I love the patient check in feature! **Pros:** We have tried many EHRs and ZHealth delivers the most features. We love the customization process. The software flows with our protocols for exams and treatments. **Cons:** Not coat efficient for scaling my business. We are growing into multiple docs and locations and the costs could be better for our scenario. Other softwares are more friendly in this way. We are a cash membership practice that works on a walk-in basis. We mainly wanted a quick, easy SOAP note and simple patient accounting. While it probably can do this, there were other specific needs we were told the software could handle that we later found out it cannot. The worst thing though was customer service. Initial training went well but as soon as we started questioning how to do certain things and the trainers telling us we can't do that and they weren't sure why sales told us they could, it became harder and harder to get answers. Not very responsive and somewhat deceptive, just to make a sale. **Pros:** Potential for voice dictation in SOAP notes looked to be promising. **Cons:** Didn't do exactly what we needed, but we were told it would.
