We looked at a number of options and chose JP as it had the most features for our use. Good experience onboarding, though it took much longer than we would have liked.

Pros

Ability to create forms to use on mobile devices in the field.

Cons

Cost to build custom forms. Having to go to settings to add referral sources instead of when entering the new lead.l

Pros

I am a first time user to this kind of software( I am old school). My sales manager had used a similar product before, so I weighted heavily on his opinion. He was the one that convince me to operate like it's 2020 not 2000. I am truly impressed how easy it is to learn, and operate.

Cons

There has been some glitches, like the spacing on the signature via e-mails going to customers, but as I work with my account specialist they have been address and from my understanding they are going to be fixed.

I think we need more info to learn but otherwise so far it has been good for everyone to enter their info (of course we would like them to enter things more often and more information)

JobProgess has changed how we track jobs and organize customer information and contracts. We are able to input customers at the first call and carry them through to job completion, with creating/tracking appointments, ordering measurement reports, taking notes, creating and signing contracts, and more. Gone are the days of handwritten contracts and leads that get written down and forgotten about. JobProgess has been a lifesaver in our overall organization.

Pros

Easy to use and customize, keeps everything in one place, workflow to track job status, custom contracts that can be emailed and signed electronically, integration with Eagleview, track notes, keep all employee calendars in one place

Cons

I am not able to email documents to Comcast customers

Ease of use, time saver

Pros

Colorful, Ease of emailing from the record, Google maps address auto populate, job workflow makes it easy to recognize where we are with a job, easy to upload files.

Cons

Calendar does not refresh automatically, Screens do not communicate with each other, Messaging has changed and if you are not in thread you cannot comment, looks like there are no messages there by just quickly looking at it (recently changed). Would like an option for available appointment only screen (able to customize), Previous customer search pulling from our old program (Service Ceo) does not work all the time. Would like to be able to change job description from the appointment screen.

Pros

The software is very user friendly. In the construction industry this is a must..... customer service. I had an issue on a Sunday. I got in touch with my job progress rep and it was solved immediately! Can't ask for more than that.

Cons

Maybe the proposal creation could be smoothed out a little better .... Sort of glitchy. Although you do have the option for custom made proposals

Pros

Tracking and accountability of the team and follow up with the customer

Cons

Dose not work the way they said it would and we got charged additional money for an adjustment I am not happy

This product is so easy to use and has so many different options it's unbelievable.

ORGANIZATION!

Pros

compared with others we have used in the past, much simpler to navigate . Very easy to train new members of our staff, sales. Can view from anywhere the status of a job or lead.

Cons

WE had previously been using a different software. The other software was called Dataforma. We had joined Job Progress because Dataforma seems to have to many manual functions input to navigate a lead or job from start to finish. Job Progress when we first joined did not. Today there seem to be more needed manual clicks and the repetitive naming of estimate and proposals seems to be more common now than in the beginning when A-Top first joined.

Estimating, contract generation, reporting, and project management.

Pros

JobProgress is a complete suite of crucial tools for the home or small project contractor. It's cloud hosted, and offers a very slick app to access from mobile devices. The standout to me is comparison to similar products is the ease of estimating job costs. From material to man-hour costs, JobProgress streamlines putting together a professional looking report that can be used to directly submit to the project owner. This can then be automatically translated into a proposal and subsequent contract. Having everything in one easy to access place is incredibly useful for a modern construction job.

Cons

I didn't encounter anything that I disliked about JobProgress. I only used the free trail so far, because we don't do enough small jobs to warrant using this software fully. I do recommend it to residential contractors and small shops though.

So far everything has been great overall.

Pros

I like that the software can for the most part be customized to our business and the way we operate. I also like that you take recommendations or comments from users and look into solutions.

Cons

We haven't gotten that far yet. There were a couple of things asked during training that are not in place yet so it's possible they may be for future.

Job Progress offers more features that Acculynx does not and doesn't charge for "added" features that should come along with the membership like Acculynx does. We were sold on things they said would be upcoming but now are saying these are additional fees if we want them. We do not like these sell tactics.

Pros

I started using this software at the beginning of the year and I found it amazing how quickly I picked it up. The best part to me is the ability to keep customers in the loop. Sharing documents and photos goes a long way to helping a customer feel informed.

Cons

There isn't anything that comes to mind to change with the software, but I'm sure the team at Job Progress, as they always do, will find a way to improve upon what they have or to find new features to include.

Keeps all jobs organized i can monitor progress on all crews allows me to keep my supervisor in the loop even when im not in the office. allows me to keep notes on all the sub contractors also.

Pros

The thing impresses me the most the customization the product. During the on-boarding process we were asked what we do from the phone ringing to followup. We didn't have to fit to the program, it was customized literally to our process.

Cons

Being some of personnel is in field and doing sales, a box to click to place an appointment in both calendars.
