### "Reliable and Easy-to-Use Accessibility Testing Tool"

November 17, 2025

5.0

My overall experience with BrowserStack has been very smooth and efficient. The platform is easy to navigate, the accessibility testing features work reliably, and the reports are clear and well-organized. It helped speed up my testing process and gave me confidence that the product met accessibility standards. Overall, it’s a dependable and user-friendly tool for everyday QA work.

Pros

I really liked how easy the platform is to use and how quickly it identifies accessibility issues. The automated checks are reliable, the reports are well-structured, and the wide browser/device coverage makes testing much faster and more accurate. Overall, it saves a lot of time and adds confidence to the testing process.

Cons

There isn’t much to dislike, but some of the accessibility issue descriptions could be more detailed with clearer guidance on how to fix them. Adding more actionable examples would make the results even more helpful.

### "Reliable tool for quick cross-browser and real device testing"

March 12, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with BrowserStack has been very positive. As a developer, it has made cross-browser and real device testing much easier and faster. I use it regularly to check UI and functionality across different environments, and it helps catch compatibility issues before deployment. It’s been a reliable tool in my development workflow.

Pros

What I like most about BrowserStack is how easy it makes cross-browser testing. As a developer, being able to quickly test my web apps on different browsers and real devices without setting up physical devices saves a lot of time. The interface is simple, sessions start fast, and it’s really helpful for catching UI issues early in development.

Cons

One thing I like least about BrowserStack is that sometimes the sessions can feel a bit slow, especially when connecting to certain devices or browsers. Also, the pricing can be a little high for smaller teams or individual developers, so it might not fit every budget.

### "BrowserStack simplifies cross‑browser testing with powerful device coverage"

March 23, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with BrowserStack has been very positive. The platform is reliable, easy to use, and extremely helpful for validating applications across different browsers and devices. It has streamlined our testing process and reduced dependency on physical devices, allowing teams to focus more on quality and delivery rather than environment setup.

Pros

I really like BrowserStack’s ability to test across multiple real devices and browsers without needing to manage physical hardware. It makes cross‑browser testing significantly easier and faster, especially when validating behavior across different operating systems, screen sizes, and browser versions. This has helped reduce setup time and improved overall testing efficiency.

Cons

Although BrowserStack offers a wide selection of popular devices and browsers, it does not always include older or less common device models. This can make it difficult to test very specific edge cases or legacy device scenarios that some users may still rely on, especially when troubleshooting issues reported by a small subset of users.

### "BrowserStack – Enhancing My Daily Manual Testing Workflow"

November 25, 2025

5.0

BrowserStack has reduced our manual cross-browser testing effort significantly and helped catch environment-specific bugs early. It has improved release quality and boosted confidence before production deployments. Overall, BrowserStack is one of the most valuable tools for manual testing, especially for teams prioritizing UI consistency, compatibility, and real-device coverage. Highly recommend it to QA teams and manual testers looking to improve their test process and efficiency.

Pros

Real device testing: Being able to run tests on actual Android and iOS devices gives me confidence in compatibility and UI rendering. Wide browser & OS coverage: It helps ensure consistent behavior across Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, and legacy browser versions as well. Stable performance: Live sessions run smoothly with minimal lag. Easy debugging: Console logs, network logs, screenshots, and video recordings help in reproducing defects accurately. Simple integration with QA workflow: Works seamlessly with bug reporting tools and documentation processes.

Cons

BrowserStack are occasional low loading times and lag, high cost for smaller teams. Increasese duration for testing.

### "Efficient, Reliable, and Easy-to-Use Cross Browser/Device Testing Platform"

April 2, 2026

5.0

Over the last 4 years, it has saved me a lot of time that I would’ve otherwise spent managing physical devices or setting up complex environments. I also really appreciate how easy it is to get started—there’s almost no learning curve. Whether it’s manual testing, automation with Selenium, or running parallel tests, everything is pretty straightforward to set up. It has significantly simplified cross-browser and real-device testing, saving time and effort. Despite occasional performance issues and higher pricing, its reliability, ease of use, and strong automation support make it an essential tool in my testing workflow.

