### "Great after initial setup"

April 21, 2026

4.0

Positive overall after initial setup. Have since set up in multiple instances and much better second time around

Pros

Control of my salespeople and what they can sell in the home. I can also control the visual brand of my company

Cons

Initial setup was lacking. Bounced between implementation specialists. Once I was self sufficient it got better

Michael, thank you for the honest feedback and for sticking with Leap. Initial setup is the heaviest lift of the whole process, and we know it takes time to get there. It's great to hear that once you were up and running, you had the control you were looking for. The ability to manage what your team sells and how your brand shows up in the home is exactly what Leap is built for. We appreciate your long-term trust and the thoughtful review.

Been great for the most part, need discounts if you got any, life is too expensive, including this app

### "Leap review"

April 17, 2026

1.0

I would not recommend going with leap. We switched over to Acculynx and it is much better in my opinion.

Pros

I didn't like leap at all. The platform seemed like it had issues every other week. The web browser version was also extremely slow.

Cons

The platform is very slow. Going from picture to picture took forever. Uploaded photos to the platform was also extremely slow.

Response from Leap

April 21, 2026

Lawrence, thank you for the honest feedback. We hear you. Slow load times and photo performance are frustrating. We've made significant investments in platform speed and stability over the past few months, including improvements to how photos are uploaded and rendered. We wish you well with your new platform. If you ever want to see where Leap stands today, we're happy to show you.

### "Leap helps us hit max potential "

May 8, 2025

5.0

To sum it up, without Leap, and the integrations offered through the software, our business would be 75% less efficient. Be able to track and manage 100’s of customers at once and seamlessly get a snapshot of company health is invaluable

Pros

The functionality of the software is incredibly deep, yet navigating and using it is super easy

Cons

There are sometimes errors with syncing to QBO but I can’t say if it’s a Leap issue or QBO issue.

### "User friendly"

May 4, 2026

4.0

My overall experience is wonderful. I really do like leap. Minus a little glitches it has once in a while I like leap.

Pros

It’s easy to put proposals together really fast and it looks very professional. I like how you can upload all the photos so there’s no question. What’s being given on a contract?

Cons

I really wish that Leap would get together and fix when you send a proposal with all your pictures and then somebody wants to turn it into a contract. You should just be able to click a button to turn it into a contract and not have to re-out all your numbers at all your pictures. I’ve asked for this in the past once we had a meeting with you guys and she said she would work on it, but nothing ever came of it. That would be huge for all of Us. My system glitches out and takes everything to zero and then I had to refresh it to get my dollars back so that’s something else that needs to be fixed. Happens quite a bit.

Osa, thank you for the kind words and for the honest feedback. The proposal to contract flow you're describing is something we can actually help with. Linked Fields can be set up so your information carries over automatically from proposal to contract without re-entering. For pictures, adding them as a line item in your price guide is the cleanest way to make sure they show up on both documents. We'd love to walk you through both. Reach out to our support team at support@leaptodigital.com and we'll get you set up.

### "HORRIBLE CRM - Save your time, money and frustration"

November 17, 2025

1.0

Horrible, from the management, to the lowest position. I would not recommend Leap to anyone (If I had enemies, I would not recommend Leap to them)

Pros

There was very little that I liked about Leap. I guess the workflow manager was a nice feature. Everything else was not good at all.

Cons

Most everything. The customer service team was by far the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with. The CRM is extremely hard to use and trying to make a document fillable on there takes a masters degree in coding. The most difficult and non user friendly CRM I have ever had to us. I would not go back to Leap even if they paid me. AND we had an issue with a staff member and we were told we would not have to work with him but they had him join a zoom meeting under a different name as if we would not recognize his face. They are LIARS. We had very little training to start and took forever to get things up and going

Switched from

### "Five star two thumbs up"

5.0

I’ve been using Leap for about six years now and the more I used it the more I wondered why I took so long to get there

Pros

Simplicity of the contract creation. Once you understand the tools, it’s easy breezy to follow along.

Cons

Software update updates sometimes can slow you down some other backend work and dealing with the bugs on the user end

Rich, six years is a long time to stick with a tool, and that means a lot to us. We're really glad the contract creation side has clicked for you and made the day to day easier. We hear you on the update disruptions, and it's something the team is actively working to improve. If you ever run into a specific issue mid-update, our support team is always happy to assist. ### "Leap is a Great Value to the company"

May 4, 2026

5.0

It has been a positive experience overall, it is easy to create an accurate estimate and contract, and the program works quickly as you go to different parts of the program.

Pros

Something that is great about SalesPro is when there is an issue, they respond to it quickly minimizing downtime.

Cons

I don't really dislike anything about Leap. It has been a good experience for the most part. If there is anything i would have to say that it is making sure all the tags and notes are done so they show up properly on the contract.

### "Goodbye Paper Contracts, Hello Instant Estimates"

May 5, 2026

5.0

Overall, Leap provides a great experience-it streamlines reviewing estimates and helps me engage with customers quickly and efficiently.

