I had the best experience I think so far, We used it every day and we have it set up in a way that WE can make an estimate in less than 5 minutes, it used to take me hours now is super simple and easy for the client to read. I will keep using it as my brand keeps growing.

Pros

Customer support and easy payment system for my clients. Is affordable for what it does, but please don’t read that part :) Is like having an extra team behind me doing things that we take for granted.

Cons

I seen the brand grow and there is always room to grow and improve things. For instances adding new products should be very easy , also adding new documents can get a bit tricky but overall customer service has been amazing.

Juan Carlos, thank you for this. Cutting estimates from hours to under five minutes is exactly the kind of result we build for. I believe separates itself from the rest of the competition by concentrating on the basic principles of in-home sales and being able to take those principles to the next level with the features and functions that it has

Pros

The ability to add a customer facing point of sales software that allows the Designer to not only lock in on selling the job, but be able to create excitement with a customer in using the system.

Cons

The set up took a long time but good things don’t happen overnight so putting the time into it will allow you to reap the benefits of what the system has the offer

From support to training and implementation the process was always simple. The support staff and timeliness has been unmatched!

Pros

I’ve been using Leap for over 10 yrs now. I actually went to headquarters and learned directly from one of the founding fathers, \[sensitive content hidden\]

Cons

Nothing!! The only thing that can suprass this is integrating AI such as ChatGPT to help with doing onsite renderings of the projects.

Pros

The software is very user friendly and aesthetically pleasing. Customer support has treated us well and has been able to set up virtual meetings to address any questions. Would definitely recommend the software to anyone in the construction business.

We’ve had a very positive experience using the Sales Pro program for Kohler products. The platform is well organized, user-friendly, and has helped streamline our sales process significantly. It makes building quotes and presenting product options to customers much more efficient, and the visual tools and product information are extremely helpful for both our team and our clients. Like any program, there are occasional slowdowns or small issues with updates syncing quickly, but overall the system has continued to improve and evolve over time. The support and resources available have also been very beneficial. Overall, Sales Pro has been a valuable tool for our company and has helped improve both efficiency and customer experience.

Pros

We’ve had a great experience using the Sales Pro program for Kohler products. The platform is user-friendly, organized, and makes it much easier for our sales team to build accurate quotes and present professional options to customers. The product information, visual tools, and support resources have helped improve efficiency and customer confidence throughout the sales process. The program continues to evolve and improve, and it has become a valuable part of our daily operations. Overall, a great tool for any team selling Kohler products.

Cons

Overall, we’ve had a positive experience using the Sales Pro program for Kohler products. The platform is organized, easy to navigate, and helps our sales team create professional quotes and presentations for customers. The product visuals and information available have been very helpful during the sales process and have improved efficiency for our team. That said, there are still a few areas that could be improved. The system can occasionally run slow, especially when loading larger projects or updating pricing. There are also times when product updates or availability changes take longer than expected to reflect in the program. A little more customization in the quote layouts and reporting features would also be beneficial. Even with those issues, the program has been a valuable tool overall, and we appreciate the continued improvements being made to it.

Reasons for choosing Leap

We chose Sales Pro because it provides a much more streamlined and professional experience compared to other platforms we’ve used. The system is easy to navigate, keeps our sales process organized, and allows our team to build accurate quotes quickly

Response from Vendor

Tim, accurate quotes and confident presentations at the kitchen table are exactly what SalesPro is built for, and we're glad it's become a reliable part of how your team sells Kohler products day to day Both the performance slowdowns on larger projects and the pricing update lag are on our radar, and we're working on both. We appreciate the detailed feedback and the 2+ years with us.

Over all great app gets the job done. Wish the setup was a little easier and changes didn’t feel like such a challenge.

Pros

Once it’s setup you can train a monkey to use it. The system allows for ease of use for sales. Great record keeping.

Cons

Setup takes forever and can be a challenge. Hard to setup multiple product after initial onboarding they want to charge you for time.

Multiple product offerings. Able to produce bids for multiple product on same bid.

David, easy to use is exactly what we build for. The setup complexity is a fair critique, especially when you're adding products post-onboarding. It's something we've been actively working on. We're working to make that something contractors can handle on their own, without the extra cost or back and forth.

Overall, my experience with Leap has been positive. The staff is responsive and helpful in finding solutions quickly.

Pros

What I liked most about Leap was how easy it is to create contracts and proposals efficiently. The platform is user-friendly and helps streamline the sales process.

Cons

What I liked least about Leap is that form updates do not automatically carry over between offices, especially for post-sale documents and related workflows.

Amanda, we're glad the contract and proposal experience has been working well for your team over the past 2+ years. On the form updates across offices, it's worth a conversation with support. If you're working off the same template, updates should carry over automatically. If there are multiple versions of the same document across offices, that's likely where the disconnect is happening and something we can help sort out. We appreciate the honest feedback and sharing both sides.

Overall, this is still a great system. Well thought out, but like everything, still some room to get better.

Pros

Leap makes a lot of things easier to control from both an administrative perspective and a sales perspective. When I need to change something, I can just change it. I don't need to tell each rep they need to do something differently. The ease in which an estimate turns into a contract is very efficient for the reps as well.

Cons

I wish I had a bit more roof for customizations in the estimate (though it's not terrible), but also the documents. I can't use an existing pdf and have things autofill from the estimate. I wish that could happen. Supposedly it was in the works, but it hasn't happened yet. It would just be nice to easily make a prettier contract.

Ease of use and contract creating was not great in the previous system

Josiah, admin control that actually works the way you expect it to is something we take seriously, so we're glad it's landing that way for your team. The document customization limitations are a fair callout, and it's an area we're actively working on. The goal is to make it easier to build contracts that look the way you want without having to start from scratch. We appreciate the honest take after two-plus years with us.

Overall, Leap provides a great experience-it streamlines reviewing estimates and helps me engage with customers quickly and efficiently.

Pros

The best part about Leap is having pricing right at my fingertips-it makes putting together estimates quick, easy and a lot more accurate.

Cons

The biggest frustration is bouncing between phases to add items. It may come down to how we have things set up internally, but it definitely slows things down a little.

Danny, we're really glad to hear Leap is helping you move faster with customers, that's exactly what it's built for. We hear you on the phase-switching friction. It's worth connecting with our support team to walk through your setup, there may be a configuration that smooths that out for you. Either way, that feedback is noted. Thank you for the kind words and for taking the time to share your experience.

I’ve been using Leap for about six years now and the more I used it the more I wondered why I took so long to get there

Pros

Simplicity of the contract creation. Once you understand the tools, it’s easy breezy to follow along.

Cons

Software update updates sometimes can slow you down some other backend work and dealing with the bugs on the user end

Rich, six years is a long time to stick with a tool, and that means a lot to us. We're really glad the contract creation side has clicked for you and made the day to day easier. We hear you on the update disruptions, and it's something the team is actively working to improve. If you ever run into a specific issue mid-update, our support team is always happy to assist. Thank you for taking the time to share this.