Pros

What I like most about BrowserStack is how reliable and convenient it is for real device testing. It provides reliable real-device testing with a wide selection of browsers, devices, and OS versions. It’s easy to use with minimal setup, and automation support for Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright works seamlessly. Parallel execution speeds up testing significantly, while session logs, video recordings, and debugging tools make issue tracking and collaboration much more efficient for teams

Cons

BrowserStack can feel expensive, especially for smaller teams, and pricing scales quickly with parallel sessions. Occasionally, real devices lag or disconnect during longer sessions. Debugging network-related issues can be tricky, and session time limits can interrupt workflow.

### "Best tool to adopt for e2e automation"

August 21, 2025

4.0

Overall experience was awesome, curious to participate in the upcoming event. Whatever saw I event it has all learning curve

Pros

I really like the product that BrowserStack has developed for e2e automation, where test cases are generated based on business requirements. Also able to generate test scripts and we can manually update assertions that cover all testing curve, it seems like the developed product is value for money and it has great security.

Cons

I was expecting it should have auto auto-healing capability, have different CI/CD supporting capabilities like with Jenkins and GitHub actions. Also, have a better test management folder structure.

### "Good testing tool for single developer teams. (Could be better with Firefox support)"

March 23, 2026

4.0

Good. I don't think I have encountered big issues. Sometimes the stream performance can be better, but I assume is due to not using Chrome, so that's probably on me.

Pros

It has eliminated the need to search for someone with a different device who is willing to let me borrow it for testing the app. For web projects, it has reduced the frequency of UI issues in production by catching them before going live. It's relatively simple to create a new session and use tools like the developer console to see what's going on.

Cons

Extensions are only compatible with Google Chrome. It makes sense. Chromium is the most popular browser platform. However, I would prefer support for other browsers, such as Firefox, so that I can utilize all of the features.

### "Promising, but the UI Feels Overcomplicated"

April 7, 2026

4.0

Overall experience with BrowserStack is really good. Our QA team heavily uses it to automate testing processes. Moreover, as mentioned, AI agents and the wide range of testing coverage present in BrowserStack are really helpful. Customer support is also really good, with very little turnaround time.

Pros

What I like most is the AI agents and the wide range of testing coverage. Customer support is also really good, with very little turnaround time. I use BrowserStack almost every single day.

Cons

The overcomplicated UI is something I feel could be improved. As it stands, this makes it harder for users to feel comfortable with ease of use and implementation.

### "Real devices on demand, without the device lab headache"

May 12, 2026

4.0

Really positive overall. It's become one of those tools we has struggle to work without. We don't have to maintain a physical device lab, releases ship faster because QA isn't blocked waiting for hardware, and bugs that used to take days to reproduce get caught in the same sprint. For the value it brings, it's well worth it.

Pros

The real device access is hands down the best part. Actual iPhones and Android phones running the OS versions our users are on, available in under a minute. The interface is clean and easy to pick up, CI integration was painless, and parallel runs have cut our regression time down a lot. Sessions, recordings, and logs all live in one place, which makes sharing and revisiting bugs effortless. Support has also been responsive and actually knowledgeable when we have needed them.

Cons

There is occasionally a small queue for popular devices during peak hours, and session startup can feel a bit slow now and then. Pricing also scales up as you add more parallel sessions, so it's worth planning usage before expanding.

### "Easier to use simulators/emulators"

March 23, 2026

1.0

It was a large part of my job just tracking failures on browserstack devices, hounding their support to fix things, and triaging flaky test failures that stemmed from excessively variable device states. It is not worth it to use this provider for automated testing for this reason alone. Use simulators and emulators. They are sufficient for catching 99.99% of issues.

Pros

It had a decent availability of Android and iOS mobile devices and OS versions, including new OS versions. That's about it.

Cons

Issue resolution, support, lots of downtime and issues that would cause test failures - all resulting in really poor usage as an automated testing device provider

### "Very good, happy with it"

March 27, 2026

5.0

I use it for testing daily and i just try on different devices without having to spend time or money and resources on finding devices.

Pros

I love how it saves money by letting you test on all different devices, and how it helps with automation pipeline on real devices. Very good productivity

Cons

Timeout too quickly, not saving sessions (understandably though) also its possible that pricing isnt the best but its really hard to talk bad about browserstack, i actually never really do.

### "A solid platform for cross-browser and device testing"

April 2, 2026

4.0

The BrowserStack tool functions as a vital resource for my complete daily professional activities. The tool enables me to reproduce user bugs on particular environments which lets me test all application features for browser compatibility. The product succeeds as a time-saving solution which accomplishes all its declared benefits.

