Pros: There are many features that I like about this software. The first feature that I think is really effective is that you can customize it to meet you needs. After customizing the software everything is self explanatory. You can look at it and know how to maneuver it. The calendar is also a very important feature because we schedule appointments and are able to keep track about everyone's tasks, locations, and dates. The third and last feature that I like about the software is that you are able to get an advance search on categories on the workcenter tab. I believe that the software is a very resourceful tool for our company.

Cons: At this time there is nothing that I don't like about the software when I'm using it from a desktop, but I do feel that there is some glitches and or issues on the mobile app. The view on the calendar in the mobile app is not very friendly. I've had difficulties to add/delete appointments. Another issues that I have is the uploading of pics, this process is very slow and it takes for ever to complete. The screens have to be on always if not it will pause and or make me restart the process, I cannot take any calls nor make any calls.

Should help our company's organization and make us more efficient.

Pros: Digital documents/signatures. Customer webpage. Ability to keep my sales reps and our customers more organized and keep better track of them. Production and scheduling. App based for working on the field. Overall it's a solid program.

Cons: There are a few things that need to be added or corrected but I know they are working on them. A couple off the top of my head would be:

Ability to customize your work center page. To remove the product adds and classifieds at the bottom and replace with something relevant to our company such as "Company Announcements" or a "Note pad" for example. It's not a free program, we pay a good amount for it so I feel we should be able to remove these and replace them with something that works better for us.

Issues with the Multi-project option. You need to be able to invoice and work directly off of the parent job invoice and financials rather than having to invoice each individual trade. Because of this we need to use the single project when Multi-project would be better suited.

Ability to change a single trade to a multi-project at any time. A project may start as a single trade and need to be changed to a multi-project.

Pros: You can see your projects from start to finish

You can adjust what everyone sees in their different roles

The flags are great and help keep things organized

Cons: There is too much loading time.

You can not add someone to a conversation later, if you want to include another member you have to start an entirely new message thread

The new calendar takes even longer to load since the new update

If there is any added stage it does not apply to the previously entered jobs, if you want them to have all the current stages you have to go and re-enter and then delete all of the duplicated

I wish there were more color coding options so that you could customize it to suit your business

Pros: It's easy to track each new lead and to follow up when needed. I love that every email, invoice, etc. are easily linked to the job, and easy to make changes/adjustments. I like the way the jobs "flow" and that we can have changes made to fit our company's needs.

Cons: Sometimes it seems too slow. I have to wait for a page to finish processing before I move to the next thing I need to do. It could be our internet, but it's consistently slow on this software, not everything I'm doing...

Overall: Job Progress is an efficient software for our company to track each and every lead, from their first contact to completion of a project and payment! Nothing gets missed or "slips through the cracks". It is user-friendly, and the support is exceptional. When we need adjustments or changes to how it works with our flow, it gets addressed immediately!

Pros: Everything is together in one place. With JP and QB Online, I can check on my business from be beach in Costa Rica. We track leads better, we follow up better, we deliver faster, our field guys are better informed because they have pictures of the jobs with the work drawn on to them.

Customers are also impressed. I thought tablets and internet connections in the field would be a problem but it really has not.

Cons: Took a while to get used to because it substituted for our entire process. I wish it were flexible in some areas BUT the more time I spend with it, the happier I am. We ran a parallel test with current systems in Q4 2017 and then implemented on Jan 1 2018

Overall: Streamlines our processes, helps us increase sales with proposal and lead tracking, saves us time and money, lets me check in when I am out of the office, allows me to work from home as easily as in the office.

Pros: Set up was a breeze, we were up and running in a few days with the full support of our contact who has been responsive and timely and who also welcomed conversation with our developer about integrating with JobProgress and he hosted a training session for our sales team on basic usage, applying some real-time scenarios.

Not only is the platform intuitive but it is customizable and JobProgress is always offering support along the way. We appreciate the calm and logical method of approach from everyone at JobProgress. I am not sure if this comes from experience or if it is leadership inspired but we like it. They know that the user must be comfortable with the product and that the product makes sense to the users business model for their brand and product to be successful truly a no-pressure situation.

