### "BrowserStack – A Great Platform to Strengthen Testing Skills and Cross-Browser Knowledge"

October 7, 2025

4.0

My overall experience with BrowserStack has been very good. It helped me gain practical knowledge in cross-browser testing and improved my confidence as a tester. The platform is reliable, easy to use, and very helpful for both manual and automation testing.

Pros

BrowserStack helped me resolve many doubts in my testing domain by allowing me to test on real devices and browsers. It made me understand cross-browser behavior clearly and improved my overall testing skills.

Cons

Sometimes the live sessions lag a bit, and the Local Testing setup can be tricky at first. Also, the pricing feels a bit high for individual testers.

### "Efficient Cross-Browser Testing Made Simple"

April 7, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with BrowserStack has been very positive. It significantly simplifies cross-browser and cross-device testing, saving time and reducing the need for maintaining physical devices.

Pros

What I liked most about BrowserStack is the ability to instantly access a wide range of real devices and browsers without needing to set up or maintain any physical infrastructure. This makes cross-browser and cross-device testing extremely convenient and efficient.

Cons

BrowserStack can be expensive, especially for smaller teams. Live testing sometimes feels slow or laggy, and sessions may occasionally disconnect, which can interrupt the workflow.

### "Amazing tool : browserstack"

April 2, 2026

5.0

Brilliant tool, I recommend it to all my friends and colleauge. Easy to setup, easy to teach and my testing team loves it too.

Pros

I don't have to buy a hundred machines to check different OS and browser communication and interaction. Things can be automated so life was so simple.

Cons

Possibly, you will get addicted to using it. I haven't tried to find a con to be real, I would say it is slightly costly if you are only looking for a few OS/browser combinations which you can find easily in a big organisation.

My overall experience with BrowserStack has been very positive. It streamlined cross-browser and cross-device testing for my team, saved us setup time, and gave us confidence that our product worked in real-world conditions. While there’s some room for improvement in speed and device availability, it’s been a reliable and valuable tool for ensuring quality.

Pros

Ease of Use & Accessibility: I liked how easy it was to quickly access different browsers and devices without any setup. It made cross-browser testing much more efficient. Device & Browser Coverage: I appreciated the wide range of real devices and browsers available—it gave me confidence that our product was tested in real-world conditions.

Cons

Sometimes the sessions could feel a little slow or laggy, especially on certain devices. Debugging complex issues sometimes felt limited compared to using local tools.

5.0

Overall, my experience has been very positive. It has made cross-browser and cross-device testing much more efficient and reliable. It fits well into my development workflow and helps me deliver better-quality applications.

Pros

As a Full Stack Developer, what I like most is the ability to test on real devices and browsers without setting up anything locally. It saves a lot of time and makes debugging much easier, especially for cross-browser issues.

Cons

The main downside is the pricing, which can be a bit high for smaller teams. Also, sometimes sessions take a little longer to start, which can slow down quick testing.

### "Extremely useful service for developing across devices"

April 5, 2026

5.0

Extremely useful service that takes a lot of the pain out of developing cross-device sites and apps, especially giving devs a way to test early and often on the dreaded iOS!

Pros

Integration with VS Code and other IDEs is good, allowing you to test on real devices right from localhost. Device range is excellent and allows you to really be sure of how your project will look across a wide range, especially being able to run multiple different browsers on each device.

Cons

Because it uses real devices rather than emulation, it can be a bit unresponsive. For regular websites etc. that's fine, but for anything involving animations or video it can appear a bit jerky and/or delayed.

### "Very simple system for very effective testing. "

April 2, 2026

4.0

The overall experience with BrowserStack is very good, as I have a very simple dashboard where I can easily customise my testing experience. It's very simple to test different devices in different operating systems, and working through this within the user interface is straightforward

Pros

BrowserStack was excellent in my ease of use and the customisation across different device types. It was very simple to set up, and very little expertise was required in making sure that I was able to maximise my testing coverage

Cons

Sometimes I face issues where the device time was loading very slowly, more slowly than a native device, which was frustrating to test with.

My overall experience with BrowserStack has been very positive. The platform offers a smooth learning curve, strong security, and powerful testing and automation capabilities. Its integration with test management tools and ease of management add efficiency, while the pricing delivers good value for money.

Pros

I liked BrowserStack’s easy learning curve, strong security, and efficient testing with seamless test management. Its automation features, good value for money, and smooth management make it stand out.

Cons

What I liked least about BrowserStack is that advanced automation setup can have a steep learning curve, and sometimes test management feels limited for large teams.

### "User review"

August 22, 2025

4.0

Pros

Most advance testing tools. Real Time Viewing of the Results. If a customer says they are having a view issue, we ask for the device, o/s, screen type if necessary and browser and we can record what's happening and then recreate and deal with the issue or show the customer what's happening.

Cons

There was a time when I could click in a pop up to reload my test environment. That link disappeared, and when I requested support I got told that it was removed from me and isn't available at my license level... Now not sure if I was notified about this, which may or may not be the case, but I didn't like being told it's not available to me anymore. I used it every time. One thing I believe BS can do but I don't know how to set it up is Auto Testing through various devices, O/S's, Browsers and resolutions (Vertical and Horizontal), right now we are manually doing this by a single person, and they load a device up, and start clicking... I would love to just get a screenshot or pointed out when a device has a resolution issue.

### "Perfect website cross browser compatibility tool"

April 3, 2026

5.0

Overall Browserstack is good bang for buck, the amount of devices to test on, together with browser / local integrations makes it a very well suited tool for developers. Since as a developer you do not always have access to all devices a client might see a website on, browserstack is the perfect tool to tackle this problem with. Together with their automated pipelines and testing reports and management, it saves developers a lot of time with bug tracking and test management.

Pros

The amount of devices to test on, and easiness of testing / switching between devices. Also the automated reports regarding UX are perfect.

Cons

Developer tools sometimes respond a bit slow, and sometimes devices respond a bit slow, but otherwise there are no complaints.

### "The UI/UX web-based test environments you need at a reasonable price"

December 10, 2025

5.0

It has been very positive. The Total Cost of Ownership is what convinced us to subscribe since you don't have to invest on specific hardware just for UI/UX testing. Its cost/benefit relationship beated Virtual Machines that could have been deployed on existing cloud providers.

Pros

It has all required test environments up to date, allowing us to save costs on expensive hardware. Interface is really easy to learn and use. By using test templates, there's a significant safe in time and increase in productivity.

Cons

It tends to get slow for complex test use cases. This demands for us to login and logout or refresh the page several times.

### "Beat application "

October 3, 2025

5.0

My overall experience with BrowserStack has been excellent. It has played a vital role in enhancing our automated testing capabilities by providing easy access to multiple devices and browsers in the cloud. BrowserStack is stable, intuitive, and very well-supported by their customer service team, who are always quick to respond to queries.

Pros

BrowserStack’s automation features have been incredibly useful for our team. It seamlessly integrates with a wide range of frameworks and allows for efficient cross-browser testing, which saves us a significant amount of time. The ability to run parallel tests and get rapid feedback has streamlined our QA process and improved our code quality. The platform is very user-friendly and reliable, making it easy to adopt and scale up for various projects.

Cons

There are very few things to dislike about BrowserStack, but sometimes the initial setup for certain integrations can take a bit longer than expected. Very rarely, there can be some minor lag with real device testing depending on server load. However, these are minor issues compared to the overall value and reliability the platform delivers to our automation and testing workflows.
