September 22, 2025

5.0

i have around 8 years of experice with Browserstack. its good but not great in the accesing logs wise. other than everything is great their suppor is exceptional. we got the response very fast if we raise any issues from our side. thoan you so much for that

Pros

Accessing the carious devices and browsers very easily wherever we want. User interface and working with the real devices are execllent. and automation perspective using parellel runs able to access the multiple devices at a same time and reduces our exection time drastically.

Cons

Accessing real time logs and backend validations of some of our api against apps in Browserstack is very tedious. please be work and improve on that side for better logs accessing. espicially mobile devices like android and iOS

Overall, we love Browserstack and use it in our day-to-day testing operations. Every time it comes up for renewal, I don't even think twice about it; Browserstack is integrated into our development and testing workflow.

Pros

Browserstack is easy to use and comes with the ability to test both browsers and locations; we use them both all the time! It also comes with a great plugin for Chrome.

Cons

There is nothing I dislike about Browserstack. I've appreciated their ability to stay up to date with browsers and tech.

### "Reliable Cross-Browser Testing Platform That Saves Time"

April 9, 2026

5.0

The interface is straightforward, and it doesn’t take long for developers. It makes cross-browser and cross-device validation much easier, especially when checking responsive layouts, JavaScript behaviour, and UI consistency. Having access to real devices instead of emulators. Automation support is one of the biggest advantages. Integrating automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines reduce execution time significantly

Pros

What I liked most about BrowserStack is how easy it makes cross-browser and cross-device testing. Instead of trying to maintain multiple physical devices or different browser setups locally, everything is available in one place. The access to real devices is especially valuable because it gives me more reliable results than relying on emulators. it can integrates with existing test frameworks and CI/CD pipelines, which helps speed up regression testing. Overall, it saves a lot of time, improves testing coverage, and makes debugging compatibility issues much easier.

Cons

Sometimes it becomes tricky to access the sites behind firewall specially when the ip is not static. we have to whitelist the ip everytime it changes

I have used BrowserStack to run my automation suite for e2e payment flows. It allows me to run on mobile devices, the main operating systems, and different browser versions, and provides an easy way to configure, adding new devices or modifying the current ones.

Pros

Huge variety of devices, browser versions, and operating system options. Integration with relevant external tools.

Cons

I guess BrowserStack has improved most of the functionalities it offers and is on the right track, so I can't think of anything to improve at this moment.

### "Need real device for testing without buying one, try broswerstack!"

April 2, 2026

4.0

Overall it, it is good tool to use when you need multiple devices/browsers to work with. Eases the hassle to maintain and buy different devices.

Pros

It is one place for your cross browser/ mobile testing. It saves the setting up and maintaining a lab of phones, tablets, and browsers, you can instantly test on thousands of real devices in the cloud. And it support automation testing as well, so you save up that emulators storage and real simulators and also see your test results at once place.

Cons

From what I’ve seen and faced, we can’t use much older devices or browser versions. And sometimes there’s a random disconnection when working with a device/browser and I’ve to start all over again.

### "Cross-browser testing made seamless for teams"

April 17, 2026

4.0

Overall, my experience with BrowserStack has been quite positive. It significantly reduces the effort required for cross-browser testing and ensures better product quality before release. It’s particularly valuable for teams working on web applications where compatibility across devices is critical. While there are some minor performance and pricing concerns, the reliability and coverage it provides make it a strong choice for QA and development teams.

Pros

BrowserStack makes cross-browser and cross-device testing extremely easy and reliable. The ability to test on real devices (not emulators) is a huge advantage, especially for catching UI/UX inconsistencies across browsers like Chrome, Safari, and Edge. The platform is intuitive, quick to set up, and integrates well with CI/CD pipelines, which helps streamline testing workflows. Live testing and automation capabilities both work smoothly, saving a lot of time for development and QA teams.

Cons

Pricing can be on the higher side, especially for smaller teams or startups. At times, session speeds can lag slightly depending on the device/browser combination, which affects efficiency during live testing. Also, the UI, while functional, could be improved to make navigation between different tools and features more seamless.