Pros

The best part about Leap is having pricing right at my fingertips-it makes putting together estimates quick, easy and a lot more accurate.

Cons

The biggest frustration is bouncing between phases to add items. It may come down to how we have things set up internally, but it definitely slows things down a little.

Review Source

Response from Leap

May 11, 2026

Danny, we're really glad to hear Leap is helping you move faster with customers, that's exactly what it's built for. We hear you on the phase-switching friction. It's worth connecting with our support team to walk through your setup, there may be a configuration that smooths that out for you. Either way, that feedback is noted. ### "Leap is a great product to used "

May 4, 2026

5.0

My overall experience has been very positive with leap, I definitely recommend the software to everyone, just know it’ll take time to set up.

Pros

It has made our quoting in home so much more efficient. No more going to your truck for 30 minutes and using a calculator.

Cons

There is a long setup to get your price guide correct, but after it is set it is easy to increase/ decrease your pricing. Adding in new lines can be cumbersome

Review Source

Response from Leap

May 6, 2026

Colin, that's exactly what we're going for, keeping your reps in front of customers. The price guide setup does take some upfront work to get right. And like you said, once it's set up it's easy to adjust and saves your reps time in the field. We appreciate you setting that expectation honestly for anyone considering it. Thank you for the recommendation and the two+ years with us.

### "Written for the roofer"

December 3, 2020

2.0

They have dressed it up, and it appears robust, until you start digging in, and then all the flaws or lack of ability show themselves. I also need to be able to integrate with QB, through a portal service, as my bookkeeper is not in my office. I asked about this 6 weeks ago, and all I have heard is crickets on how to do this. Support for general things is good, but once you scratch more than the inch (see reference above), it grinds to a non-responsive halt.

Pros

It was easy to initially integrate, but the program capability is a mile wide and an inch deep. You don't have to scratch too far to hit bottom in any area. The onboarding training was good in a broad sense, but as I get deeper into it, I am really struggling to get answers. I committed to give it 6 months, but it is likely that I will cancel.

Cons

I am a full service GC, and need to track and manage a large base of subs, and this program is struggling to provide the basics that I need. You can either get financials of a job or financials of a sub-job, but you can not combine the two. I need to know overall, and be able to drill down. Many of the features with the integration with QB and financials is not intuitive, and not even logical. Also, unless your sub subscribes to their online portal, the subcontractor is handled like a stepchild. I want to be able to fully manage and communicate with my sub, and not force them to buy something or manage an online access account. My subs are good at their trades, not necessarily the most technically astute. If this was something that was universal, and most subs used, that would be great, but that is not what we are talking about here.

Reason for choosing Leap

I did an exhaustive and detailed research on what I needed, and compared about 15 companies. QB integration was a dealbreaker, and that narrowed the pack. Then I did side by side comparisons of what the sales pitch and demos were, and which one I thought was the best value. There are some companies that charge similar price, some that are hundreds per month, some that require all data entry, including invoicing and bill management be done in their system, some that integrate with other 3rd party software, etc. Initially, JobProgress seemed like a good value, and provided most of what I needed. it is packaged and they have the sales pitch down, but there is not a lot of depth. Major failings I have found so far: Email and communication: If you don't send it from the program, you don't capture the info. QB integration is lacking depth and detail. Support has been mediocre on anything but standard questions. I will likely keep looking.

I have been in business for 20 years, sold the entity that was doing Disaster Restoration, and started a new division, focusing mainly on commercial upfits, but selectively doing residential. In DR, we used this robust software program that we ran all our projects out of, and it was awesome, but it is focused on that industry and overkill for what I need, and the costs that it would be. Suffice it to say, I was a power user on that program, and know specifically and absolutely what I need and would use in a program. I actually was on the beta development team for the program, and was considered one of their more "fully invested" in the program users, so when I say I know what I am talking about and what a program should provide, I have the credentials to back this up.

### "Great way to streamline processes"

November 12, 2019

5.0

We aren't using JobProgress to its full capability yet, but will be soon. Right now, it has really helped our communication with our customers be more efficient as well as keep track of our sales pipeline and estimates. We are LOVING it compared to our previous CRM.

Pros

I love that we can see how many jobs and dollar volume in each step of our sales/production stage and easily move jobs to a new stage, sales automation with automatic emails to the customer every time their job changes status is WONDERFUL. I also love using the production calendar for scheduling. Being able to set tasks or messages within each job is also great for keeping track of internal communications regarding each job. We also were able to have them create templates that look identical to our paper proposals. The ability to send, sign, view, and accept a proposal with just a click of a button is great.

Cons

It would be great if jobs could automatically move stages in the workflow when a corresponding action is taken (e.g. if setting an estimate appointment would move it to our stage that corresponds with appointments scheduled, or moved it to "job scheduled" when we set a production date), but I understand with custom workflows this would be hard to make happen. It would also be nice if more information from the measurements or estimates translated into the contract and/or work order. We currently use excel workbooks for estimates, contracts, work orders, and purchase orders, and all the pages talk to each other so we only have to enter information on one page. We haven't used JobProgress work orders or proposals yet because of this. In the calendars, if you put an appointment on one person's calendar and choose someone else as an attendee, it doesn't show up on the attendee's calendar, so we have been having to set duplicate appointments to do that. It would be nice if I set an appointment for X and Y needs to be there too, that I be able to set one appointment and it show up on both calendars.

