Pros There are a lot of features that I enjoyed using from this software. I like the ability to edit the pdf file, link to fill feature, and how this stores the documents. Cons Navigating the pdf editing mode was confusing at first. Customer service helped me with this. I don’t like how the text cuts off (writing information in the box that leads to scrolling) when printing (you can see the whole box). I have had issues when converting a pdf file to word; formatting is weird. I found myself wasting time trying to fix it. I actually like pdfFiller much better, because it allows me to edit things that Acrobat does not. I've utilized several of the templates that have been very well laid out. Pros I was pleasantly surprised to see all of the templates and formatting options that are built in to pdfFiller Cons There is really nothing not to like. I don't use some of the features, because we don't need them, but I can't say it's missing anything or has any issues. As a small business owner who strives to maintain a professional business image (website, business cards, etc.) , PDFfiller does just that for the proposals I create for my customers ... both future, and repeat. I know for a fact my customers appreciate the quality and professionalism of the proposals they receive from me - they've told me so! Thanks PDFfiller! Pros I love the ability to quickly, and easily, create/copy professional proposals for my customers. I then save each file as a PDF (with my logo embedded at the top left of each document), and attach via e-mail for completing my estimation process with each customer. Cons The only thing I've discovered is with the particular template I use for my particular proposals - my template has an area that indicates "Page 1 of \_" ... well, there are no additional pages that are affiliated with my template, so I end up either having to re-edit to ensure my entire proposal fits into "Page 1", or I have to continue additional pages outside of PDFfiller. 'What could they do that much better to make a difference' was a question I asked. PDFfiller answered the question the first time I got to use it. PDFfiller is the perfect PDF editing and managing software that I have tried by a mile. Modifying documents and making last minute changes has never been easier. Smart signature protection, revision history, and commenting are just a few of the great features that make PDFfiller my favorite. Cons Loved it since the first time I got to use it. The software saves the user time by allowing the user to complete customizable fields and then sign the documents right on the screen. It eliminates the need to print any paperwork if the user chooses not to. The document can be legibly completed by typing directly into the fields which eliminates the effort of having to physically write out what is needed. Pros The software helps to save time for the user. Cons I do not have any dislikes that I would like to share about this product. This product has been a game changer for my business. Easy to use and a perfect interface, with menus Even someone who does not understand software at all can learn quickly. Pros Working with PDF has never been this easy. A program out of all the usual software. We are currently testing free trial versions. Once you meet it, I guarantee 100% it will be addictive.It has an awesome interface. You will feel as if you have been using the home screen for years. All the options and menus on the screen are much more useful and have excellent functionality. The most important feature is to change the location of the pages. Deleting or adding an in-between page. For me it has been the best way to automate several processes at work. I absolutely recommend it. Pros PDFfiller is incredible, it has allowed me to create fillable pdf forms to submit them to new recruits in our company, and that way we have reduced a lot of paperwork since all of our personnel files are in digital format. Also when interviewing for a position we have been able to automate and rank our candidates via our fillable forms. Cons I gotta admit it took me a while to fully master this software, I would love if it were a bit more streamlined, but after I got the hang of it this software really changed the way I work Review Source Adria A. This software allows us to fill them and save them a feature most of the governmental entities don't allow us. It also allows us to erase and edit all pdfs which makes our lives easier. It also allows you to load a document from every possible location, even has its own data of forms. Cons What I don't like about this software is that in order to go to the next page you can't roll down you have to switch pages and sometimes I end up missing a page of the document. This used up a lot of my time and I feel like they just wanted people to go through their website rather than have people download PDFs they've edited. Pros It was easy enough to figure out how to use. Cons I tried to create fillable forms and they worked on some computers but not all. My boss could not get the form to work on her computer even though other forms worked for her. Customer service didn't know why it didn't work and wanted me to use a web link for her to go to instead. I need these for activity sheets for children and this doesn't work for me. I was ultimately refunded and I've found a better and cheaper program that works on all computers. This was a big waste of time. We elected not to continue because for every 1-2 forms we found which were useful, 10-12 were not. Pros The library of forms, when lucky to find the right one at the right time, is useful, however the majority of the forms located were out of date, and/or just scanned copies of work which couldn't be customized and would require extensive retyping. Cons The out of date forms, the poor quality scans of older documents which are not fillable, the inability to customize many scans which present themselves as "scans" but are really just poor quality copies of outdated work. I mean, who wouldn’t want to fill out documents with just the two of a button? Rather than typing or writing out each signature or response!? Pros The ease of use, the fact that I can have my employees sent a folder with each document that needs signed, then they can electronically sign and send back to me within minutes!
