Everything is manually configured ad-hoc and configurations are not stable. Pros Overal UI concept and architecture has the potential and could be good, if properly implemented. Cons Absolutely not reliable. Constant discovery of hidden, not documented functional and technical rules and behaviors that make the solution not consistent nor reliable for companies and end users. Constant free-style undocumented and non-communicated changes in Production. Even though their sales people keep claiming it and promising agility, Alkemics has no maturity nor structure to handle medium-scale or large-scale implementations.