December 9, 2020

4.0

JP right now is a love-hate relationship. I have invested so much into it, but yet I still feel like it is falling short and some basic but important function. I'm hopeful that these items will change.

Pros

1.) ease of use 2.) estimating portion 3.) workflow management 4.) documentation management 5.) sales tracking

Cons

1.) accounting integration w/ QuickBooks does not work well 2.) no copy and paste feature 3.) I had my proposal template converted and it looked awful and I had to pay for it 4.) you allow google sheets integration but not google docs so I can work on my normal proposal format 5.) you have to be in a client or search for a client to add a new job to that client 6.) no easy accounts payable system ( i have to use dropbox for that) 7.) change orders estimate sheet has different settings from the normal estimate sheet. creating double work 8.) P&L is manual entry so if we use it, we have double-entry again. Once in Quickbooks once in JP. 9.) Training is very surface level. I had to learn most of it on my own and then train my staff.

### "JobProgress Didn't work for me"

March 6, 2021

2.0

The thing I found most irritating was when I brought up my concerns to the sales person. The response was., "This is the first I've heard of any issues with JobProgress" and "No one can use a new system, whether it's JobProgress or anything else, without training." I brought these issues up after two training sessions and hours and hours of watching their training videos. The experiences of other users in context to the real problems we had with the software is not germane to my business. I brought up the issue because we had real concerns. To just say "training" made me think...hmmmmm. If I'm having this many problems now and the answer is "training". What will it look like six months from now if we are having the same problems.

Pros

The data collection is top notch. The software will take as much information as you can upload. I'm sure this platform is effective for some people. We just had too many issues to risk rolling into prime time.

Cons

Too many different ways to do something, not very user friendly, and was difficult to find a rhythm with scheduling. It had a significant lag time between hitting input and the data populating. We would upload things and they disappear into the abyss. Platform cannot receive text from people that are not in the CRM. I wish I would have known this in the beginning. This would have been a deal breaker. This was an $850 lesson.

Reason for choosing Leap

I needed a high level view of all customer activity. From sales to completion. Job progress filled that need.

Overall I am in love with Job progress within my 4 years of being in this industry this platform has made my job the easiest, it has been. As I am learning more about the program the more I am realizing that it is helping the company as a whole. I absolutely love this program and will possible us it until I cant anymore.

Pros

This whole system has made an impact on our company. It has most definitely eliminated 99.99% of all phone calls that were being made to figure out where the project was in our processes. For the past year, we have only scratched the very basic parts of Job progress. Just recently we have been able to dive into the program and utilize it even more for our company. This program is definitely one I will always recommend to any other business owner I know!

Cons

The only con I have for this program is that there is so much that can be done, yet not enough explanation, meaning there isn't a way for me to ask our sales rep to show me the hidden features. Because honestly all of the job progress seems to be a hidden feature.

Horrible RUN!!! Been trying to cancel for weeks and they refuse to cancel even though you never are presented with a contract/agreement. Signing in is their way of locking you in. Insane business practice.

Pros

The sales rep and trainer were nice. They did their best

Cons

Everything cost more money above your supscriptionSlower than 90's internet BAD customer service

### "Overall Impression of Job Progress"

December 8, 2020

5.0

I believe this was covered in the above comments

Pros

This CRM Program was an excellent choice for customizing the interaction with QuickBooks. Invoices synced to QuickBooks directly from sales management and proposals kept everything up to date at all times. The ability for sales staff to review P&L information on their jobs, limited the exposure to our Quickbooks accounting information.

Cons

During the day Job Progress becomes slow to react to input and refreshing often sometimes helps. During the first 90 days, oversight had to be managed to make sure the synch between Job Progress and QuickBooks was active. Once both programs learned the terminology used and the terminology that had to be changed, we have had no problems.

Reason for choosing Leap

This was not my executive decision, however, I am pleased with the decision.

### "Job Progress Reliability"

December 15, 2020

1.0

I use it just use it too keep Track of Projects. Nothing that difficult. Uploading is slow and at times the Something went wrong thing comes on and I have too try again later. Not good

Pros

Uploading Documents. The Program is fairly easy. Again it is slow on the overall. I do not really have anything likable on the overall. Everybody in the Company Complains about it. The tasks that I do are not that difficult. If I was in Estimating I would get rid of it. But I do not have the Authority too do that.

Cons

I use it everyday. In the Morning early I whip thru my Files. Seems too respond faster in the early hours. The rest of the day it is slow. Really a Problem when I am uploading a New Project and I need speed in Front of a New Client. Photo Upload speed terrible. We now have it Linked with Company Cam. That helps but should not have too