Cons: I least like that a client cannot show up as a lead without job info.

It would be nice if the calendaring synchronization worked two-way.

Being able to move (drag and drop, add or hide) the work center modules would be useful.

At the Production Calendar, t would be great to have the option to display all or search a client/job

Overall: All around good hub for projects.

Pros: Saves me time, money, and everything is more organized and in control! Don't need all the extra papers on my desk, everything right in this software.

Cons: What I like least about this software is that sometimes it doesn't stay flipped/ rotated if my iPad is flipped / rotated onto its side ..

Appreciated! By the way, we are aware of the rotating issue on some forms and screens and are addressing ... we see more and more of our contractor subscribers using the mobile keyboards alongside their tablet and we will make it so that when you rotate the screen to (for example) plug into your mobile keyboard ... the form / JP screen will rotate with it accordingly. Got it.

Pros: Easy to use, I love how it helps me keep up with items that need to be done for the day. I like how I'm able to sort customers by what step they're at in the sales process.

Cons: Working on templates that are uploaded into JP. For example, changing fonts, adding line items. It would be great if the templates had a function almost like Microsoft Word.

I would also like it if scheduled daily tasks that werent "completed" for the day didn't get removed the next day. Maybe they were moved to a "past due" section or something like that, so their not forgotten.

Pros: compared with others we have used in the past, much simpler to navigate . Very easy to train new members of our staff, sales. Can view from anywhere the status of a job or lead.

Cons: WE had previously been using a different software. The other software was called Dataforma.

We had joined Job Progress because Dataforma seems to have to many manual functions input to navigate a lead or job from start to finish.

Job Progress when we first joined did not.

Today there seem to be more needed manual clicks and the repetitive naming of estimate and proposals seems to be more common now than in the beginning when A-Top first joined.

Overall: ORGANIZATION!

Pros: General organization, and collaboration features. Helps maintain a workflow. Excellent tool to follow up with customers, as I have measurements, photos etc at my fingertips

Cons: Some things can be touchy, or not work at times such as the progress slider.

Some navigation aspects could be improved, such as returning to Photos and Docs when inside a folder in Photos and Docs.

Overall: Save time, money, and headaches. Improve customer experience.

Pros: I like that I can use it all day at work or on my phone. Has all we need in front of us without scrambling in our office looking for paperwork that can never be found.

Cons: When I load up an invoice, it's hard to see. When I go to click to enlarge it, it is too large. Not a big deal but would like to see it come up normal size without having to move it around to see bottom of an invoice.

Pros: I have every customer at my fingertips! Being able to use the PC or mobile really makes everything convenient.

Cons: Program is slow sometimes. Lags a little. I also don't like that I can't select which employee gets the commission without having to pay the monthly fee.

Pros: Job Progress makes it so easy to keep up with every aspect of production. Proposal templates, estimating tools, measurements, photos, and customer information all in one place.

Cons: It is too easy too lose your work when creating a proposal/work order/ material list etc. I would like to see it auto save every so often. I would also like to be able to view any job/customer that I was tagged to

Pros: The seamless communication between myself on the road and the office staff is such a money saver long term. Since we started using this software I can't tell you how many comments I have gotten from customers on how impressed they are with our response time

Cons: The email format does not allow a customer to email into job progress without replying to an existing email that was already sent to them.

Overall: Save countless hours in office communication and paperwork that is now all in job progress ..... not a file cabinet

Pros: Very user friendly and program is very easy to train new staff on. If there is ever an issue or concern, I know our reps will take care of it or help find the reason why its happening. If a system glitch, it will be addressed and corrected. If a user error, its determined as well so we can address users as to what they are doing to cause it. If I want a feature added, they have always been willing to help get it.

Cons: Management would like access to more reports. Initially the functionality of the desktop version and mobile applications were quite varied but we worked with Job Progress to have same functions on both.

overall a great experience. It just lacks a couple of items that keep me from fully buying in to it.

Pros: Keeps everything together in one place, and is geared toward my business model. I like the functionality of the app.

Cons: Here are the suggestions I have to be able to consider this as a long term solution.

