Pros offers great information regarding the prices of the products you have in your store. netRivals It is a very important tool if you do not want to be out of step with the market and have a competitive price to attract customers. Something very interesting is that you can define the rules that best suit your market and your profit margin. If your competitors have the same product at X price, you can implement netRivals to update your prices a % above or below your competition and thus devise better strategies. Zalando hat nur zum go Live funktioniert. Wir haben aktuell seit sechs Wochen technische Probleme ohne eine Lösung. Wir arbeiten mit der Integration der Shopify App. Hier können wir nur abraten. Bei Otto ist es so, dass die Fehler im Daten Feed nicht vollständig sind. Man kann die Fehler in den tausenden von Einstellungen selbst suchen. Yo me siento estafado y aunque hace 3 meses que pedí la baja unilateralmente, ya que no hemos usado el servicio en ningún momento, ellos se niegan a rescindir el contrato y siguen enviando facturas. Really remarkable! Pros One of our greatest concerns is increasing our catalog of products in order to keep offering our customers a wider assortment. This involves releasing more than 10,000 products in 25 markets on a weekly basis, which means that we have to deal with 250,000 new prices every week. To do so, we mainly worked with a system of pricing by categories, in which improving accuracy in terms of pricing was, to be honest, quite complicated and we lost so many opportunities to gain a bigger margin. With netRivals we have managed to get a higher percentage from all our catalog, connected to the prices of our competitors in all the markets. Something which helps us set a far more accurate pricing strategy. We have been able to get rid of lots of Excel files with prices along with the manual procedure. Therefore, we have gained time to be spent on strategy, analysis on market movements, as well as on the decision-making process. Now we can accurately tell in which products we are the cheapest and strongly invest in them, given the fact that conversions significantly increase at better prices. Pros UI et UX moderne, beaucoup de possibilités de combiner des sources d'informations diverses (PIM, OMS, GA, Excel / CSV, ...) et de les enrichir, beaucoup de moyens de paramétrer les flux sortants et d'optimisations en fonction de leur destination, que ce soit pour la diffusion de catalogue sur un support marketing ou d'une place de marché. Possibilité d'utilisation de l'API pour gérer les flux de commandes des places de marché. De nombres diffuseurs sont disponibles, quelques grands noms surtout, et l'offre s'enrichit régulièrement. Le pricing est prévisible, car il ne dépend pas du CA ni d'autres paramètres variables. C'est une donnée essentielle, tout comme la facilité d'utilisation qui me ferait toujours préférer Lengow à d'autres concurrents. Cons Lengow était à l'origine un outil d'optimisation de flux et ceci est très clairement sa force. L'ajout de places de marché fonctionne très bien, mais Lengow ne fait que transmettre les informations. Il faut un OMS ou ERP, branché via l'API pour gérer les commandes. Selon la secteur et pays dans lequel on souhaite diffuser, l'offres de diffuseurs ou places de marchés peut-être restreinte. Leader incontestable en France, à l'international il peut manquer des diffuseurs verticaux.
