Over all, I had a really great experience with OrderCup. I will definitely be using the software again.

Pros

I thought that this software was really easy to use and I really liked how I could navigate with ease.

Cons

For me, this software took a little bit of time to load but once it was running, it worked very well.

Good integration with 3dCart (and previously Volusion) to manage shipping.

Pros

Ordercup is a great tool for managing shipping in your ecommerce platform - interface is great and it does a great job of updating orders and notifying customers of tracking numbers. Support is also very responsive and timely.

Cons

I stopped using it because the package (at the time) was forcing me to use Firefox for a browser - would not work properly with Chrome. This may have changed, but I have since moved on to another platform.
