"Good UX and Good Support team"

**Overall:** Great, I'm happy both with the usage of the UX and with the support recieved from the support team too.

**Pros:** It has an easy to use UX, everyone on the organization has adopted this platform usage and are doing great. Also, the support team is helpful.

**Cons:** Sometimes it takes a few hours to get a response when it's closing time, maybe having full day support would be more useful.

"Love Sharetribe"

**Pros:** Building our marketplace was a very smooth endeavor. The builder is very user-friendly.

**Cons:** So far the only issues has been the slightly higher than average cost, mostly due to currency exchange rates as I'm a resident of Egypt.
