### "Awesome Product with Room for Improvement"

Pros

I tried multiple competitors' software, and none offered the ability to create a custom template for job photos. Additionally, all integrated with Quick Books Online, but not QB Desktop. JP does both.

Cons

The form template builder is a little clunky and not very user friendly. No way to link or capture video. Delay in fixing Google integration. Only QB Online CC payments. Delay fixing GreenSky integration.

Pros

There are many features that I like about this software. The first feature that I think is really effective is that you can customize it to meet you needs. After customizing the software everything is self explanatory. You can look at it and know how to maneuver it. The calendar is also a very important feature because we schedule appointments and are able to keep track about everyone's tasks, locations, and dates. The third and last feature that I like about the software is that you are able to get an advance search on categories on the workcenter tab. I believe that the software is a very resourceful tool for our company.

Cons

At this time there is nothing that I don't like about the software when I'm using it from a desktop, but I do feel that there is some glitches and or issues on the mobile app. The view on the calendar in the mobile app is not very friendly. I've had difficulties to add/delete appointments. Another issues that I have is the uploading of pics, this process is very slow and it takes for ever to complete. The screens have to be on always if not it will pause and or make me restart the process, I cannot take any calls nor make any calls.

We experienced great customer service with Job Progress. If we have a concern or problem we can get help or advice from customer service. We have a great relationship with our support tech. Job Progress is definitely the next step to take when growing a successful business.

Pros

We love this software for so many reasons. It keeps our projects organized with contact information, photos and the current stage of production the job is in. It is easy to use and a huge time saver when getting quotes out to customers and billing. Job Progress allows improved and quality communication in all areas, with office staff, men on the field, subcontractors, delivery vendors and customers.

Cons

Editing photos in Job Progress would be beneficial to our company because we use the photos in marketing.

Good, need to dial it in more.

Pros

I like the ability to save documents (contracts and c/o's) for accounting. Job stage. Love the tasks! This is how the field communicates with accounting to bill the job.

Cons

I don't like how the C/O 's work in the financial part. Maybe I just need more training. I'd like to be able to invoice and select the c/o to be added to the orginal bid.

It was reviewed by Production, Sales and accounting. I am from accounting and like the stages, tasks and financial was quite user friendly.

I have been with JP for years at least 4 now. They are always there to help and train on new features. Feedback is heard and acted upon. Never have I bud such response from an \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\]

Pros

It is constantly being updated and beneficial features added. Amazing support 24/7

Cons

Some may feel there is too much versatility. This is not truly a con simply the only negative thing I mention.

Wish there was a library of tutorials for each feature in financials. I really like the features, the look and organization of the options. However, it does seem like some of the features are redundant.

Pros

User friendly, easy to learn. Displays 99% of information on first page of customer profile.

Cons

Cumulative invoice does not display each payment properly. Build dates are not on first page of customer profile. Not sure how to use the refund feature in financials

Absolutely love and appreciate the Customer Service end! Well done and do please continue to keep focus on this very important aspect. Customer is not always right, we all know this. Your Team does very well to keep calm without stating an obvious 'user error' operation. They have clearly worked with me to get to the challenge/task at hand.

Pros

\- Ease of estimating and sending proposals - Templates - Photos in customer file - Continued growth of product...

Cons

\- No notification when JP is working on software in background; this affects speed and functionality of program. - No notification of known issues that JP is aware of that may affect certain areas of program. Basically, be a bit more human with communications. You have a great software program!

Reason for choosing Leap

I understand my predecessor intensely investigated JobProgress as well as other programs. Having your program in the stages of partnering with QuickBooks Online was instrumental in our choice.

JobProgress allows me to be mobile with my customers in a way that I can access their estimates/ contact info to be able to communicate efficiently.

Pros

In the water well drilling industry, I am always referring back to my estimate before the job. The mobile app makes it easy to find an estimate. Also being able to look up a customers contact info thru the app has huge benefits when your out in the field and need to speak with the owner.

Cons

I’ve only used JobProgress since February. There is so much more that I can be using, I just need time to speak with a customer service rep and see what I can use to improve my experience.

My overall experience has been great! It is easy to look up what is going on with a job when a customer calls. I just wish I had time (or permission from work) to join some of your webinars to learn about all the features you offer.

