Pros: Anonymity: People are often afraid to speak up in work places for fear of how it may affect their work relationships or careers. Compini allows employees to bring up ideas, concerns, or comments without the fear of it blowing back on their careers. Employers get a chance to learn about issues in their company and address them without having to single out any one employee.

Cons: Obviously, with anonymity, people talk about things that are trivial by having moderators guiding conversations they can help keep things on topic.

Pros: I've worked hard to build an amazing culture in my business with great employees. Compini has helped me realize that there are always areas to work on and situations happening behind the scenes that even the most involved of my managers were not aware of. This platform has given my managers and employees a place to openly discuss the good and the needing-to-improve aspects of my business without worry that their job would be in jeopardy for speaking out. The customer support has been quick and helpful as well.

Cons: Platform is very powerful, there are a lot of data points and analytics but I'd like to see more cooler looking charts and data structures. I'm picky with that stuff, but in all honesty the information is all there and easily accessible.

Overall: It is a completely new way for myself, my managers, and my employees to interact and openly discuss topics and situations that are typically left unheard. I manage my company by the mindset that I cannot fix what I don't know is wrong. I would prefer that all my employees and managers be open and upfront with anything they see lacking or needing improvement in any aspect of the business, but it is a common feeling that true, open honesty can be threatening to someone's job. While I have done my best to show my employees that this is not the case, Compini has confirmed that some people just prefer to keep things to themselves. With the ability to post anonymously, this platform has greatly helped and my managers and myself maintain a consistent and honest culture throughout the company. Great work guys!
