation, completion and signature all in one. Use it at least annually for tax filing and it has made the process very simple and easy. Cons The cost of pdfFiller is a bit prohibitive for our organization at this time since we do not use it for all our pdf document needs. I work for Raytheon, and it could be that a firewall is not letting a full integration for using your wonderful software. Cons I cant use it for work because my company laptop issued to me does not have some software required to process the integration into the work pdf files. I would like to be able to drag folders into other folders. I would also like to merge more than 5 documents at a time.
