It is a very powerful tool for eCommerce teams with low or high maturity, although it requires some adaptation to get the most out of it. Once well configured, it becomes a key pillar for an omnichannel strategy, automating repetitive tasks. 10/10 Pros Lengow stands out for its ability to centralize and automate product feed management across many channels, such as marketplaces, price comparison sites, and affiliate platforms. Its flexibility in creating rules and optimizing feeds is especially strong, making it possible to adapt complex catalogs to the requirements of each channel. I also value its integration with many platforms and the possibility to scale internationally from a single environment. Cons Error management and debugging could be more clearer, as sometimes it is hard to quickly identify the source of problems in the feeds or in the synchronization with channels. Lors de la mise en place, nous avons rencontré quelques défis liés à l’intégration de notre PrestaShop avec le module Lengow, ce qui a retardé le démarrage. Cependant, l’équipe de Lengow a rapidement pris en charge la situation et a travaillé activement pour résoudre le problème en trouvant des solutions adaptées. Lengow est une solution précieuse lorsqu’on s’investit sur les marketplaces, et elle est facile à utiliser. Nous sommes globalement très satisfaits de Lengow et la recommandons aux entreprises souhaitant se développer sur les marketplaces. Cons Pas grand chose à dire de négatif, puisque que toutes les problématiques ont été traitées, l'application offre une grande diversité d'utilisation. Pros I like the number of products that Lengow can manage and be able to distribute them on multiple channels Cons Parfois un peu technique mais le support est là pour faciliter les déploiements.
