The support staff and his team are extremely helpful and ALWAYS answers questions immediately and helps with data and info. He helps me run reports when I need them and also advises when updates are being done tot he system regularly. is a software that is up to date and the team is continuously making strides to make the program even more efficient.

Pros

Ease of use with the patient tabs and info, etc. can add in. It’s whenever necessary easily. Patient info is easily accessible.

Cons

Sometimes the information doesn’t get saved. But it could be our lack of being computer savvy.

Causing more problems requires me to keep paper notes, paper ledger, and separate scheduling and payment methods. The breaking point was tonight when the site was down because they didn’t renew the SSL certification. How? They get 30/60/90 day reminders. And when i asked they just respond rudely.

Pros

The initial setup and records setup was promising.

Cons

The system is slow and often down. If have issues have to email support. They run long queries during business hours making it virtually impossible to use. I now have to use a separate schedule because its down or not working more often than not. The bank for processing payments is piss poor so we can’t even use it. There is no patient ledger- only way is to go to each DOS to see where to add payment etc. The system is slow and customer service is awful.

friends recommended it yet they all left after first year- this is our 3rd year and im so sorry i signed up. They said id be able to read data and site if we canceled account but now say i have 60 days from termination to get notes- have to do each patient separately and manually- and cant access all the demographics or insurance filing information is lost.

Our check in/check out process + appointment booking is fast and efficient. I've been most impressed by the customer service we have received from the team!

Pros

Integrating into our Sports Chiropractic facility was a breeze! We had a few demo calls with zHealth prior to implementation and we were impressed by the layout, online booking capabilities and billing functions. Since switching to zHealth, they have released their POS system and consistently update their software. Billing through zHealth is easy and straightforward, it has saved our billing department a lot of time and energy. We enjoy the fact that patients/clients can book with multiple providers in the office and can either do so with our front desk or online. zHealth also offers automatic appointment reminders, virtual intake forms and patient communication options.

Cons

There are a few features that our office would love to see... in depth CRM (client relations management) data and patient reporting + additional customizable options for SOAP notes.

### "Great tool to use in our office"

Pros

When we came on board with a little over a year ago we had zoom meetings with our customer success specialist. I was given his cell phone number so I always have had a direct contact with ZHealth instead of being sent into some call center queue. When the representative we had took another job he gave his the name and phone number of our new rep. I would say there are 2 parts of the software I really like 1 is the reports feature, my chiropractic assistant does the billing for our office and she also tracks how many patient visits we have had each month. We have been doing this for 4 years and this software makes it very easy for her to access those numbers. The second feature that I really like is that my patients can be on their lunch break and schedule a same day appointment for later that day.

Cons

When I use the last visit report and put a date range in it will give me every visit that patient had during that range. I would like this to be a true last visit so I can tell when someone has not been to my office for an extended period of time, so that I can reach out to them.

Terrible experience. Trying to switch to this product was a disaster and they don't care. I would never recommend this company. In my 23 years in practice I have been primarily with two companies prior to trying . Timely support was lacking with Zhealth. They seem to be short staffed as they can't get anything done in a reasonable time frame, and because you can't customize yourself, you are sunk. Customizations were promised but non-existent. Once they get your money they neglect your needs as a client, because you have pre-paid and stuck in a contract.Read the other bad reviews. From my experience I believe they are accurate. I would not do business with this company. They did not care about me as a client.One time during a demo , on a shared screen I saw the salesman log into another client Doctors office without his knowledge. I asked about this, and how if I signed up with Zhealth that they would not access my site without my knowledge or consent each time they entered my site. Seeing this made me uneasy about office and patient privacy and confidentiality.After being with this company for 8-9 weeks I did not feel I could rely on them or trust them long term as I could not believe how poorly they supported their clients.

Pros

Nothing. They promise to fully customize the software SOAP notes and the patient digital intake was the enticing sales pitch. Then after you sign the contract and pay for a year up front you find out they don't really care if you are ever able to launch the software for your office, or get your customizations done in a timely manner. You end up paying for software that you can not use.

Cons

Do not sign the contract with this company.You can not customize this software yourself. You are fully dependent on the development team whom you can not contact directly. You have to go through support which involves opening a ticket. Then they tell you everything is on hold and they don't seem to have enough staff to get your work done. Customization's can take up to or possibly beyond six months to complete. The stock templates are terrible.If you leave after a period of time you have no long term access to your previous patient notes and records in the system unless you agree to pay them $40 per month forever to access those records.

