The tool is quite intuitive to use overall and provides a great level of traceability. Cons The ability to order created items in a drag/drop order is limited and can only be done via folders. This is a new feature that has been requested but is the largest challenge. The tool is highly configurable, allowing you to tailor data models, workflows, and templates to your specific needs without heavy IT involvement. The main difficulty we faced was with configuring project templates for exports.
