Pros: it is very simple to use, Initially, complete training sessions were arranged for us to understand the product.
Great Helpdesk team with valuable features and reports available in a click.

Pros: It can track everything that a Field force does be it Marketing visits, meetings, demos, order, pending payments etc.

Cons: I am looking forward to some new features that the team has promised. They are coming up with Survey Management that will add stars to the product