Pros

The testing facility offers a wide range of actual devices and various internet browsers and different operating systems which I find to be highly valuable. The solution enables us to eliminate all requirements for maintaining our own device testing laboratory. Our quality assurance process becomes more efficient because the system provides automatic testing framework support for smooth integration.

Cons

The pricing plans can be a bit steep, especially for smaller teams or startups. I experience slight latency or lag when I manually interact with specific real mobile devices that are hosted on the cloud.

### "Effortless Setup, Real Device Testing Rocks!"

April 2, 2026

5.0

I use BrowserStack to test across devices, solving browser incompatibility. The Real Device Cloud helps test mobile interfaces with ASP.NET Core APIs on real devices without maintaining a physical lab..The Experience is Amazing as it makes testing easier and faster

Pros

I use BrowserStack to test across devices; it solves the problem of browser incompatibility. The feature I enjoy most is the Real device cloud, which lets me test how mobile interfaces interact with my ASP.NET Core APIs on actual iOS and Android devices without maintaining a physical device lab. The initial setup process was way easy and stress-free.

Cons

Just the occasional latency and cost of course 🙂. If the scaling on the infrastructure can be worked on to make it less sluggish and buggy and the price is a little bit not pocket friendly

### "Pros and Cons of Browserstack in perspective of a Manual QA tester"

September 22, 2025

4.0

I will still continue using Browserstack because it helps me to test our products with variety of device and browsers. Maybe improving the items on my cons list might help a lot of other users

Pros

1\. Availability of different devices with accurate representation on how the app and sites will behave on each devices 2. It is user-friendly, even if you are new to the site, you can easily navigate how and where to. Plus point also for the seamless switching of browser/devices 3. Having access to the dev tools for easy debugging of the sites/apps 4. Uploading of different version of APKs that they retain is very helpful for the QAs especially if they want to reuse the previously uploaded version

Cons

1\. Short idle time for the app live devices. If possible, can this be extended up to 1 hour? Because there are some scenarios that needed this kind of idle time 2. When the device ends their session, the app setup is not retained and needs to start all over again to set up the app on the device. Being able to retain the app after the session can significantly improve workflow efficiency, and I am able to continue the testing where I left off 3. Limitation on the usage of the camera: when I tried to test a video call feature on our app, the device just displayed a black screen. Enabling the camera will also a great feature of using the simulators, if this is possible.

### "Great Testing Platform with Helpful Events – Thank you! "

August 21, 2025

5.0

My experience with BrowserStack has been very good. It supports all major testing needs including manual and automated testing. The platform is secure, reliable, and gives good value for money. Events like StackTour are a great way to learn and grow in the testing field.

Pros

BrowserStack makes Testing, Test Management, and Automation very smooth and easy. The platform is user-friendly and helps save time with its powerful tools. Customer Connect events like StackTour are very helpful. They allow us to: Connect directly with senior leaders of BrowserStack. See live demos of all their products. Explore the latest AI-driven end-to-end testing solutions. Also, I had shared a real testing experience where there was a requirement to test on Internet Explorer browser due to an outdated JavaScript support. Internet Explorer browser is now not available on windows laptop. BrowserStack came to rescue as there is still support to launch IE in BrowserStack which helped us complete testing.

Cons

The Q&A section during events can be improved. Answers should be more sharp, crisp, and focused. This will help the audience quickly get back to the event and enjoy the rest of the session.

April 2, 2026

4.0

I use BrowserStack to assist customers with current or outdated devices, offering solutions across iOS and Android. It provides access to a wide range of devices, helping me replicate customer experiences and resolve issues effectively. If I didn't use BrowserStack, my job would be 10 times harder

Pros

I like the amount of different iOS and Android devices/versions you can use with BrowserStack. When you're on it, you can select any iPhone or Android from a wide range, including older models like a Google Pixel 6. Helping a variety of clients means I need access an app on various platforms or software versions, and it allows me to go on and have the exact same app experience that they have. This is really helpful when something's wrong so we can fix it or show clients how to actually work it properly.

Cons

It's not very user-friendly at first, but that's only because of how much it actually supports. Once you know how to use it, it's very good.
