\- Agile and Waterfall in one single software tool. Engineers enter status in just one tool - Integrated Help Desk for supporting our customers - Integrated Issue Management - One timesheet for all tasks regardless of their origin - planned, generic, agile, issues, - Value for money

Cons

The product collects very high resolution data points and provides users with query builder functionality to build own dashboards in addition to the standard ones that come with the product. They take time for development of custom features.

We do project management and capture time sheets as well in Whizible. This software could have been much smarter, flexible to accommodate changes, better reporting tool...

For our company, this system is single source of truth of all the resources, capacity utilization, project management, MIS reportings, leaves and timesheets.

Pros

Whizible is a great one-stop-software for most of the systems, processes requirement for an IT company. The software is easily configurable for incorporating best practices of ISO/CMM or any other quality standards. Company can manage all resources, projects, allocation, timesheets and help desk activities for customer and internal support tickets. The stakeholders can get views of information in dashboard relevant to the information required which can be drilled down to the granular levels.

Cons

The old version was a traditional graphical user interface , but the UI in the subsequent version was enhanced and improved.

Pros

Functionality and customization of this software is the main positive. Integration functionality and workflows customization is good. User Friendly. Easy to track and easy to maintain the audit trails.

Cons

Most of the errors comes, if data not purged. Doesn't support for large users. Customer Support for this application very poor. No suggestions will get from development team or application support team to improve the performance. More manday's(cost) will ask even if for small development in the application.

Whizible has helped us to get all the PM information in one system which as improved over control of projects. Also due to the MIS module and Report builder, Senior Mgmt has faster and deeper visibility on the project execution metrics. Overall a good product and definitely value for money.

Pros

1\. Reasonably priced 2. Good support during configuration, implementation, training and customisation (access to demo site) 3. Timesheet and Projects module are robust – no crashes 4. Helpdesk, invoicing and MIS module are very helpful 5. Report builder and Query builder are the biggest benefits 6. Support from WIZ team in creating reports and SPs is excellent 7. LSS team is very professional and co-operative. 8. Experience during requirements gathering, SRS finalisation, UAT, production release, patches etc gives us a feeling that the organisation follows well defined repeatable processes. 9. SQL database helps for easier integration with other software

Cons

1\. There small bugs, though not critical 2. Quality of English used in caption, email body etc could be better 3. The software developed should definitely meet the functional requirements, but also meet “ease of use/speed of use” from a customer’s view point, I mean lesser number of clicks 4. Billable tasks cannot be filled from mobile screen
