Pros It allows creating endless number of automation based on the customers' behavior and to put a big part of your marketing effort on autopilot. Pros the software is very friendly to use and gives me more tools for dynamic marketing then I had before, at least in a more easy way for me to do. I also have to admit that their customer service was always there since the setup and all the way up. The ability to structure in a very simple way a multiplies automation for email marketing/pop-ups/ SMS, As well as create and design easily with its friendly software made me fell in love with it. Cons I had some technical issues of tracking UTM but it was solved after i contacted customer service. Review Source Shai E. Unfortunately, even after clearly explaining that critical things simply don’t work — and still don’t — they refused to release me as a customer. Their system damaged my existing performance, which was working perfectly before. I’m extremely disappointed and just want to return to a platform that actually works properly. They are great at selling the system, but beyond that, there’s a huge gap in performance. Sadly, I feel like I was misled. Pros The fact that the team is Israeli. thats the best for me so far about Flashy hope that i will be able to get back to the results i had befor getting Flashy Cons They are excellent salespeople, but when it comes to actually working with the system, there is a huge gap in performance. For example, to this day, I am unable to send SMS through the platform, along with many other issues — things that are supposed to be simple and basic. Additionally, I tried to terminate my contract due to being a dissatisfied customer who is currently suffering significant damage to my business because of critical features that don’t work. However, they refuse to release me from the Alternatives considered [Klaviyo](https://www.capterra.com/p/156699/Klaviyo/) Reason for choosing Flashy A big mistake choosing them over a much better system. I regret giving them a chance — the gap between what was promised and what was delivered is huge. Switched from [Remarkety](https://www.capterra.com/p/173484/Remarkety/) Flashy sold me dreams that simply don’t match reality. I'm still learning the business, so I'm not quite sophisticated yet. Nevertheless the features seem to be quite powerful, and I'm excited about revealing more with this software daily. Pros Super easy to use, clean and intuitive interface, great pricing :) The developers are very responsive, and tend to problems immediately. I like the free plan that lets you test the system before you actually commit. For me it's a 10/10 :) Cons Can be a bit buggy, but no show stoppers. I can leave with that.