It was going to be slower and less efficient than what I am currently using.Eclipse is a far better software. The company stands behind their product. Live support is always available, and the company has always been fair, ethical and timely in their treatment of me as a client. I am glad I did not cancel my Eclipse service prior to trying to transition to ZHealth.

If we have an issue I or my staff can create a ticket for service and it is usually addressed same day.

Pros

Our main initial driver was getting a software that allowed online scheduling. We chose for that and I like that I can complete my notes from anywhere and that I can see my schedule from my phone. Our biller can work remotely, so that helped me keep my biller who has worked for us for almost 20 years.

Cons

Switching softwares is never easy, but it was worth it to get rid of our previous server-based software. I realized there was no way forward for our previous software. I wanted a company who would keep up with technology modernization and has been consistently adding new options over the past 2 years.

### "Streamlined and easy to use software, great for solo practice and accessible anywhere"

Since I'm a solo practitioner I needed an EHR software that would be able to handle much of the tasks that would normally require a front desk office staff member, such as patient scheduling and office check-in procedures. It's been very helpful that patients can schedule themselves online, through a link on my website, and can check themselves in as well once they arrive at my office. It's also been great to be able to log into the software from anywhere, using a tablet or even my phone, to check my patient schedule etc. whenever I need to be out of the office during office hours. I would say overall one of the best things about the software for me has been the ability to use it from anywhere and from any device and that doing so is relatively smooth. Since the software is straightforward and streamlined and doesn't have too much bloated and unnecessary features, it runs quite fast and you wouldn't even know that it was on online web-based system due to how quickly the pages load, as long as you have a decent internet connection.

Pros

The software is quite intuitive and easy to use if you have a decent grasp of general computing and how to navigate menus. In fact there was no training included at all when I first began using the system, because it isn't really needed as long as you are a little computer-savvy. The software has built-in patient online self scheduling which automatically populates and syncs with the patient schedule on my end, as well as the option to have the patient self check-in on a tablet when they arrive at my office, both very useful features since I'm a solo practitioner. I also like the ability to check my patient schedule from anywhere using my phone, since the system is web-based and syncs across all the devices I use to access it, whether I'm at the office, at home, or out and about. There are a good amount of options, clickable boxes, and pulldown menus to help streamline the note-taking process. The SOAP note sections by default have clickable fields that cover most of the musculoskeletal type issues that a patient may be experiencing as well as text boxes to type your own detailed notes as needed. I have not yet made use of the dictation feature so I cannot speak to how accurate that is. You also have the option to copy forward sections of a previous note into a new note, as applicable and warranted, and create custom templates for routinely used sections. Also the customer support has been quite helpful and quick to act whenever I did have issues with the software.

Cons

Some features are not easily customizable on the fly but may possibly be updated per your needs by contacting the support team and requesting changes be made. There were also initially some bugs and glitches in the software when I first began using it, but many of these have been addressed through updates and contacting the support staff, who have generally been quite responsive and helpful.

Based on my understanding at the time I was reviewing all these software products, ChiroTouch seemed like it was somewhat more convoluted than I needed, more expensive, and not cloud based so I would only be able to access the software from my office. Jane App would have been a good option for my needs but it didn't have a patient self check-in feature as far as I could tell.

Over all we have little to none complaints about the software. Once we were comfortable using this platform we have saved a lot of time for our everyday task work.

Pros

To begin the software is very user friendly and has a great interface. The favorite feature from our office is the era payments for the patients DOS. It saves our office a ton of time inputing payments in ourselves. Importing all of our patient demographics was a breeze on our team. Once I was able to send the customer service team our CSV file it was uploaded in the new software within 48hrs.

Cons

One thing thing we can improve about this software would be the ability to consolidate the amount of files when combining the notes. We are mainly a personal injury practice and when sending between 20-25 visits to attorneys the amount of pages it takes to summarize a visit can sometimes be too big of a file to email.

Pros

I like that it is fairly easy to use. Our customer support specialist is great and always gets back to me the same day. I know the doctor's favorite feature is that patients can book appointments online and even the same day.