### "Easy, Reliable Cross-Browser Testing with Minimal Setup"

April 7, 2026

4.0

BrowserStack eliminates the need to maintain an in-house device lab for cross-browser and cross-device testing. It allows us to instantly test our application across multiple browsers, operating systems, and real mobile devices without setup overhead.

Pros

What I like most about BrowserStack is how easy it makes cross-browser and cross-device testing without maintaining any physical device lab. The real device coverage is reliable, the interface is straightforward, and the setup time is minimal. It helps us quickly validate builds across different environments, which is especially useful during regression cycles.

Cons

At times, session start time can be slightly slow, especially during peak hours. Occasionally, device availability is limited for certain OS and browser combinations, which can delay testing. Debugging through recorded sessions is helpful, but deeper performance diagnostics could be more detailed. Pricing can also feel on the higher side as the team scales and parallel testing needs increase.

### "Good cross-browser coverage, difficult licensing options"

December 9, 2025

4.0

Tool offers decent value for testing mobile and web apps in different devices and OS. It's not cheap and again some of the licenses are quite difficult to understand, but what you get in return is solid.

Pros

Initial setup was straightforward. Selection of browsers and OS is really broad and covers all major platforms we need. Performance is pretty solid most of the time, and the built in debugging tools are also pretty good as well

Cons

Setting up custom environments or specialized devices (China etc) took a lot of effort. Product naming is very strange and difficult to understand, we had to maintain Excel sheets with different columns for all your products to understand who has access to what.

### "BrowserStack's real devices have you covered"

August 13, 2025

4.0

I've used it mainly for recurrently testing different mobile applications that require manual testing.

Pros

It provides a wide variety of devices to test on both on Android and iOS that have helped me complete my test with the latest and some older supported devices.

Cons

Even though it has a way to load images as if the camera is taking the picture, it turns to be a bit limited when you have complex scenarios.

### "Solid cross-browser testing solution that saves tons of time"

November 11, 2025

5.0

BrowserStack has been a game-changer for our workflow. Being able to test across so many different browsers and devices without maintaining our own lab is worth the investment alone. There are some minor hiccups here and there, but the time it saves us is huge. If you're doing any kind of cross-browser testing, this tool pretty much pays for itself. Definitely recommend giving it a try.

Pros

The variety of browsers and devices is quite impressive. We can test on pretty much any browser version going back years, plus real iOS and Android devices. This alone saves us from having to maintain a device lab. Starting up a test session is pretty quick, maybe 30-60 seconds to spin up a VM. The screenshot feature is great for quickly checking layouts across multiple browsers at once without manually opening each one. As for integration, connecting it to our existing tools was straightforward enough. Their docs are decent.

Cons

It can be a bit slow sometimes, especially with the mobile devices. You're controlling a real device remotely so I get it, though it's usually manageable. Just something to keep in mind if you're doing a lot of touch interaction testing.

Centralized test case management and execution tracking across applications. AI-assisted generation and optimization of test cases. Better traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects. Real-time testing of mobile applications on multiple Android and iOS devices. Improved test coverage across different device models, OS versions, and browsers. Faster defect identification and debugging through logs, screenshots, and recordings. Scalability for future testing requirements across multiple digital products. Overall, the solution will streamline the testing process, improve product quality, and support future scalability of our digital platforms.

Pros

The Test Management with AI Agent and App Live solutions strengthen our testing capabilities. It helps with capabilities such as centralized test management, AI-driven test case generation, advanced analytics, and real-device mobile testing are limited.

Cons

Multiple offering for single product - it made us very confusing that what should be go ahead , for example test management had multiple versions ultimate etc some comes with AI agent and some not - This need to be streamlined

### "Essential Cross-Browser Testing with Ease"

April 2, 2026

4.0

I use BrowserStack for cross-browser UI change testing and bug investigation. It lets us test on older devices without owning them, and with BrowserStack Local, we test changes pre-deployment.

Pros

I like the ease of use that BrowserStack offers. It also allows us to test on older devices that we no longer own in the team or company, which is really helpful. Additionally, I appreciate the fact that we can use BrowserStack Local to test changes before deploying to a server.

Cons

Sometimes using the dev tools within the simulation is buggy and it doesn't always load which just doesn't help
