Having to flip back and forth at times for different functions; slight delay between.

Horrible

Pros

You have to write a ticket to change anything. Cannot change anything yourself.

Cons

You literally cannot do any customizing yourself or you have to pay.

Thought this would be good but it was not good and they try to make you give them fake five star ratings to let you break contract.

Automation system no other EHR companies offer and user friendly.

Cons

None so far. I would have to use it for few more month to comment on this.
