Comments: SPENT ON THIS SYSTEM AND IT'S PROVEN TO BE ABOUT 25% USEFUL. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND JUST GO WITH A SIMPLE SQUARE SYSTEM FOR A COUPLE THOUSAND DOLLARS.
Pros: SCANNING RETAIL ITEMS IS GOOD. ITEM LOOKUP IS GOOD. SENDS ORDERS TO THE KITCHEN CORRECTLY (BUT USER SCREEN IS CUMBERSOME).
Cons: BACK OFFICE FUNCTIONALITY IS HORRIBLE. CREATES WORK FOR 2 PEOPLE INSTEAD OF IMPROVING PRODUCTIVITY FOR ONE PERSON. INVENTORY MGMT IS A NIGHTMARE. UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO PAY 2 FULL TIME PEOPLE TO KEEP UP WITH BACK OFFICE AND DO A PHYSICAL COUNT WEEKLY, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY BENEFIT FROM THIS PROGRAM. REPORTING FEATURES ARE HORRIBLE. YOU CAN NOT CUSTOMIZE REPORTING INFORMATION AT ALL. THE UPC PRINTER PROGRAM THEY OFFER IN NOT RETAIL FRIENDLY UNLESS YOU HAVE LARGE ITEMS TO PUT THEM ON.

Pros: The program itself is incredibly easy to navigate. Editing, building menus and scheduling platforms, payments and service functions were excellent.
Cons: They still have no plans to put in a chip card reader and there was a major breech within our business area. When we tried to work through it with them, they ignored all of our communications.