There are a ton of features and need to have short explainer training videos for each feature and then you can add new as new features are rolled out.

I need to be able to connect it with Zapier so that I can push and pull customer data to other apps.

I need to the signature portion to be compliant giving date, time and location of signature.

Pros: Ease of use from beginner to experienced pro. I like being able to send out work orders with ease. And updating sales staff w/ appointments.

Cons: There's a few things that get a little wonky when applying payments, in relation to quickbooks. Would like to see better company cam integration

Pros: We actually love the software since we started using it we have come to learn so much about it and are now using jobprogress every single day. i like that we can put all the customer info in along with documents that go to each job.

Cons: we would actually like to see some sort of database so that we dont have to turn to quickbooks to do other things that we cannot in Jobprogress

Pros: It is very easy to monitor our work flow progress. It is very user friendly and can be more powerful if we had some additional training to help understand an facilitate the use of the product.

Cons: Reactionary time. A little slow at times. Time if always the challenge in learning new software. It would be great to have training courses to facilitate and maximize the power of the product

Overall: The greatest benefit is looking out our work flow progress so we understand where we are with every business opportunity and what stage it lies. The dashboard is very informative.

My overall experience with Job Progress has been positive. It allows us to keep track of our jobs!

Pros: The compatibility and ease of customization. Once you set up all the features you feel like the software was made specifically for you.

Cons: Lacking a few features I anticipate seeing within the next year. I hesitate to even complain about this because each time I need a new feature they seem to listen and add it.

Overall: Jobprogress allows me to run my company, it's that simple. With 4 divisions and 12 full-time employees, I don't have time to fuss over the software that coordinates all that. Easy to set up and even easier to use.

Pros: I like the fact that it works well on it's mobile app version. I like that it's really easy to understand.

Cons: I think search options can be improved to make it easier to find our filed jobs. The speed to can be improved as well.

Pros: The functionality is great and we are able to collaborate within the office or out in the field seamlessly. It helps with organization and scheduling and keeping everyone on the same page as well as accountable for their "task" and responsibilities.

Cons: Sometimes the mobile app acts a little wonky...but nothing that stops work.

No major complaints here.

Overall: The program has really helped us organize our projects better and keep everyone on the same page. It's very user friendly and reliable.

Pros: It's like having the job folders with me out in the field which makes it easier to pull things up while on the job

Cons: I seem to always have issues with the system running slow at times . I also seem to have issues while entering in material and labor where it will clear on its own or won't pull up what I'm looking for when I start typing it in. I then have to clear it and redo it. I was directed by one of your account managers that I need to clear the cache regularly which has helped but it seems to happen too frequently which can be extremely frustrating when you are in a hurry. I wish there was a feature where you could send a text instead of calling a home owner . Like when you hit call and it gives you the option with their number it would be nice to have an option to send a test message.

Pros: Scheduling appointments and and having separate calendars. I like being able to type up a proposal while at a customers house and have them esign right there to avoid go backs.

Cons: I mostly work on the app in the field. It doesn't allow me to scroll through pics with the homeowner i have to open each one individually. And I don't think I can send pics through the app either.

Overall: Organization and the ability to sell jobs on the spot. Also a great time saver

Pros: All the features work for what I need done. Everything is easy to understand and I love how things are color coated.

Cons: I don't like how you are not able to really customize what you want. I would love it if I was able to change the names on certain categories. Also, if it was easier to change the categories for certain jobs without having to go into the actual job itself.

Pros: The interaction between desk top and mobile versions is seamless, homeowner's page feature is a great communication tool, friendly representatives and fair cost.

Cons: The reporting capabilities are very limited in relation to sales. They have not yet developed a detailed and customizable reporting format, however, I do know it is being worked on. Some pages seem to take a while to load.

Pros: Easy to use. Lots of options. I love using the new program that we decided to go with. The customer support is great and our questions never go unanswered.

Cons: Lack of being compatible to transfer from old CRM. We have over 50 years of customer that have been able to be transferred to new crm but this this one we will have to archive all customers and start fresh with the new system.