Cons

The software has little glitches sometimes like when we are changing an appointment time if it does not do its little flash before I move the appointment. It will keep it the same as it was or move it to a different time the same day as the original appointment depending on what I was trying to do.

Z Health was willing to listen and work with what was needed for my particular office. They can customize the program to each offices needs. There were some glitches when they first started, however Z Health was very professional to work with on the corrections.

Pros

I can dictate on this software, and it is very easy and simple to use. You don't have to go through dozens of screens to get to the final results. I also enter all of the charges while I am doing the soap and print out the HCFA at the same time. Everything is billed out the same day.

Cons

I would like to be able to list more chief complaints given by the patient. Six is not enough for an auto practice. I would like to see more detailed aging report.

Overall, I would recommend to providers looking for an overall easy to use program. It has all necessary functions, without a lot of added bells and whistles. Great price for the features.

Pros

Ease of use and setup. Clear, concise billing and patient accounting. Simple to setup for multiple providers. Schedule is simple to read. Love the online patient forms that integrate right into the patient file.

Cons

EOB and claims posting are not as easy as other programs I have used. Also, the reports don't offer a lot of options for narrowing your criteria.

The worst customer service ...

's EHR Customer service has been the worst that I have experienced as a practitioner for over 52 years. The sales team lies to sell you on the product and fails to deliver. The Customer Service Rep/ Manager has no consideration or regard for the client's needs and has been full of excuses. It has been extremely exhausting and challenging to work with Zhealth and the customer service ... For example, they failed to provide acupuncture templates for 6 - 8 months, and we were stuck using chiropractic templates. The billing and scheduling systems have glitches ... customer service team is slow to resolve issues or never addresses them. I encourage you to save your time and money and find a better company to partner with... these guys are a sham and a scam! We recently integrated with Jane EHR and the experience has been wonderful. A much better platform and Jane's customer service is solution oriented with a smile.

### "Could be good"

If I was ONLY cash based this wouldn't be too bad, but I still don't think it's ALL IN ONE, you will have to keep track of things outside of the software, so it's NOT all in one.

Pros

Customer service was decent to get set up, then to help with claims that were getting rejected to iron out the details, check in and check out was great, which is the main reason I signed up with .

Cons

Once I got into it I realized there is no way to track if I have billed a patient their balance, if a claim was sent and when (printed claims- primary or secondary), it was always telling me to send claims when I KNOW I had already sent those, so they either had to get sent 3-4 times to clear the system, or I had to keep paper notes of ones I sent. By the time I quit using I had 5 paper lists of things I had to keep track of. It was so much more work than I previously had which had initially prompted a change. I also hated the statement. It's no joke a page and a half to collect one $10 copay. Super embarrassing and patients don't understand it. Also they won't let you out of your contract after you realize it doesn't work. I paid $300 to start (never got custom notes done because I didn't get that far... which is what they say the $300 is for) and now I am still paying monthly fees and I'm not using it anymore. I even gave them notice to stop billing but they won't stop because of the contract. I wish I had taken the bad reviews more seriously. Use something else.

checking people out without finishing my note portion throws my numbers off, it doesnt allow me to be lazy!

Pros

This is a great company that provides a great product that is constantly evolving for the better. The developers take into consideration your recommendations and it is fairly easy to adopt.

Cons

As with any software company there’s a bit of a learning curve but it is normal with any change. In the beginning it took a long time to enter notes but once I got used to the interface it became quite a time saver.

I have been using this for over 3 years and really enjoy how functional it is. I'm very thankful that I made the switch to using them.

Pros

I love that this software is customizable. My SOAP notes and intake paperwork are specific to my practice which has made charting so much easier and faster.

Cons

I've had difficulty getting secondary insurance billing to process properly.

I am pleased with the speed of EHR and time saving applications. The support team is responsive and helpful.

Pros

No longer do I have writers cramp from writing daily notes. EHR is customized for my practice Integration of clearinghouse helps with efficiency in claim submission and accounts receivable

Software development and changes to template management can be, at times , delayed

Pros

zHeath has been very impactful in my practice. I really thought it was useful to be able to customize my own SOAP notes and intake paperwork. The program is very easy to use. Billing is easy to use as well.

Cons

Sometimes finding the specific reports are difficult. Billing secondary claims are not easy as well.