Pros

I have found Job Progress very easy to navigate. I wish I had more training in it because I know that there is many features I do not utilize. I am in accounting but we don't use any accounting features. I like how easy the program is to use and especially being able to upload documents and pictures so easily. Also, the production calendar is a favorite for me

Cons

The one thing I have ran into is the inability to delete jobs. If there is duplicate jobs created, it just causes a big mess

Excellent program. The team use it which everyone knows is the problem

Pros

The integration was very easy. They helped with setup which was much different then any other program we have used. The ease with which you can email for digital signatures has been a god send during the pandemic.

Cons

I wish the accounting features worked. It doubles everything up.

Not so much about the software but no one from JP has ever followed up with me to see if I feel like I'm optimizing the software. Tons of questions, don't have time to call hotline, find out who to speak to and how to optimize. Be nice if

The largest gain from JP is the efficiency to keep the office and workers on the job site better

Pros

Joe Progress has allowed my company to keep everyone on board, connected and improved efficiency Our number doubled in the first year

Cons

I like the process that when you in to a client info. you have to back out so many pages. It seems a little clunky. According to my office there still seems to be issues with connecting to QBO.

Reason for choosing Leap

It appears to be a complete package. I currently do not have any reason to search for anything else. I am one of those that says "If it's not broken, don't fix it" So unless JP becomes a problem I will continue to use JP

Really dont experience issues, once in a while it seems there are access issues in the field as well as the office, but usually restart and we are all good again.

Pros

Multi user, realtime, office and field access. Ability to upload and view all documents, photos, material list and work orders anytime.

Cons

The ability to edit format is not avialable, once something is set up you dont have opportuities to edit, availabity to set up pricing and documents without having to pay the fee to have them available in the system.

Our sales staff is much better organized as a result of using JP

Pros

Nice homepage layout showing the progression of our construction jobs. It makes it easy to quickly identify what needs to be done to move things along.

Cons

I would like to see an area on the Jobs List where we can see if someone has viewed our proposal. Currently, we have to go into the Forms/Proposal tab to see if its been viewed. This would make it much quicker for our staff to navigate through a large number of proposals on one page.

JP is indispensable, but doesn't always work very well. It just needs to run better and be less buggy.

Pros

It has lot of useful features that make it very easy to manage jobs and clients. It keeps all info in a one stop shop.

Cons

\- Can only upload 30 photos at a time and photo upload stops working when I turn off my phone screen or change apps (no background upload) Galaxy S10 - Cannot multiselect documents/photos on mobile -lots of bugs

Easy to keep up with everything. Makes my day to day much easier.

Pros

Job Progress makes it so easy to keep up with every aspect of production. Proposal templates, estimating tools, measurements, photos, and customer information all in one place.

Cons

It is too easy too lose your work when creating a proposal/work order/ material list etc. I would like to see it auto save every so often. I would also like to be able to view any job/customer that I was tagged to

You can integrate job progress with your schedule so that you will never miss an estimate again and if you are in the road again you can get all of your leads and information in real time.

Cons

To change jobs from step to step can be burdensome and some do not apply. I wish you could customize the process to fit your needs.

Pros

You can see your projects from start to finish You can adjust what everyone sees in their different roles The flags are great and help keep things organized

Cons

There is too much loading time. You can not add someone to a conversation later, if you want to include another member you have to start an entirely new message thread The new calendar takes even longer to load since the new update If there is any added stage it does not apply to the previously entered jobs, if you want them to have all the current stages you have to go and re-enter and then delete all of the duplicated I wish there were more color coding options so that you could customize it to suit your business

Pros

Lots to like about JP. Workflow functionality / customization is fantastic.

Cons

Mobile app is okay, but not as intuitive as it could, but the development team certainly seems to be updating and improving. The customization of financial reporting on jobs should be locked in the backend, while being customizable, so that reporting of totals spent on any particular line item sub-category can be tracked better.

Over all experience has been really good. The team at JP 95% of the time have been extremely helpful and quick to respond and address any issues.

Pros

\-It improves communication with customers and other team members-easier and more consistent -It helps with scheduling and keeping track of jobs/customers -Improves billing, and keeping track of outstanding accounts -Makes it easier to keep track of what crew completed what project and the amount of time it took -Helps keep things well organized- accessible from the office or on the road.

Cons

\-Its not cheap (but the value does outweigh the cost) -When you send the customer a estimate through JP it ends up in the junk folder(not all the time but customers do tend to "not receive" the quote due to this. -It doesnt show that a customer has received or read the emails sent through the software.
