I had the opportunity to work with Atlas CRM in a small company in my locality for several months, and I must say that the tool has been very useful for managing contacts and sales, as well as for tracking tasks and events related to our customers. In addition, the experience and help that technical support gave us was first class, concluding that it is a tool that I would recommend to any company looking for a comprehensive customer relationship management solution.

Pros

First of all, it should be noted that this tool is open source, which already makes it very good. In my case, we used the paid version and we loved it, since it has a wide range of functions for better development and communication with clients. , I was also impressed with the priority and speed with which the technical support helped us.

Cons

I have to be honest and admit that I didn't really like the user interface, because I have seen other tools similar to this one and they have much better interfaces.

Reasons for choosing Atlas CRM

I remember we used Atlas CRM because a colleague from another company recommended it to us.
