### "Best CRM For Your Money!! "

June 28, 2019

5.0

Excellent or A++

Pros

Easily the best and most customizable CRM for the industry our today. Their app is second to none and the desktop platform makes following jobs a breeze! Plus, grabbing an e-signature right on the contract on the app is cake. No extra app to use

Cons

There really are none, if something arose the team at JP jumped to correct or add it right away.

### "Leap helps us hit max potential "

May 8, 2025

5.0

To sum it up, without Leap, and the integrations offered through the software, our business would be 75% less efficient. Be able to track and manage 100’s of customers at once and seamlessly get a snapshot of company health is invaluable

Pros

The functionality of the software is incredibly deep, yet navigating and using it is super easy

Cons

There are sometimes errors with syncing to QBO but I can’t say if it’s a Leap issue or QBO issue.

### "Leap review"

April 17, 2026

1.0

I would not recommend going with leap. We switched over to Acculynx and it is much better in my opinion.

Pros

I didn't like leap at all. The platform seemed like it had issues every other week. The web browser version was also extremely slow.

Cons

The platform is very slow. Going from picture to picture took forever. Uploaded photos to the platform was also extremely slow.

Review Source

Response from Leap

Lawrence, thank you for the honest feedback. We hear you. Slow load times and photo performance are frustrating. We've made significant investments in platform speed and stability over the past few months, including improvements to how photos are uploaded and rendered. We wish you well with your new platform. If you ever want to see where Leap stands today, we're happy to show you.

### "User friendly"

May 4, 2026

4.0

My overall experience is wonderful. I really do like leap. Minus a little glitches it has once in a while I like leap.

Pros

It’s easy to put proposals together really fast and it looks very professional. I like how you can upload all the photos so there’s no question. What’s being given on a contract?

Cons

I really wish that Leap would get together and fix when you send a proposal with all your pictures and then somebody wants to turn it into a contract. You should just be able to click a button to turn it into a contract and not have to re-out all your numbers at all your pictures. I’ve asked for this in the past once we had a meeting with you guys and she said she would work on it, but nothing ever came of it. That would be huge for all of Us. My system glitches out and takes everything to zero and then I had to refresh it to get my dollars back so that’s something else that needs to be fixed. Happens quite a bit.

Response from Leap

May 6, 2026

Osa, thank you for the kind words and for the honest feedback. The proposal to contract flow you're describing is something we can actually help with. Linked Fields can be set up so your information carries over automatically from proposal to contract without re-entering. For pictures, adding them as a line item in your price guide is the cleanest way to make sure they show up on both documents. We'd love to walk you through both. Reach out to our support team at support@leaptodigital.com and we'll get you set up.

### "Five star two thumbs up"

I’ve been using Leap for about six years now and the more I used it the more I wondered why I took so long to get there

Pros

Simplicity of the contract creation. Once you understand the tools, it’s easy breezy to follow along.

Cons

Software update updates sometimes can slow you down some other backend work and dealing with the bugs on the user end

Rich, six years is a long time to stick with a tool, and that means a lot to us. We're really glad the contract creation side has clicked for you and made the day to day easier. We hear you on the update disruptions, and it's something the team is actively working to improve. If you ever run into a specific issue mid-update, our support team is always happy to assist. ### "Mostly Pros "

May 7, 2026

4.0

Overall, my experience with Leap has been positive. The staff is responsive and helpful in finding solutions quickly.

Pros

What I liked most about Leap was how easy it is to create contracts and proposals efficiently. The platform is user-friendly and helps streamline the sales process.

Cons

What I liked least about Leap is that form updates do not automatically carry over between offices, especially for post-sale documents and related workflows.

Review Source

Response from Leap

May 21, 2026

Amanda, we're glad the contract and proposal experience has been working well for your team over the past 2+ years. On the form updates across offices, it's worth a conversation with support. If you're working off the same template, updates should carry over automatically. If there are multiple versions of the same document across offices, that's likely where the disconnect is happening and something we can help sort out. We appreciate the honest feedback and sharing both sides.

### "Leap is a Great Value to the company"

May 4, 2026

5.0

It has been a positive experience overall, it is easy to create an accurate estimate and contract, and the program works quickly as you go to different parts of the program.

Pros

Something that is great about SalesPro is when there is an issue, they respond to it quickly minimizing downtime.

Cons

I don't really dislike anything about Leap. It has been a good experience for the most part. If there is anything i would have to say that it is making sure all the tags and notes are done so they show up properly on the contract.

