### "Browser-Based Testing That Saves System Resources"

March 27, 2026

4.0

Testing applications is much easier with BrowserStack. It makes the process super simple by letting me do everything in the browser, so I can test my app without any hassle.

Pros

When I need to test my app, it’s very resource-consuming to run a simulator, especially since my system isn’t that powerful. Using it in the browser has made it much easier to test things without putting so much strain on my machine.

Cons

The pricing is a little high, especially for students like me. Also in trial, we are only able to run the browser for 5minutes. so cant do a lot in trial..

### "Browserstack Review "

September 22, 2025

3.0

Access to a large library of real devices: A key advantage for developers and QA teams is the ability to test websites and mobile apps on thousands of combinations of real devices, browsers, and operating systems without needing a physical device lab. Robust testing capabilities: The platform supports both manual "Live" testing and automated testing using popular frameworks like Selenium, Playwright, and Appium. This allows for comprehensive functional, regression, and UI testing.

Pros

Ease of using Apple Pay testing in India. It was a good experience using apay via BrowserStack + a lot of other features that BrowserStack provide,s as bug capture

Cons

The BrowserStack gets stuck sometimes, and we have to end the session. So we can start again, but by doing this, we lose our work progress

BrowserStack is great, it gives the ability to test on every browser I need without having to buy additional hardware, I wouldn't use anyone else for browser testing.

Pros

The ability to spin up browsers for most operating systems that you would require, as well as being able to have access to older browsers that you may not be able to install, allowing you to easily test web applications without the hassle of spinning up a VM or downgrading a browser.

Cons

Sometimes the browsers can be a bit slow but this general trade off is fine as it would take longer to set-up the browsers yourself.

### "My BrowserStack Review 2025"

August 21, 2025

5.0

I love to learn more about BrowserStack's features! I feel secured testing my projects as they have good security. I am learning more about testing. I know my subscription will be worth it given its price. Worth the buck!

Pros

The Test Management BrowserStack has have an excellent view on generating test cases for each ticket. I would also like to explore more about their automation as I am currently learning about automation!

Cons

The least favourable feature I used with BrowserStack is probably the live testing as it has been slow on my end.

### "Best Device Simulation Software for the Money"

November 26, 2025

4.0

I think BrowserStack is a tool that provides great value for the money, and also allows extremely easy to use device management. The set of devices that are available through BrowserStack cover almost every base that I could think of and more.

Pros

The feature I liked most about BrowserStack was the large variety of devices available to test our application. We saw a group of users on a subset of devices that we were experiencing major issues, BrowserStack allowed us to load these devices with our application that weren't available as simulators through X code or Android studio. These devices allowed us to support our customers to the best of our abilities.

Cons

The limited time that the devices allow prevented us from doing thorough testing on the devices we were having the largest issues with.

### "Reliable and Efficient Cross-Browser Testing Platform"

March 25, 2026

4.0

My overall experience with BrowserStack has been very positive. It has made cross-browser and cross-device testing much more efficient and accessible, eliminating the need to manage physical devices.

Pros

The software is easy to use and the ability to quickly test across a wide range of real devices and browsers without needing to maintain physical infrastructure.

Cons

There are occasional performance slowdowns depending on the device or network conditions. At times, test sessions can take a bit longer to initialise, and navigating between multiple sessions could be more seamless.

### "Reliable Cross-Platform Testing Made Easy, with Minor Performance Hiccups"

May 7, 2025

5.0

Overall, BrowserStack offers a solid and convenient testing platform. It's easy to use, requires no setup, and supports a wide range of real devices and browsers, which is great for ensuring cross-platform compatibility. While live testing can sometimes be slow and automated tests may occasionally have stability issues, it still saves a lot of time and effort compared to managing your own test lab. It's a dependable tool for most web and mobile testing needs.

Pros

The best thing about BrowserStack is that it lets you test websites and apps on real devices and browsers instantly, without needing to set up or maintain any infrastructure. It's fast, reliable, and supports both manual and automated testing.

Cons

it can be slow or laggy during live testing, especially on older devices or with high network load. Additionally, session timeouts, limited parallel tests on lower-tier plans, and occasional flakiness in automated tests are common complaints.

### "Comprehensive Real-Device Testing, Though a Bit Pricey"

November 25, 2025

3.0

regarding Value for Money, it is a premium tool. While it replaces the need for an internal device lab (which is a huge headache to manage), the subscription costs add up quickly if you need many parallel threads.

Pros

Massive Real Device Cloud: Access to thousands of real iOS and Android devices (not just emulators) is the biggest selling point. It makes debugging specific device-related issues very reliable. Ease of Integration: It integrates seamlessly with our existing automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitHub Actions). Local Testing: The ability to test internal staging and development environments securely using the Local Testing binary is incredibly useful. UI/UX: The interface is intuitive. Switching between devices, orientations, and capturing logs/screenshots during a live session is very smooth.

Cons

Cost: It is significantly more expensive than some competitors. For small startups or individual developers, the pricing tiers can be a barrier. Latency: During "Live" (manual) testing, there is occasionally noticeable input lag, especially when interacting with complex animations or heavy web apps on older mobile devices. Queuing: On very popular device/OS combinations (like the latest iPhone release), you sometimes hit a queue and have to wait a few minutes for a device to become available.

Cons

Costing of the products :D, we like most of the thing to start but because of costing sometime it is not possible as many company don't want to spent that much amount.

### "Great tool to help our testing"

April 6, 2026

4.0

Pros

It’s easy to use for various members of my team to test on many devices before we push to production with peace of mind.

Cons

Some devices aren’t supportable but that’s more due to those devices being a bit old which we have to account for due to our older and rural user demographic.

### "Device testing using browserstack"

August 21, 2025

Extremely useful for startups because we can't build a device lab setup by ourselves, hence all sort of device and opeeating system coverage is the most useful part

Pros

The capability of device testing and automation. Building the device lab covering android and ios mobiles.

Cons

Although not very often, flakiness in tests due to device discinnection issues intermittently was seen. Because of which we had to rerun the manual tests.

### "The Unified Testing Hub for Hybrid Teams"

September 23, 2025

4.0

I'm quite satisfied with the overall features. BrowserStack eliminates the geographical barriers of a physical device lab. Whether your team members are working from the office, from home, or from anywhere else in the world, everyone has instant, simultaneous, and equal access to the exact same set of thousands of real devices and browsers.

Pros

The ability to test on various devices without buying the physical devices and choose the specific OS for testing on both web and mobile devices.

Cons

Sometimes its performance takes a few times to execute custom test cases. Also, the timeouts after a period of inactivity or a long wait can be frustrating.

### "Price of automation service"

September 22, 2025

4.0

Great, everything is working perfectly! I really like BrowserStack — it makes testing much easier, faster, and more reliable. The platform is stable, user-friendly, and helps save a lot of time by providing access to multiple devices and browsers without the hassle of managing them locally

Pros

What I like most about BrowserStack is App Live, because I can test my application on both Android and iOS devices. It’s very convenient and helps ensure broader coverage. However, sometimes I face difficulties when trying to access the iOS system.

Cons

I think the pricing for automation is important, because my company is evaluating a cloud system to use with our Appium automation. We are comparing LambdaTest and BrowserStack, but we want to use BrowserStack since we already have other services with them.
