Customer service is extremely helpful for this reason, because the reps have a stronger sense of your needs for the system. Pros Dragon is an easy to use and teachable point of sale system for laundry/ dry cleaning services. I used it for awhile at my old job, and me and my associates apperciated that the program is web based, because this made the program run faster and saved room on the store's computer system. During sales, it was so simple to apply discounts and customize receipts for customers, and this overall helped improve relationships with customers. Lastly, when we upgraded to a touch screen computer, DragonPOS was already comptaible! Cons The web based software has one major shortcoming, it relies on internet connection. Sometimes, there are issues with connecting online for a variety of reasons, and this could cause major issues for bussinesses who rely on the software to make sales every day.