### "Goodbye Paper Contracts, Hello Instant Estimates"

May 5, 2026

5.0

Overall, Leap provides a great experience-it streamlines reviewing estimates and helps me engage with customers quickly and efficiently.

Pros

The best part about Leap is having pricing right at my fingertips-it makes putting together estimates quick, easy and a lot more accurate.

Cons

The biggest frustration is bouncing between phases to add items. It may come down to how we have things set up internally, but it definitely slows things down a little.

Response from Leap

May 11, 2026

Danny, we're really glad to hear Leap is helping you move faster with customers, that's exactly what it's built for. We hear you on the phase-switching friction. ### "Leap is a great product to used "

May 4, 2026

My overall experience has been very positive with leap, I definitely recommend the software to everyone, just know it’ll take time to set up.

Pros

It has made our quoting in home so much more efficient. No more going to your truck for 30 minutes and using a calculator.

Cons

There is a long setup to get your price guide correct, but after it is set it is easy to increase/ decrease your pricing. Adding in new lines can be cumbersome

Colin, that's exactly what we're going for, keeping your reps in front of customers. The price guide setup does take some upfront work to get right. ### "JP is my most used app across all devices"

December 8, 2020

5.0

I log in all my customers and information into JP so that when I go to bed at night, I don't wake up in the middle of the night remembering some customer that fell through the cracks. All

Pros

Being able to easily write up contracts and send to customer's for electronic approval is fantastic. Invoicing and change orders are easy and straightforward, and being able to customize the progress flow is a nice touch. One of the best features is the intuitive mobile app that can be used on the field while meeting with customers or even confirming the scope of work for a job. Being able to customize templates easily was my main reason for advocating the use of JP, as creating different templates such as certificates of completion was vital.

Cons

It would be nice to have an easier and more intuitive estimating feature. We were able to use AccuLynx for a while, and though we went back to JP for various reasons, we thought the estimating feature on AccuLynx was far superior, as it was more intuitive and aesthetically pleasing (which made it easier to work with and break down when estimating very large projects). The contracts on AccuLynx also used DocuSign, which seemed to add a tremendous amount of reputability with customers. They also had a feature where pictures could be all selected and converted into a PDF with comments and "before" or "after" stamps assigned to them. Also, being able to assign appointments from the customer creation page, instead of the job creation page would be useful. Sometimes I don't know if this will be a repair or a roof replacement until after the appointment, but all that information had to be put in before. If nothing else, having some sort of window that shows your current appointments when you are making an appointment would be a tremendous improvement, as currently I have to ALWAYS open a staff calendar window and update it every time I speak to a customer to set up an appointment to make sure there is no double-booking. Being able to know what time slots are already blocked off would be fantastic.

Switched from

[AccuLynx](https://www.capterra.com/p/116187/Acculynx/)

Easier to manage templates on JP, JP integrates with billing better. Invoicing is easier in JP. Better mobile integration in JP (customers can sign contract from tablet).

### "Great way to streamline processes"

November 12, 2019

5.0

We aren't using JobProgress to its full capability yet, but will be soon. Right now, it has really helped our communication with our customers be more efficient as well as keep track of our sales pipeline and estimates. We are LOVING it compared to our previous CRM.

Pros

I love that we can see how many jobs and dollar volume in each step of our sales/production stage and easily move jobs to a new stage, sales automation with automatic emails to the customer every time their job changes status is WONDERFUL. I also love using the production calendar for scheduling. Being able to set tasks or messages within each job is also great for keeping track of internal communications regarding each job. We also were able to have them create templates that look identical to our paper proposals. The ability to send, sign, view, and accept a proposal with just a click of a button is great.

Cons

It would be great if jobs could automatically move stages in the workflow when a corresponding action is taken (e.g. if setting an estimate appointment would move it to our stage that corresponds with appointments scheduled, or moved it to "job scheduled" when we set a production date), but I understand with custom workflows this would be hard to make happen. It would also be nice if more information from the measurements or estimates translated into the contract and/or work order. We currently use excel workbooks for estimates, contracts, work orders, and purchase orders, and all the pages talk to each other so we only have to enter information on one page. We haven't used JobProgress work orders or proposals yet because of this. In the calendars, if you put an appointment on one person's calendar and choose someone else as an attendee, it doesn't show up on the attendee's calendar, so we have been having to set duplicate appointments to do that. It would be nice if I set an appointment for X and Y needs to be there too, that I be able to set one appointment and it show up on both calendars.

