Pros: We can update Salesforce in about the 10th of the time it used to take us. This is really allowed us to use Salesforce more than we have in the past. It has really allowed us to realize our investment in the CRM.

Cons: There were a few glitches in the beginning when we first set it up. Most of that was on us because we had to think through how we wanted to update fields. Rollio helped walk us through it. Once we are through this it's been clear sailing.

Overall: We are actually using Salesforce the way we intended and we are seeing this impact our sales process positively in the short time we have used, it.