Pros: once I estimate jobs all the customers are in the proposal given category.. it's also nice to have the GPS button where I can hit it and find any house without having to type in the address.

Cons: when it makes me login which is a pain in the ass because I can't see real good I hate it when I have to login again because I can hardly see the symbols on a phone

Cons: Not all the features I really enjoyed with JobNimbus. It'd be nice to see on the caller ID which customer is calling. Also to have the address pop up in Google Maps.

Proposal template is not very user friendly and you cannot copy and paste into it very well, Invoicing feature, Why when you mark a client as `job lost does it disappear from JP, When viewing the sales report page, we need to be able to click on the lead source and see all jobs won and lost in a list view , Cannot upload videos

Some of the above may have been remedied with Admin, but not rolled out to the users.

Comments: Support is pretty good. System is still preferable for us compared to other products on the market. JP is constantly trying to please everyone to "get it right" which is a good thing. I would say they are at awkward adolescent stage and I look forward to seeing this product fully developed.

Pros: It is able to be customized/tailored to fit your internal protocol. Constantly updating with new and powerful features.

Cons: Good function ideas that never seem to develop completely by getting the bugs out. Still missing many basic/key functions like reporting, and filter/sort options. Production calendar is still not as sophisticated as Google cal. Invoicing needs a template option.

Pros: Very good customization depending on how you want your jobs to go through your personalized pipe-line. Tons of additional features that we use all the time (like call scripts, social media connectivity, etc...). EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SUPPORT. They've spent hours walking us through everything with every conversation ending with, "is there anything else? and we can schedule another call whenever you'd like if you need anything at all."

Cons: Was slightly difficult to find everything within the program and brought only partial information from our last CRM (half of the telephone numbers)

Pros: With JobProgress I will never misplace a contract again. It allowed me to streamline my systems for sales, expediting and installing. I can track all the phases of the job.

Cons: There is a learning curve since it has a lot of functionality built into it. However, I've been using the software for 3 months and I find new features regularly so the learning curve issue is tempered by more features than I thought I purchased.

Overall: Paperless contracts, tracking productivity of jobs, and organizing my business in a central place is a huge plus for my company.

Pros: Job progress has unlimited potential. It goes more in depth than other programs of the same nature. The reps have worked with us to resolve kinks, which is much appreciated. The web pages have an attractive appearance and, theres a good flow to the features.

Cons: Theres a learning curve to using JP. There are quite a few ins and outs that you have to be aware of in order to not get frustrated with the program.

Pros: Easy of use, and keeps everyone connected on the job from all company reps to customer. Switch over has been great and flowed smoothly. Tech support is out standing and willing to help make changes to the system.

Cons: I don't think I haven't found anything yet. Being new to the system and from the system we have used, this has need a great system

Pros: The program you've designed is very detailed. I've worked with 3-4 technology based programs in construction industry thus far.

Cons: Not sure the ease of loading photos to ur program. We just completed the training for use of your program 2 weeks ago with our C.E.O. of our company and 2 additional salespersons. Currently I imput data daily on this program and so far the Cons r few. As I get more familiar with Job Progress I may have additional concerns.

Pros: The organization and easy use. I love how all the contracts auto populate and signatures are time/ date stamped.

Cons: None so far. There is a couple things I recall thinking to myself that might need some changes, but can't recall at the moment.

Pros: I like that we can maintain all of the files in one place and if one customer has multiple jobs, we can separate everything in individual jobs. Also we can scan and file everything in the system with no problem

Cons: If the program is running for a while, it affects the program and starts to slow down. It is not easy having to work with the program all day and then not be able to run as good as it does in the beginning of the day.

It has been difficult to get it set up to do all the functions that our old system had let alone use

Pros: This software is so easy to use. There is so much information that we can put in for our customers, all accessible by everyone. The mobile app is also awesome.

Cons: The one thing I would like is to be able to send mass email campaigns. Or possibly at least search for emails with certain parameters in order to generate a list for email campaigns.

Overall: All of our customer information in one place and available to everyone at all times.

JobProgress solved most of the problems we had with our current CRM.

