Pros Everything from product upload to order management, customer support and accounting is extremely easy to use on Mirakl. Compared to other marketplace Mirakl is amazing. Navigation is easy and minimal, no unnecessary documents in accounting. It's very easy to track customer queries. Cons Sometimes we had issues with single sign on but recently it's been working better. Even with that issue, Mirakl is outstanding.
