Pros I like that I am able to neatly fill in forms and documents. I also appreciate that I have a saved copy of my documents for future reference if needed. I also like that I am able to fax directly from the program. Cons Sometimes I don't like to have to scan a document to my computer but that doesn't really have to do with the PDFiller program at all. It makes creating claim forms easy and quick. It only takes a few minutes to complete a form. For an established patient it is even quicker. I have never had a claim form returned for incorrect or insufficient information. Pros It is user-friendly and simple to learn. It prints beautifully on a HICFA-1500 claim form.