JP right now is a love-hate relationship. I have invested so much into it, but yet I still feel like it is falling short and some basic but important function. I'm hopeful that these items will change.

Pros

1.) ease of use 2.) estimating portion 3.) workflow management 4.) documentation management 5.) sales tracking

Cons

1.) accounting integration w/ QuickBooks does not work well 2.) no copy and paste feature 3.) I had my proposal template converted and it looked awful and I had to pay for it 4.) you allow google sheets integration but not google docs so I can work on my normal proposal format 5.) you have to be in a client or search for a client to add a new job to that client 6.) no easy accounts payable system ( i have to use dropbox for that) 7.) change orders estimate sheet has different settings from the normal estimate sheet. creating double work 8.) P&L is manual entry so if we use it, we have double-entry again. Once in Quickbooks once in JP. 9.) Training is very surface level. I had to learn most of it on my own and then train my staff.

So far things have been very good. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] is usually pretty good about responding quickly. This program overall has made my life in the office much simpler.

Pros

Being able to quickly generate an estimate to a proposal is very helpful in our office. I like the act that the photos are easily accessible. Our customers RAVE about the customer webpage and how easy it is to sign the documents and it makes my life SO much easier to see who has accepted and who has not. The scheduling is very simple and convenient for myself in the office and for the tech in the field. They can easily see their schedules and know where they need to be. Being able send the invoices and to add the payments to the financials page and they go directly to QBO is probably my favorite feature of this program.

Cons

I wish i was able to search jobs by the invoice number, the way our company is set up it would make things much simpler. We have been asking to get a scope form created that we can generate directly to an invoice like what you have for the roofers who use the program.

Pros

I love the features, when they work accurately. Very user friendly for the field. The staff is very friendly. They try and help where they can.

Cons

The reporting is not accurate and I have sent in several emails calls complaints etc. with no responses on the status. Some things get fixed and I am always told they are "working on it" but i have been complaining about the reporting hiccups since we started a little over 2 years ago. Another down fall is some times they cant even tell you how to pull certain repots to get information you want. The staff should 100% know their product. I pay in full and have never been discounted/compensated with all the issues we've had. They need to work on better follow ups and updating customers regarding issues.

### "JP needs some upgrades "

December 8, 2020

3.0

It has been fine, not excellent. We have had major issues with the email portion and have spoken to support about it way too many times

Pros

It was the best on the market at the time we enrolled

Cons

It has so many flaws -the email load chain is obnoxious, emails get lost or never received, there are too many steps to do simple tasks, the custom contracts are not readable to the finance portion, estimates can not be converted to contracts, the calendar has never synced properly, it’s hard to access closed jobs if archived, pictures take forever to load through the app, there are too many options on the system that don’t pertain to our industry (pool business)

### "NO Customer Support/ Service"

September 16, 2021

1.0

My overall experience with JobProgress as been very poor. They do not show that they care very much for their users as they are pushing UI updates to make the system look differently but are not actioning any of the issues reported. And if they do fix the issues reported they are not letting the users know that its been fixed. There have been several times I have pointed out changes/ updates in the system that my contact within JobProgress had no idea were out there for the end users.

Pros

At this time, nothing. There is very little that I can trust when using the system.

Cons

The calendar says it has a 2 way sync with Google but its been broken for as long as I have used the system (over a year), the reporting functions within the system are very poor and half the time when you set filters for the reports (the same filters) you get different information, the activity feed does not capture everything that happens on a job/ with a customer and its leave the user questioning how certain things on a file were done/ by whom. There are several other items but these are just a few.

### "New to the industry, new to JP"

December 3, 2020

5.0

I'm very pleased with the software, as never having experience with competitive software in the past. I have a lot of corporate experience and this was a seamless transition for me.

Pros

I'm new to the industry, less than 6 months ago. I was introduced to JP my first day on the job and I have loved using the software. I love that it has the templates available so that you don't have to re-write the same email over and over again when you onboard a new customer. Moving customers through the stages is very helpful from a sales perspective.

Cons

Sometimes, I find the document management a bit clunky, especially on mobile. I find myself having to spend extra time searching for how to access documents for a customer on mobile whereas I don't have to do that on the desktop version. I also want to be able to set an appointment directly from a customer's profile with that customer, but you have to go to the calendar feature first and then add the meeting that way. It would be way more functional to have the ability to schedule directly while in the customer screen.