Pros: JobProgress is very easy to work with, very user friendly and has many different reports that make my job easier. We just moved to Job Progress and so far, we are very excited to see that we can manage our clients more efficiently.

Cons: We moved to JobProgress in the last two weeks and so far I'm very happy with this this system. Job Progress solved all the problems we had with our previous system.

Pros: easy access ability and convenience. job tracking is very helpful. We like being able to access from our mobile devices

Cons: Searching by phone number is tricky. I need customer's name or address. System won't search by phone number. Also, if you make system changes at any time, it only goes into effect for new clients. Existing clients/jobs will not have the new changes available within their profiles.

Pros: The ability to add task reminders and set appointment reminders to my salesman. Even email the customers of the appointment date and time. And to track all our customers in one easy setting! To gather reports as needed. To view Staff and Production calendars for the whole team. A great product for a great price!

Pros: The software is easy to use and for the most part does what you want it to. For the most part they are easy to get a hold of if you have an issue.

Cons: There are bugs after bugs after bugs. So many little glitches that really prevent you from using it to its full potential. Reports are basically useless. You can report these bugs and they say they will get it fixed, but never do.

Overall: We were one of there 1st customers. We have seen a lot of improvements, we have learned a lot about what we really need and don't need in a software product.

Haven't seen that imaginary Visa gift card yet

Pros: The GPS to find the jobs is pretty cool... clearly having customers organized Is pretty good too not having to go to the office or call to get customers is actually beneficial

Cons: The other day I had to try to log in while driving and out in the field, what a pain it was. I ended up deleting my mobile app by accident

So far, it's easy to use and if I have questions I can contact Kaitlin or David anytime.

Pros: It's user friendly unlike other lead/workforce programs. Everyone in my company has all of their jobs and information on their phone, so they can never forget any job information.

Cons: So far learning the software is difficult, but once I've used it for a while I think it will be extremely easy to use. Even for the technically challenged employees at my office.

Pros: the ease of downloading pdf's. the quick search for customer jobs and being able to access job photos at the office or mobile on the job progress app.

Cons: it does not find my email address's with just a letter or two. I typically have to enter the whole address before it shows one to choose from.

Pros: The ability to be linked with the whole team across multiple offices. The fact that I as a manager can run a real time report for almost anything is just icing on the cake. As just a crm program this is already a great value.

Pros: The most robust and user friendly workflow and company management system for construction contractors by far. I have demo'd just about every application out there and nothing compares.

Cons: Nothing that wouldn't be just a petty preference. I had a couple of ideas for features and both of them came within an update yesterday.

JobProgress eliminated six (6) other software pieces we were using to help streamline or process.

Pros: I like the adaptability. The team at JobProgress is actively seeking feedback to continually improve the software. And the changes are improvements not setbacks.

Pros: Everything for my jobs is all in one place which makes all of my jobs very organized. I can view all of my jobs, pictures, notes, and calendar all in one place.

Cons: The software is glitchy and getting to the insurance information quickly is a nightmare. The app is not friendly with the IPhone X in general and moving from screen to screen or viewing g diffeeent pictures often doesn't work as easily as it does on my iPad

Pros: How easy it is to use and learn. They actually flew the owner out to meet and train with us! When we need something their team is always there to help.

Cons: There is no time clock for people to clock in and out and the way the contracts are set up are hard to change.

Pros: I like the calendar alot. You can see a specific person and then all jobs. I also like how easy it is to put appointments in.

Cons: I do not like how long it takes to look at a photo, but the quality is good. I don't like how you have to click on a salesman all the time if you look at something else.

Pros: This app is a life saver! So many features its hard to pick one....but probably my favorite thing is having EVERY piece of information for a customer and a job in ONE place...for ALL to see. I'm in the office, and I can see updates from the guys on the road instantly. When I get calls - I can update everyone in the office, on the road, on the sales floor at the same time. Marvelous!

Cons: The Jobprogress Calendar didn't sync with our old Calendar software but then we upgraded to Google Calendar which did sync with Jobprogress and all was good once again.

Recommendations to other buyers: Take your time exploring....lots to discover!!

This program is perfect for what our company is looking for.
